Wanted a hot drink with their Cold Brew Irish Cream flavors..... they made a delicious off menu drink.

Place is kept nice and clean, good mix of recipes and easily accessible location.

Great warmed brownies, Frappuccinos are always great, the iced tea can be kind of ify at times. It's a nice place to hang out if you have extra time.

This is the ONLY Starbucks I will be coming back too. I kind of have been only drinking Stewart’s coffee or Dunkin once in a while because lately Starbucks has not been the same. But my husband and I went early in the morning and the person at the drive thru and the lady who handed us my drink were absolutely amazing and very friendly. My drink was perfect!! If I ever get Starbucks lll only go to this one. I got a latte with blonde shots and white mocha and brown sugar and egg bites.

Super easy Starbucks with great service.

I’m usually hopping in around 6AM, to grab my caffeine on my way to work in Albany. It’s nothing short of friendly service with a cheery smile while handing off my coffee. The best part, I’m not waiting in a drive thru line that is notoriously at least 25-30 minutes at the Starbucks on Aviation Road in Queensbury 10 minutes away. I appreciate your friendly service and warm smile. Keep up the great work!

This is your regular standard Starbucks. Good location, same variety and quality of products. This visit was around 6 PM on a Sunday, so the store could really use a cleaning, but they were probably getting ready to close down and take care of all that.

This might be my favorite Starbucks. I've been stopping here on my drive between NYC and Burlington, VT for the last 7 years or so. It is spacious, the service is so fast, and the staff is just the best. Lately, I have found it cleaner and friendlier than ever. Loved the little messages sharpied on my drinks today! Clean and organized Starbucks. Tons of indoor seating and a good amount of outdoor seating as well. Staff are friendly, professional and polite. Coffee is always good and does the trick and this location made are drinks perfectly.

Happy workers, happy customers! I travel a lot for work and have seen many Starbucks. This one was SUPER CLEAN and the staff was super friendly. The manager Taylor came by to ask how we’re doing and offered us a refill on the drink if we wanted if. What a nice touch. She was super pleasant smiley and friendly. If I lived in the area I’d be back just because the vibe of the place is so nice. 10/10 recommend this location!

Expensive, but trendy. Very friendly staff at this location. Not OVERLY friendly like the store down the road on Queensbury, where everyone calls my wife "Girlfriend" as in, "Hey Girlfriend! What can I get started to you today?!", screamed in a high-pitched nasally voice from across the room. Very annoying. Not like this store at all. They're calm, and quiet, and professional and friendly, and they do their jobs well. A pleasure to be with. A calm, quiet pleasure.

Nice little Starbucks with a drive-through. Excellent service as all Starbucks hope to achieve.. Had a Caprese chicken sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. Now that we're given to the other side of the pandemic looking forward to seeing the indoor and outdoor seating open to all of us which brings it from 4 stars to 5

The service was great the interior was pretty and the atmosphere was very friendly but I asked for no ice in my drink and I got no ice, or berries in my pink drink it wasn’t very bad, and this was a while back too.

They used to open at 5:30 but I guess at some point they switched over to 6:00 so I can't grab a drink and bring it to work at 6 anymore. The staff is friendly enough and the drinks are pretty good.

It's Starbucks. What can you say? It's consistent, although I find it a little more chocolaty in Augusta than Watertown or Lake George They have a drive up which important to me because I use the app. The location would probably do better in lake george rather than the outlet mall.

Very nice store inside the rest stop. There is a drive thru as well. You can order ahead, but I do not believe that you can use stars for paying any portion of your order at this one. We Picked up inside but we could have also used the drive thru. Very fast turn around on the drinks being made and ready for pickup. Probably 5 minutes max from the time that we ordered

Me and my family stopped here before our drive home. The coffee and our sandwiches were good. I don’t think I’ve seen a Starbucks this nice before!!!!

I got bad service. The roof was leaking water from condensation.

Didn't have my flavor. Called it seasonal although they've served it year round for years. Staff was pleasant.

Constantly shortening hours. Some of the pick up window cashiers are clipped when speaking and don't really acknowledge you. Drinks come out great though and food. They get long annoying orders all day so I understand frustration.

Any port in w storm but I've never liked the flavor of their coffee.

Coffee is always burnt flavored and crew seems to be stuck up snobby but that every Starbucks I visit

The one in Lake George is absolutely amazing so I figured I'd try the one back near home. It was awful. They made my drink without the coffee, i was on line for 35 mins, the woman who took my order and gave me my drink was rude and miserable. Really disappointed and won't be going back.

I go to Starbucks a lot on Aviation Road. I decide to go too this one cause it’s on my way from my house and lake George. I order drinks for myself and I’m lactose intolerant but every time they make my drink Ik for sure they don’t make with soy milk like I ask cause it’s such a light milk color. Mess up every order every time I go there. Ask for a refund and they give me half of what the drink cost. By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Would suggest not going there, go to the other three in queensbury especially if your lactose intolerant.

I understand that this is a busy location, but waiting 20+ minutes to get a latte is unacceptable. Priority should be given to those who order in the store, instead of being placed at the end of the queue behind all of the mobile and drive thru orders. By the I finally got my drink, my companion already finished their coffee and we were ready to leave. They also don't have a single trash or recycling bin in the entire establishment.

went there today - this was probably the dirtiest and most disgusting Starbucks I've ever visited...

Young blonde girl that took our drive through order on 11/4 at 11:30am was very rude when 2 out of three drinks were not made right. She said" clearly you said almond milk and i am making sure i am not delusional." She fixed drink supposedly came back with it and said" next time you will be charged more just so u know." Rude young lady period in a nice area. Thank god we were just there for a work convention. The remade drink still had almond milk in it when it was ordered with reg milk. She is bad for business. Lake George Starbucks on 11/4 at 11:30am.

Every staff member was openly talking about being sick and still having to work. Employees kept asking this one particular employee if she was ok, apparently she was having trouble even standing. Overheard them say the manager forces them to work sick....which clearly affects their job performance. Placed mobil order, got my drink, waited 15 minutes for my sandwich and when it was done, he set it down without even telling me it was mine. So I waited and then finally went and looked at the sandwich he set down, and it had my name. It was cold at this point. This is the WORST starbucks I've ever been to as far as customer service. And, btw having several enployees talk about being sick, and forced to work, in front of customers, is just bad business. I will never stop there again. Warren county health department should probably make a stop in there.

My wife and I went through the drive through and the young lady who took our order and the person who made the drink were on the headset laughing and made my wife uncomfortable 🥴. My wife said something about them talking about her and she just laughed in her face. Very unprofessional.

Find another location, went in with my son to get a few coffees and we were ignored for over 5 minutes despite there being no one else in the shop. At one point we were asked if we were waiting for someone and we told them we were waiting to order after which we were ignored for a little longer. We walked out and got coffee at Gaslight after dinner.

If I could do no stars I would. I spend a lot of money here and the staff are snotty and miserable with the exception of a couple. Just one story, I was boo’d as I walked out of the door for not tipping then laughed at basically by the manager when I called to let her know how inappropriate her staff was. I’ve been basically thrown cups out of the drive through window with caramel sauce all over it. I’ve gotten frozen in the middle sandwiches lol…after making a facebook post I’ve come to realize I’m not the only one who has experienced this terrible service and attitudes. Drive the extra few miles to go to the exit 19 Starbucks! Wonderful cheery staff that ALWAYS start youR day off amazing!!!!!

Don’t go here. I got there at 6:40pm when they close at 7pm and I was refused service and completely laughed at while the door was locked in my face. The girls working here shouldn’t have jobs with the public if this is how you are going to treat them.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The store was absolutely filthy inside, which should’ve been my first red flag. But the real issue was the incredibly rude service. I travel for work and always have to get my food tax exempt. I have all the paperwork, and I know it’s something that can be done with a simple button at the register. When I told the barista, that I was going to need her to do tax exempt she snapped back with the nastiest tone “You’re gonna need me to what??!” She wasn’t just confused which could have been somewhat understandable, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and had zero interest in even trying to figure it out. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the shift lead, but still refused to make any effort to figure it out. It’s one thing to not know how to do something, but to treat a customer with that kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I understand that tax exempt is kind of annoying but it's not that weird. Also all places do tax exempt and I know for a fact starbucks does it because I've had no issues a other starbucks locations. Between the filthy store and the rude, unhelpful staff, this location was a complete embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

Ridiculously slow, I’ve worked at Starbucks. There’s a method to the madness and our experience was just madness. Management has to wake up and remember the basics. A customer shouldn’t have to wait a half hour for a 4 car drive through. The employees inside were not engaged with the order process and flow.

Ordered Ahead 38 min in advance when I got there my drinks were there but the food was not so I asked where’s my food lady said we were waiting till you got here to make it because we didn’t want it to get cold only to find out it would take a additional 30+ min that’s absolutely ridiculous what is the point of ordering ahead if they were gonna wait till I got there as I did not have time to wait because it was a 4 hour drive home I’m disappointed in the service as the manager could not even help with a refund.

I’ve never seen a Starbucks this dirty. This place is in desperate need of a manager and or owner that cares!!! Staff was polite but literally trash all over the counter, floors, tables and chairs. There was an exposed electrical floor outlet in the dining area, no toilet paper in one bathroom and no running water in the sink of the other.
