Let me start off with, if you’re looking for a healthier choice, this is not the place to go with that said, I love McDonald’s in moderation.I’ve been coming here since I could remember. I really like the fries. I stopped by for lunch and as usual, when I do come here I use my app to save money.They have great deals. I bought a quarter pounder with cheese you get one free also a large fry and Dr. Pepper. It came out to $11 and some cents. Of course, I saved one of the quarter pounder’s for later. I got to tell you the workers here are really courteous, and hard-working. My lunch was brought to my table in no time.The place was clean the bathrooms were clean. The playground was closed due to cleaning. Also, the soda dispenser is still not operational but you can get free refills if you just ask. there’s plenty of parking. The handicap stalls are at the front entrance.

My boyfriend and I went out for dinner on July 7th. Unfortunately, we had a difficult time finding a clean table. I mentioned this issue to the staff member who brought our food, but he did not come back to clean any of the tables during our entire visit. Additionally, we noticed that the napkin dispenser was empty, so we had to ask our server for napkins. We were seated at table 111, where we also noticed that someone had spilled ketchup on the floor. We had to cover it with a napkin ourselves. I couldn't help but notice that other customers were also struggling to find a clean table. While I do enjoy McDonald's, their lack of cleanliness was quite noticeable.

This is not the first time I’ve waited 40 minutes for my food outside. I waited a very long time and when we asked the worker, she said that she didn’t have her order. She went to go look for it and took 10 more minutes and then came back. Poor food, Poorer service. This place has got to be the worst fast food joint ive been to. Kids wanted McD so stopped by. First they serve stale fries. Spoke to mgr and GM Jasmine. Told me when I come back I would be taken care of. I went back and they had me standing in front of counter for 20 minutes after sepaking w mgr Jaime. My kids and I were waiting at counter - Didn't take order or anything. The first time that I came here, the stupid little kid told me that they couldn’t serve coffee because they had already washed the coffee maker and it was 11 PM. This place says that it’s open 24 hours but the second time that I came here I came in at 1:30 and they told me they were closed so I put a complaint with the manager because they were just messing around in the back And they’re very irresponsible staff. Today I come back to get a coffee and I asked the girl if the coffee with fresh made she says Nova will make it. I said OK perfect she gives me a cup of coffee that it was cold. The lid was half open thank God that it was cold because the coffee did spill on me. The coffee was old so I asked her. I thought you said that they were just gonna make it all we had some. It’s old coffee. I don’t want old coffee. I’m paying for coffee fresh coffee so she went to the back and according to her she made it. She comes back a couple of minutes later the coffee was still cold. Was disgusting not freshly made, and not the stuff that I had requested which it was cream and sugar Well, she kept arguing that she had already made the coffee. I have been drinking coffee my entire life and I know the difference between old coffee and fresh coffee. It Taste disgusting. So I told him to do a refund because I’m not drinking that crap and another girl that looks like a punk rocker came out asking what was wrong because they had just brewed the coffee that is not fresh fruit coffee don’t argue with me . They have teenagers working and running this place. I get it, but I have somebody that is responsible there.

It was the worst. They need more help, or they don't know what they're doing. The dining area was dirty. It took 20 minutes to get our food. My fries were cold. It was terrible for a newly rebuilt McDonald's. It was a worse experience. The old McDonald's had better service. Thank you from an unhappy customer.

If you can avoid this McDonald's and take an extra 5-10 mins to go to the next closest, trust me and do that. Genuinely always have the slowest or off process experiences at this location. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin and 2 sausage burritos around 10:15 am. App said it should be ready by the time I get there once I choose my curbside spot. At 10:20 there are no curbside parking spots available so I got in line in the drive thru which took another 5 mins to get to the monitor and explain my situation. They don't ask for any code or name and tell me I'm good to move forward. Repeated conversation at the first window with no number or names taken. By the time I get to the window to get my food they finally ask me for a number and name. But can't seem to find my order. At this point it was 10:32 and they checked me in through the system. However, since it was past 10:30 they could not give me any breakfast?? They told me no one made anything since it's 10:30 but I placed my order way earlier. But apparently since I didn't check in on time (because there were no parking spots available) I was no longer given any food and completely wasted my time there. They told me my app should refund me. Just frustrated that things are never smooth here and there's always an issue. Left with nothing for my wasted time. Not even a coupon at the least besides the survey. You want your experience to be quick? Take the extra time to go to a different McDonald's.

I asked for no salt on my fries and my fish filet was burnt. I asked the manger to replace it and because I her it's burnt and she told me no that's how they make them and insisted that she would fix my order this time but next time she would not. This is the most dirty and unorganized McDonalds I've ever seen. It's close to my house but for six years it's been chaos. When you go inside the restaurant, there's trash everywhere.They let the kids from the school get out of control.Throwing food trash cups and nobody says anything.I'm not sure how the health department has.It came in here and taking a look at how filthy.This restaurant is. Very unorganized Nobody knows what they're doing. Employees are running around like they've never worked a day in their life. In fast food, the manager's got a line of people trying to complain. This is the worst McDonald's. I have ever seen in my entire life.

All they do is mess up orders. I order a simple meal. A burger with just ketchup. And somehow they consistently mess up. Either the wrong orders, or adding random things to the burger I specifically asked not to do. Out of every time I go there they get it right maybe 20 percent of the time. DO NOT DO CURBSIDE HERE. Used the app and ordered ahead here multiple times. There has always been a 25-30minutes wait to get our order. Even if ordered ahead on the app and get a notification saying the food is ready. I’ve had to go inside to get our order to find most times…it hasn’t even been started. It wasn’t even really busy at this time. Drive on down the road to a different one next time.

Waited in the drive through for 30 min. Paid $33 for 3 milkshakes, 3 fries, and a cheeseburger. $33!!!! I got cold fries, cold burger, and melted shakes. They didn't even have the decency to remake the food. This is why you are struggling, McDonald's. Nobody wants to pay restaurant prices for bad food and careless employees.

McD's service has gone downhill here. I was in hurry, drive thru line was short. AFTER pay window I timed 23 minutes before getting my 2 fillet o fish’s. All the cheese was melted to cardboard, sauce thrown on top of cheese mess, bun smashed sideways & fish on top of all that, Went inside got refund as couldn’t wait another 23 minutes. they don't seem to participate in advertised deals either & l I've had far too many problems here so I don't plan to go back to this Upland branch... My past review: Paid for EXTRA sauce (shouldn't have to) but received DRY/NO SAUCE, called but no results, so McD's lost my business for over a whole year.
