We stopped quickly for food on our way home. The service was very fast, we ordered the combination platters and the brown sauce was really thick (like a gel) but, other than that, ok. We ate inside so we could eat quickly and get back on the road and it was pretty cold inside. All-in-all, it was adequate and served it's purpose.

I have been here before and loved it, but this past time my food was subpar. I got the tso chicken, and it was dry, lacking flavor and barely had any sauce. The rice for the combo was pretty dried out too. I was very disappointed with my meal. My fellow orderers enjoyed their food and said it was good but I did not get to share that experience. The egg rolls however have always been and continue to be top notch. One of my favorite things after a meal is to enjoy the crunchy fried noodles... They were aweful. I shared them with my fellow diners and we all agreed they were stale and unenjoyable. The dogs got to have them as their treat. But it was $56 dollar for three people. I feel that is far too much to be this disappointed. I'm not sure I'll go back.

A friend recommended Chopsticks so we stopped by on a Sunday night for take out. I eat Chinese about 4x a year and always try the Shrimp Lo Mein dish. I’ve driven by Chopsticks several times recently but never noticed it, maybe because half of their business sign has lightbulbs out that need replacing. We went inside and were greeted by a nice young man who spoke English very well. We placed our order and took a walk outside while we waited for our food. The dining area inside was clean and had about 6 tables to eat at. I would have taken a pic of the interior but there was one employee taking a break and having his dinner. I didn’t want to disturb him. They were swamped with orders! Phone was ringing and other customers were stopping in frequently to pick up their take out orders. Our food was ready in 15 minutes. My friend took his Cashew Chicken combo meal home and told me the next day that he was not happy with the food/recipe. I took 4 bites of my Shrimp Lo Mein after I got home and I also was disappointed with my meal. I’ve never had Shrimp Lo Mein so dark in color with such thick Lo Mein noodles. It was too dry and sticky even after I added hot mustard and soy sauce to it. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our meals from Chopsticks, but we may give them another try in the future and order other food options next time. The restaurant itself doesn’t deliver but DoorDash delivers for them.

Take out but it's all grease. Flavorless egg drop soup and egg foo young a bowl of grease, greasy egg roll ..not good . Used to be good but that was before new owners . I think the people who own the liquor store next to it used to own it. Food was so much better .

I should have known when I pulled up to this place it was going to be terrible however it was recommended by a friend. The quickest $50 in food ever wasted. The fried rice was flavorless, Lo mein bland at best and there was little to no filling in the crab ragoon - so overcooked. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money.

Absolute trash. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They have 3.9 stars, that should say it all. This place is garbage and the food is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! There are a ton of Chinese food options, do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

I'm at work for a 16hr shift ordered from this Chinese place for the 1st time. Paid in advance over the phone and tip. I was delivered veg lo mein and crab ragoon . I ordered veg fried rice with soy sauce no broccoli. I called and was transferred to various employees to be told well I'm sorry I will talk to my staff. After further complaining I was offered 1/2 of the cost on the cost of lo mein for next order. Im at work payed good money...gave away the lo mein to co worker after smelling it they didn't want it either. Took a bite of the crab ragoon which are sweet for some reason. Needless to say learned my lesson. Will not be ordering from here again. # hungry.

This is a picture of “crab rangoon” from Chopsticks. There is literally nothing inside! Don’t waste your money. I gave it one star because the sweet and sour chicken is ok.

They have someone at the counter that would just whisper, she claimed none of their chicken dishes were grilled and you could only get batter fried chicken, the dine in section was very small, and the manager wasn’t interested in helping the receptionist at all, he just stood there and didn’t care. As an out of town visitor I can only assume the 4.0 rating is rigged.

Take your $30.00 elsewhere. If you love pineapple chicken, don't order it here - the taste is bland, the appearance is unappetizing, total fail. Don't order sweet and sour chicken with fried rice here either - fried rice hard, chicken overcooked, some pieces actually too hard to chew, haven't dared open the eggroll yet. We paid $25.57 + $4.43 tip & got a $30.00 bag of disappointment. Oh - except for the white rice - it was good. I was a fan of this place years ago, it's unfortunate their quality has declined so much.

I have been a customer here for years always enjoying my chicken and broccoli combination dish. My last visit was a nightmare as I got food poisoning from a different first-time dish of the General 's chicken. It was overcooked and as hard as a rock, unable to be bitten or chewed with cold, hard rice, and firm broccoli. I did not like its taste. I 'll NEVER order that dish again, especially on a Monday. I suffered from stomach cramping etc. What an experience!!!
