Ok so I have supe mixed feelings about EZ. The food is good, the service sucks sometimes. They mess up our orders a lot. They either forget to put something in our bag or they prepare it incorrectly. There is a lady that works there that is the sweetest lady ever and she is purely the reason why I return and because it's across the street from my house.

The night I went with my family, a woman there acted like she didn't want to be there. I asked her if she could wait til my family and I looked at the menu and sounded not happy. They forgot my cheeseburger, they asked twice if anything was okay I stated twice my cheeseburger was missing. Now, the food was alright. Not to bash but if you say it's a copycat of in n out I was expecting to be better but it was like if in n out was watered down. Overall it was good and fries was good. But if I'm going to spend that much for in n out burger mind as well just go to in n out. Sorry, I wasn't worth it for me. The breakfast burritos looked good but I wasn't feeling it.

Stumbled by this place after a hazy morning of fasting and having blood drawn at the nearby Quest. It’s a solid no-frills breakfast burrito. You get three meats, but the quality of sausage didn’t wow me, and the cheddar cheese was one big clump. That said, it fit the price at $8.80 (with tax) and the reg. size filled me up good. I got the 3-egg but they make 5s and 10s if you’re really hungry. Free coffee was hot off the pot and did the job at quenching my caffeine withdrawal. Not a strong desire to come again, only cause it’s a little out of the way for me.

Cool spot , very reasonable price wise , made fresh , customer service is good sadly I probably wouldn’t return though as nothing had me like yeaaa I gotta try this again.

Affordable, They offer a few breakfast options, and I believe they stop serving breakfast at 11 am. The burgers they offer taste good, like an American backyard BBQ cheeseburger. The fries 🍟 are amazing. A spot to check out if you are in the Upland California area and want a burger 🍔.

Had a breakfast sandwich, my husband had the cheeseburger and fries. We heard great things about this place, the food was meh, but the cashier and cook were really nice.

Prices are high and its all kids running the place which is great to keep them employed but a simple request like no salt on fries is overlooked. The wild fries were better than in n out animal fries. The burger specials are tiny. And ordering 2 tiny patties for my toddler alone was $7 so better off ordering a burger special for 2.39 and taking the patty out. The XL fries was tiny. As in a small tray and barely full. Service wasnt bad just bunch of kids working so took kinda long so stop stop if your in a hurry

I’ve been here a handful of times and normally it’s pretty ok. Always get the grilled chicken sandwich but tonight the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and when I saw the raw chicken staring back right at me, I almost threw up. I tried to call them to tell them but the line keeps dropping. Do better EZ Out.

Only thing I can say is expect a very long wait time. When asking at the register after going to the walk up window, how long the average wait is the guy told us 10 to 15 minutes. However we proceeded to wait an additional 40 mins before receiving our food, we watched three cars in the drive-through two, which arrived after our orders were placed move on before ours were received. Placed order at 3:36 and didn't get food until 4:10. To top it off by the time we got the food it wasn't even hot. It was warm at best. Still ate it cause obviously wasn't going to ask for a refund after waisting my time waiting. Honestly, I wouldn't doubt that this place is good but they really should advertise that they take over 30 minutes to bring out food.

Normally I don't write bad reviews of places because I've worked in retail/customer service and I understand that most of the time customers are just overreacting but I have to make an exception here. I've heard great things about this place, so I decided to try it finally. Rolled up a little after 8pm (they close at 10 saturday), and there were only two people ahead of me. The first one got their food about a minute or two after I rolled up, and when I got to the order box no one greeted me for a few minutes. The guy ahead of me was in Great Value Fast and Furious type car (this will matter a little later), and after about 5 minutes a girl told me to "hold on a sec" and that was it. For about 10 more minutes (2 1/2) songs on the radio) she still had not taken my order. She keep sticking her head out and seemed like she was chatting up Fast and Furious, and at one point it almost looked like he was getting her number. Not hating on the player, but I was hungry. There was one other employee there, but he seemed to be doing everything but making food. No one was behind me, so I backed out and went elsewhere. Not sure if I'll give the place another chance, the service was so bad. Over 15 minutes sitting in my car without getting even my order taken. Literally any other place is faster than that.

If there is one word to describe this place is greed. They've downsized alot of their food giving you less and raising the prices. Carrie out 10min away gu especially you better value This was 7$ and was half the size of the box that carrie out has. Or you can go to in and out and get better fries and they will still be cheaper. There was also no napkins or fork given.
