We came in for dinner. The guy who took our order was very friendly and made sure we got the best deal for what we ordered. He was fun to watch behind the counter. He loves life!

When I arrived to pick up my pizza, it was "ready"... Only on the WRONG type of crust! The young lady that was boxing it said "Uh oh, I can remake it" WHICH SHE DID in quick time. The pizza was SO GOOD, I told my Dad who we're visiting for a belated 90th Birthday, that we might just have to come out here from MISSISSIPPI to get our Domino's because these guys crushed it!

This was one of the best dominoes pizza places I have ever been to. The pizza was awesome, the service was prompt. Well done guys.

Dominos is legit Ness, always has deals, pizzas are made withing 15 minutes of ordering, delivery takes sometimes up to 45 minutes, they deliver all the way up till like midnight which is pretty awesome and you can use rewards points to get free items if you download the app. Best budget pizza in town, Little Ceasars does not come close to Dominos.

The pizza was ok but for the price I was expecting more. With so many pizza places in Ukiah around the same price as Domino's, I will most likely not be returning. edit: I have found myself coming here quite often due to there discounts on there website making them the cheapest place in town. If you can snag a good price ~8-10 range for a large I would say its a good deal.

The staff are friendly and polite. The place was very clean. Pizza was good, the manager specials are great and the Mix and Match. Love the garlic knots and bites. Pasta isn't bad either.

This was my first time to Domino's pizza. I saw an advertisement on the TV and went in and asked if they're doing it and they said yes so I left with two pizzas bread bites Cinnamon sugar twist bread things and a 2 l of coke for $21.

They've never messed up my order. I always order online and do curbside pickup. It's cheap Domino's pizza, what do you expect? It's good for what it is.

I want to leave 3.5 stars because the first night I went there the pizza was delicious, I loved the flavor or the pan crust. My gf and I were both very happy with our pizzas so we decided to go back a few days later. I ordered the pan pizza again with the garlic sauce, light cheese(the pan pizza comes with 2 layers of cheese) and regular topping. When I recieved my pizza it had regular tomatoe sauce not the garlic sauce I wanted so I went back and showed them. I didn't want to wait 40 minutes for a remake so they gave me a credit for the next time. So we get all the way home in hopland and I bite into a slice and immediately spit it out. It was RAW like almost completely. I called and a teenager answered after I explained my frustration she told me that the manager was out delivering pizza and she didn't know what to do. So disappointing

I waited for over an hour for them to tell me we had to remake your pizza and bread twists. On top of that these people aren't even wearing gloves when they're messing with the pizza dough or handling anything, and they're not wearing hair nets either, that's kind of gross especially when you're touching the screens of the computers and then you go to touching pizza dough that's nasty.

I think they are still working out the kinks. I haven't had domino's since I lived in Napa. Many moons ago. The pizza is still " the bomb", but, they seem to have gotten smaller. I'm sure they will come into their own and dominoate the comp.

The pizza is really good don’t get me wrong the delivery is trash though. I called in to get a pizza and waited 9 minutes then it hung up. Don’t order from here if your impatient!💋💋💋

Dominos you need to have a manager who can do their job and step up and be a manager at all times. This place was like a boat with crew members but no leader to steer the ship.

Bad customer service, standard dominos flavor. Really just a substandard implementation of the dominos experience. Make sure you see the food before you pay because they absolutely will not refund your money.

The food is good but almost everytime I go here they mess up on my order. The order is pretty clear and easy to get but the workers keep messing up and is a waste of money to not have my order correct. I waited to write a review to try again and it just keeps happening. Today they messed up on 2 of my orders and they weren't even busy at all. Not going here anymore. They def need to step up their game.

Won’t even call it pizza. It’s like biscuit dough topped with the thinnest layer of what I suppose they pass off as cheese. Lucky to find any pepperonis on it at all. There are better pizza places in town who delivery and priced competitively. Two stars because it was delivered in 30 or less. One slice and the rest of a large pepper pizza hit the garbage. Wate of money.

I’m from San Jose and I love Dominos pizza but this one in Ukiah .... No way . I’ll never buy pizza there again . Just nit good tasting at all. Even the chicken bits were dry n not tasty . Sorry Ukiah Dominos. What a waste of 40.00.

****UPDATE Oct 17 2024***** On the decline again, after pizza was out of the oven, it took 30 minutes to get to us. Pizza was not at all hot but burnt. Do better or lose us again Domino's. Little Caesars is walking distance from our house! used to be our favorite chain pizza spot. We moved to Ukiah and there wasn't one, as soon as we heard there would be one opening we were extatic. We ordered pizza several times and were more than upset. Every single order had something wrong. Toppings not what we ordered, drinks not even brought to us and had to wait another hour for them to be brought back to us and didn't even bring the coke, driver brought water. Pizza under cooked, pizza burnt several times, the tracker is never correct. So we stopped using Domino's. That was a year ago, we figured maybe it's just because they are new, give them time and we can try later. WRONG!!! We ordered from them again, same old issues wrong toppings, barely any cheese on two pizzas, over cooked. Get your standards in order Domino's. If you want good chain pizza don't waste your money here, go to Little Caesars they are far better by miles compared to this location. We won't even be using the free pizza coupon they gave us for telling them about the issues. ****UPDATE**** After a year, this location has certainly made excellent changes. I felt the need to correct my above review. We have not had any burnt, missing, or wrong ingredients. They have been near perfect on every order in recent months. Great job guys and we look forto our next order.

Pizza was awful..crust could almost see throug it.no sauce.cheese was not nice and stringy it was like a clump of paste not melted....it was awful...we love Domino's but we are not sure we will be getting any more pizza there...seems like the people that have it just don't care... So sad could be so good.

Absolutely horrible ordered online and waited over 2 hours and then called and they hung up on me several times. Finally got a manager and they said they had no idea when my food would be ready and that it wasn’t in the over yet. 20 minutes later they show up at my door and my food was cold. Do not waste your time or money getting food from here. Where has good customer service gone.

Going to Dominos you know you're getting lower quality food but this is just embarrassing. Our pizzas had no toppings, our wings had little blotches of sauce here and there and the food was cold. The food was awful. We hadn't had Dominos in well over 5 years and now I remember why. This location has workers who clearly do not care about the quality of their food, like at all. We even tipped them 20% which was a monumental mistake. Avoid this place. Little Caesars is probably better and I know for a fact Costco pizza is wayyy better. The food was trash and I don't say that lightly. They don't care about quality here and that should tell you everything you need to know.

So, Im guessing the toppings are made of gold. Due to the scarcity of them atop my pizza. The pizza was lacking in all ingredients. Over cooked and dry. People there seem okay, except for the apathy. I can only imagine they must not be paid very well. I definitely do NOT recommend. Having affiliated people harassing legitimate reviews is bad. This place HASN'T gotten better in 2 yrs. Holy crap! I tried again and it an hour and a half to get cold pizza. DO NOT GOT HERE!

We ordered from here the first time, carryout only coupon 1 large 3 topping pizza, order of bread twists with marinara and a 2 liter soda for $15. They messed up the pizza ( forgetting the bacon on our bacon feta diced tomatoes pizza) they also made it hand tossed instead of thin like ordered. They forgot the marinara sauce to go with the garlic twist knots and also didn't have the Coca-Cola 2 liter we ordered. We let them know about all the mistakes. They said we would be credited for next time. We then went back a couple days later ordered the same thing hoping it would be right this time. I had to keep telling them about the carryout deal they told me repeatedly I was wrong and it didn't exist. I was then given to the manager who argued with me. I said can you look up my last order from two days ago. She then finally ( to me begrudgingly) gave me the coupon. We picked up our order and they still messed up the pizza again with hand tossed instead of the thin crust and still no bacon just feta and diced tomatoes. And I still paid full coupon price even though they acknowledged my credit from the mess up before.

I have ordered 2 times from here. The first time was delivered and my pizza came 20 minutes later then I was told. However it was just how I ordered it. I went again tonight, ordered online and picked it up in store. I was told the pizza was coming out of the oven. I sat at the store for 30 minutes, while waiting I got to see employees making pizza's without gloves and touching hair and face. After waiting 30 minutes, they were very busy so i was being kind and patient, we asked about our pizza and was told they are remaking it because it was given to the wrong person. After another 10 minutes my pizza came to us. Got home my pizza was wrong it had toppings I did not order, thankfully we have no allergies and not fully cooked. Also, my cinnamon twists were cold from waiting so long. The online tracker is incorrect and not accurate, seems to be as though they know.... still it should be accurate

The pizza was really good .. But the jalapeño bacon stuffed bread was not .. It was not cooked fully . it instantly made us sick . we tried it last night for the first time . definitely will not be buying that bread again . not worth$9

Well I definitely will not be back here! I get to store 30 minutes later , order not in system, mmmm ok I order again and wait. While I’m waiting I see multiple workers taking customers gross phones then complete orders without washing hand! Also observed manger and worker playing with food, throwing yeast all over each other then shaking it off there bodies back onto counters then back into yeast tub, absolutely gross behavior from a MANGER! Completely out of everything but a pizza lol 😂 Thankfully my food was alrdy in oven! You need to do better!!!

Ordered two pizzas online for delivery at 5:10pm. Monitored their "Tracking Service" on their website and at 5:45pm it stated delivered. I opened the door to find no pizzas waiting for me. Called Dominos and they stated that my order was with the delivery driver and that they were running a little behind. Waited till 6:45pm and called Dominos again wanting an update on what was going on with the delivery driver and my order. Was told that my order was still with the driver and that he was very close to dropping it off. (I started to wonder just how cold that pizza must be after an hour of being in the delivery driver's car). At 7:45pm, I called again and when they answered they said "Thanks for calling, but we are closed.". I said "Ok, well then I got a problem as I still don't have my order delivered.". After some back and forth of giving my information (for the third time), I was told that my order had been delivered to the wrong address. They said they would remake my order and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Well, it took longer than that (which I expected) but it finally arrived. The thing that really gets me though is that there was no real apology, no offer for credit on my next order, nothing but "Hey, Happy New Year!". Sorry, but that is not good enough. If they had been upfront about being behind or misplacing my order and actually sound genuine in being sorry for the mix up, I would completely understand. Mistakes happen. To just blow it off though, that's pretty messed up Dominos.

Customer service is good but when I place an order they ALWAYS get it wrong. Even when I place an order with the app with detailed order it still comes out wrong. Sometimes I wonder if the workers dont care enough to double check if the order is correct but instead make whatever they feel like. I love Domino's pizza but this one in Ukiah has swayed my judgment and will no longer be getting dominos again

Absolutely DO NOT recommend the Mediterranean sandwich . I ordered it today and it was very sloppy made and had burnt hard cheese on it. Last week I tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was great.... guess I’ll have to stick with that.

I was super excited when we got a domino's here. But it has been pretty disappointing. Their salads are prepackaged salads and not very good. My chicken was not prepared well.

How can the early order be cold and old? Was not hot, I ordered when they first opened , picked up 30 mins later.. cold and old.. smelled so bad , I had to roll the windows down to drive home.. Was not fresh and had very few toppings .. it was supposed to be a deluxe!!! Never again
