This place is a gem. The shop is very cute, has a few tables for small groups to dine in. Parking is right in the front. They sell plants too. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the front kept checking on us and was willing to fix my drink with no problem. She also offered us a sample coffee (that will be in the menu soon, I think) and that was bomb. They have many flavor selection for boba milk tea. They also have infused red bull (you can choose different kinds of syrup to mix in with your drink). I didn't expect an authentic Viet food at the area like this. So food was okay for me. We both ordered vermicelli with grilled pork. They asked if we wanted fish sauce or peanut sauce and we picked both. The dish itself was more suitable with fish sauce, but the peanut sauce was ao good I just snacked on it on a side. They stuffed our bowl with a lot of veggies, especially pickled carrots. I appreciate their portion, but wish they could give us more noodles instead. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely stop by here again when I'm in the area.
Really delicious food at reasonable prices. I got the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and the lemongrass chicken rice bowl. Both the portion sizes were pretty big. It was enough food for two people for sure for $25 including tax and tip. The women running it are just great. I recommend coming by. And the service was fast also.
My husband and I are big fans of Bahn Mi sandwiches, so when we saw that Royal Tea started serving Bahn Mi, we had to try them out. We were blown away by the service and the quality of the food. The woman who made our sandwiches was really sweet, making conversation and even going out of her way to ask if we had any suggestions on how they could improve as a restaurant. As for the food, it was delicious. We ordered one chicken and one pork Bahn Mi. Both were excellent. All of the ingredients were fresh and they gave generous portions of meat and vegetables. So happy we don’t have to drive down to Santa Rosa anymore to find good Bahn Mi!
I was excited to find this place on my recent trip to Ukiah. I have been on a banh mi diet for the last two weeks. They have one of the best banh mi I’ve had in the last two weeks I’ve been having banh mi on a daily basis. I was not able to take a pic of the sandwich because I devoured it. 😋😛
Clean and well priced. Lox bagel and coconut milk tea were really good. Extensive menu that I'd like to try more of in the future. Will return for more.

We had the tofu bahn mi, chicken rice plate and the Thai ice tea. The ingredients are so fresh, the flavors are simple and I have to say that this is the best bahn mi I’ve had in a long time. Thank you to the lady who made the food. So kind.
This place is amazing! The food is always fresh and the drinks are wonderfully delicious. My husband and I have gone several times and taken our toddler and the staff there are always extremely kind and engaging. Some of the staff even make it a point to come over and greet our daughter personally because she loves being social. It is honestly hard to express in words how great this place is and the atmosphere is made even better by all the caring and genuine employees.
If you're looking for flavor that is fresh and brightens your tastebuds, get a Bánh mì sandwich from here. The shrimp rolls with peanut sauce are incredible and a endless selection of Boba drinks. Fantastic!
First time I stopped by, great experience. Friendly people working there. They told me I got the best Kona mocha boba in town…they were right omg 💕🧋💕 Got mine with milk, blended, with brown sugar boba. I will be visiting more in the triple digit heat!
Very cute cafe with amazing service, wanted to try boba and ukiah and this place did not disappoint, i got the strawberry matcha latte with tapioca and cherry blossom pearls. Our bobarista was concerned with the flavour of my drink and offered to remake if it wasnt to my liking, that made the drink taste even better. I loved it. My girlfriend had a passionfruit milk tea with cherry blossom pearls and that was great too!! Would love to come back and try their savory foods as well!
First time trying this place I door dashed some shrimp spring rolls from here and they were so delicious and fresh! The peanut sauce was amazing and I loved their siracha. Overall a 10/10
I’ve been to this place 3 times as of recently after a coworker introduced me to it last week. The food is AMAZING, and the ladies who run it are so sweet. Their Banh Mi sandwiches are delicious, and they’re drinks are soooo good. I highly recommend this place, 10/10. I will be coming here very often.
We stopped for a super late lunch and got the tofu spring rolls, lemongrass chicken banh mi and the shrimp vermicelli bowl. Everything was so fresh - especially the shrimp - and so tasty. The peanut sauce really elevated the food. And the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, drinks, beautiful decor, and absolutely amazing people. I will recommend it to anyone and everyone who loves boba and good food!
Ordered the Lemon Grass Chicken Banh Mi and man the flavors were bursting. Refreshing, light and tasty. Can’t wait to try the others and the variety of spring rolls. Very clean and comfortable space and the folks there are friendly and professional.
I Absolutely love,love Love!!! this cute boba shop! They are always so nice and welcoming, very patient and happy to answer any questions I had about their menu items. I very much loved their new barbecue pork meat spring rolls with their homemade sweet peanut sauce, it’s a must have. I am definitely coming back when I’m in the area!!

Such a wonderful find, the milk tea and boba were delicious, I had the lavender milk tea and the butterfly pea milk tea both blended and a BBQ pork Bahn Mi. Needless to say everything was a 10/10! My wife loved her BBQ pork rice bowl and her Chocolate Peanut butter slush and their Taro Slush, the boba was so fresh and warm always good to have housemade boba! Been here twice while we stay here and will be back again before we head out of Ukiah. Staff is super cool and accommodating with requests! Thank you so much guys we loved everything!

The food was delicious and fresh but it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Ten minutes later the boba came, and ten minutes after that the other food order came. The place was significantly understaffed. If there are people in line before you, go to a different place.

Be careful with your orders! Unfortunately, the bread/bun on my sandwich was completely spoiled (see photo). Please make sure to check the freshness of the ingredients before eating, especially if it's a delivery order. A very bad experience with quality.

All our banh mi proteins had no seasoning, the bread was not toasted - it was soggy even though it was made fresh in front of us, and was just overloaded with carrots. We also saw a roach climbing the wall while we ate… We went in optimistic given the shockingly high reviews and cute place, but left sorely disappointed wondering if any of the past reviewers had ever had banh mi before. Appreciate that they have vegan options, but almost wish they hadn’t so I wouldn’t have gotten anything.
