It’s located off exit on NYS route 87 for Queensbury with directions to mall location. Has exterior seating with many parking spaces. Stopped for soup and sandwich. My favorite Ten vegetable soup was available here also Bear Claw pastry. Being app member got points to get a free pastry with coffee order. I choose Pick-2 menu which comes with soup/ salad/ sandwich selections. My standard choice for sandwich is Mediterranean veggie without Feta cheese. See photos of Really nicely put together sandwich as well Soup and potato chips which come with it. Also they have standard in all their locations Tabasco sauce and Mustard packs available near drinks fountains. Water is on tap at fountain for free with asking order taker for a cup!! Very well seating area choices at this location as well as umbrellas topped exterior seating tables at this location.

When I ordered my rapid pickup from the Queensbury Panera, they forgot my half turkey sandwich. I called the restaurant, and the woman on the other end of the phone was extremely empathetic, apologetic, and immediately asked me my address so that they could deliver it to me. I lived in South Glens Falls, outside of their normal delivery area. They delivered my sandwich within 20 minutes (fast!), and it also came with 2 complimentary cookies and a bag of chips. They made it RIGHT! And they did it tactfully, and professionally. Thank you so much, this reinforces why I've been eating here for the past 4 years!

There is a staff member by the name of Vanessa who is so upbeat and helpful everytime I go into Paneras with my friends. She goes out of her way to say hello and asks if there is anything she can do for us. She is a hard worker and is always on the move when we see her. We all feel that she is a real benefit to that cafe.👍

Autumn squash soup was delicious, but my steak sandwich, had very little meat . For pick a pair and the sandwich was still over $7. Needed alot more meat. I should of taken a picture. Next time. If I dare try it again.

I recently placed a catering order with Panera Bread in Queensbury NY. The website was simple to navigate, and my many follow-up calls to Joanne were promptly addressed. Day of the event... Joanne was the first person on-site. Joanne wanted to make sure she was on time. The order was complete, and well packed...on ice, enough utensils, cups and plates. Food was delicious! Well organized delivery!

It's Panera. Keith runs a tight ship, good portions and food is ALWAYS delicious. Wait staff is unbelievable! Can't remember the one older gentleman name, but he makes the experience memorable every time! Nice to see employees who still value customer service and experience!

Tonight I ordered dinner (34.00$ worth) the driver was so sweet but forgot my salad. I called and the manager was so sweet, they sent out a new salad, gave me a 15.00$ voucher and refunded my order. Even after telling them they didn't have to they insisted. I appreciate everything they did to make the problem right

My friend and I stopped in for a quick dinner, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the excellent and friendly service here! In particular, Perry went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that our experience was a satisfactory one! We were both thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and his eagerness to help us in any way he could. We will be back, for sure! If you're reading this, Perry, thank you again! :-)

This is the best Panera stop we've ever had! The food was exactly as it always is. What made this restaurant special was the cashier, Perry! He out-going personality and fun attitude made me think of the magical moments you would only get by visiting Walt Disney World! If you're in Queensbury, definitely stop here!

Our office has gotten into the habit of ordering their delivery about once a week, and their service is excellent. There have been a couple times where something wasn't right, however they made it right quickly and efficiently. The Drivers are always very nice, and the food is great. Would definitely recommend!

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! We had a gentleman check on us a few times and he was a true gem. I highly recommend checking them out in the evenings so you can meet this server. The mac and cheese is awesome, as well.

I always love panera bread for the quality of their food and the speedy service but this specific store blew my mind. The lady at the counter started with 'what can I get for you sweety', so kind and when the food was ready, it was delivered right to our table. The gentleman waiter also picked up the empty plates from our next table. The ones I usually go to in CT are does not serve at the tables. These guys are the best. I really appreciate and commend their respect for the customers.

The staff here (especially the staff who maintain the cleanliness of the eat-in area) are always professional and courteous. The food is great tasting and served promptly (even big orders). The new kiosks allow me to order what I want, and how I want it, with unknown customization options and a list of ingredients in each dish.

In the past, the company would encourage you to help them protect the environment by not selecting utensils if you don't need them. But then no matter what you select, the staff would include utensils, forcing you to dig in and remove them before you leave. Now, it seems they are trying harder not to include utensils, and that effort is appreciated. As always, good food, well prepared.

My sister and I were at the Queensbury location when the tornado warning hit yesterday. The staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and calm in the back of the store while the storm passed through. We even got a free cookie!

Had an awesome time at this Panera! Perry took our order. He is delightful! Friendly, knowledgeable, going WAY beyond normal customer service. He knew regular customers by name. He joked with us and others. I haven't seen his type of customer interaction or service for a long time. If you are in the area, it is well worth the stop for a quick bite. The food was good, but the service makes this place special!

Lauren and Ana are spectacular! Friendly, professional and happy. I wish I could keep coming to this location. I’ve been to over 30 different Paneras in the past 64 days in the US AND Canada - THIS ONE IS THE BEST! And FINALLY! People smart enough to put the milk jug labels on the PROPER handle side where people can see it and don’t have to touch every jug and turn it around! 😝

Here’s the deal - there was a 20 minute wait for food due to the store being understaffed. Not at all ideal - and leading to an uncomfortable atmosphere within the store. The older gentlemen running orders to curbside - presumably the manager - did everything in his power to calmly and effectively inform everyone they were understaffed and orders would be taking longer than normal. He was working incredibly hard while maintaining a jovial atmosphere - making everyone feel comfortable. The food was also fantastic. This gentlemen deserves a raise - nay - requires a raise.

This Panera bread is one of the busiest locations ever. The quality of food is superb they have tons of delicious soups as well as sandwiches. Taking off one star because it seems that they need more staff for the volume of business they do but the people who work there are fantastic and really care about their customers.

I've stopped at this Panera multiple times on my way home from hiking - so generally I'm pretty exhausted, and I've also really only stopped late afternoon/evening on weekends (so not peak time). The food is on par with the standard Panera food - delicious (especially the Mac and Cheese), and the staff at this location has always been great. There is one employee in particular who has to be the friendliest man I have ever met in my entire life.

Always great service and food! Been going to Panera bread for few years at least 2 times per week and never got disappointed. Sometimes it takes a long time to get the food but totally understandable considering the covid and short staffed and how busy they are! I don’t leave reviews but last night they were closing I ordered my food there was no issue or problem from their side also my buddy came 2 minutes after me they told him that kitchen is closing he was upset about that and the manager was very polite and nice he even ask him what he wants and he will go and prepare for him what was impressing! He even didn’t charge him for that! Very nice and professional! I’m working at same industry as well and i know what does it mean when we’re closing down how hard is to do that and how much and what does that mean to the customer! If i could i would leave 10 stars!

Arrived after busy lunch. Several tables still available. Did not use kiosk to order, took a few for a clerk to come take order at cash register. Food ready fast. New salad item was very good. Soup and mac&cheese a staple on menu. Always good at this location. Tables kept clean and dishes cleared for washing on regular basis

I just have to say I had the best experience ever this evening. I am a creature of habit and I ventured off the beaten path and got the seasonal Fuji apple salad, and I have a new favorite. I also had some trouble ordering the chocolate chipper cookie online, and when I submitted my order it offered a survey at the end so I mentioned my comment about the cookies and wouldn’t you know they put two cookies in my order! The food was perfect to all my modifications and additions. And the delivery was so much faster than anticipated. Everyone is always quick to complain but I wanted to make sure this appreciation was mentioned.

Prices are on the high end, but you do receive quality food and ingredients for the cost. The main problem is consistency, often I find this location fails to make my order 100% accurately, makes the flatbreads a bit messy, or skimps on portion sizes from time to time. But they have always made it right when I brought these complaints forward.

Super busy place when we dined. It is located in the heart of Queensbury. We stopped primarily for a hot drink. It's adjacent to a large parking lot, so access is not an issue. Can be seen readily from the road. The staff handled the capacity crowd quite well. We waited about ten minutes in line for our order to be taken. We were fortunate to find a seat. They do a thriving business.

A very nice discovery with very good croissants and other breakfast pastries. The only downside is that it's a little too sweet for our personal taste, such as the chocolate croissant having way too much chocolate glaze filling, but the taste was still good and overall quality and freshness was there.

I love that you can order food from your phone and never have to talk to anyone. Unfortunately they often mess up my order. Many times there has been no fork, and twice I've paid extra for something on my salad and it wasn't on there! The pickup orders are made very quickly, though.

Clean restaurant! The only we interacted with staff was when I picked up food. Food was Panera good! My husband got his usual. I tried the Bacon Avocado sourdough melt Upick2 with french onion soup. The soup was alright but the melt hit the spot.

It's so busy during the summer. Unfortunately they only had one kiosk available. I prefer to use those so I can take my time and customize my salad easier. My cookie was a little too hard for my liking, but it was fine. Salad was great.

We had not been in a long time. They rearranged and changed quite a bit. Our counter person was friendly and very good. We were very pleased at the peicing-thunking they have not gone up in their pricing as much as other area restaurants including fast food joints have in the past year. A little pricey, $20 per person for breakfast, but good quality. The egg sandwich was very good and cranberry muffin crazy yummy. Fruit cup was half empty and the pineapple tasted like onions. Need to watch out for cross contaminations if you have food allergies. Staff was very nice.

Went to Panera in Glens Falls NY, food was very good as expected, just didn't intend to wait almost an hour for our take out. Ordered ahead on phone for asap pick up for 1:20pm, but a pop up at check out check was that it wouldn't be ready until 1:39 pm, if I wanted to continue to place the order, so I did. I was not alone waiting for take out, and ours was not done until almost 2:15, just about an hour since placing the order, and 35 minutes beyond the pick up time. I know this location is in a big plaza and it was a Saturday, but that is way too long for take out. I would choose another location or just go somewhere else other than Panera if I am in a hurry.. I am still giving a decent rating, because the food is always consistently good, and maybe this location was just short staffed for the volume of people sitting in the dining room, along with the volume they had for take out.

Service polite and helpful. I pointed At what I wanted while describing the-chicken with corn and salsa and a beet salad. What came to the table was the salad and the chicken tortellini which was not what I ordered. I admit I should have sent it back . Salad was delicious. Shared it with my husband. He ordered soup and sandwich. Too much cheese in the soup. We just had the tortellini chicken for dinner . Very nice but too many calories. Now we have to go back someday for the dish I really wanted. They need to label the pictures so you know the name of your desired menu. Otherwise, tasty clean polite and Served hot when it should be. A little pricey.

The food is good, but it drives me absolutely insane when you have a specialty order. It never fails. I go there and order a sandwich without onions, and after 15 minutes of waiting for a sandwich it comes out with onions. Then the process starts over of having to wait another 10 minutes to wait for another to be made.

The food was good. The check out with self serve or with an employee are so close because of the small lobby area you can't tell who's in which line. It almost started a brawl. They are so short staffed. They made mistakes with the order. Drinks cost as much as entries. I know why it's been awhile since I've been there. It will be awhile before I go again.

1+ hour wait time for a cup of mac and cheese and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. Half an hour longer than estimated. My second time at Panera. Lobby was full of people annoyed at the wait. I don’t think I’ll be back which sucks because the food is really good. :(

I went to my local Panera about 2 weeks ago, and I was shocked. I'd never had such an experience like this! I ordered a chocolate croissant and a drink, and I waited for about 10 minutes just for my drink. I wondered where my croissant was, so I went up to the ordering counter, and asked the man for a chocolate croissant. I said that I had ordered it about 15 minutes ago. He was silent, and then he walked over to the pickup counter. Soon, about 2 minutes later, he came back with a chocolate chip cookie. I didn't order that! I decided to order another one, and it took about another 2 minutes, so I decided to sit down and wait. Only then did the man come back up to me personally and handed me the pastry. I hope I don't have to go through that again.

Always fast and friendly service!! Come here multiple times a week and am never disappointed. I also really enjoy the new update to the store. Edit: 6/27/18 Ordered a Mac n cheese with 2 baguette sides and got 1 baguette cut into 2. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were low on baguettes. But shortly after I noticed the people around me get their food with a baguette for their side and their baguettes were the same size as my two put together. It’s also pretty clear from the picture that it was one baguette side cut in half. Edit: 8/18/18 Getting sick of how inconsistent this Panera is. I order a strawberry poppyseed salad without chicken (there’s literally a menu option that does not include chicken, I don’t have to custom order) and yet they put chicken on my salad every time. On top of that, whenever I order a smoothie or frozen coffee to go it ends up being extremely watery. A frozen coffee or smoothie should NOT be the same consistency as iced coffee or juice, especially when you’re paying over $4 for a drink.

Incredibly slow. From the point of order until we received our food was almost 24 minutes. When it arrived my sandwich was missing ingredients (missing sausage on a sausage egg and cheese). So I had to bring it back up to the window where they added a sausage patty and handed it back to me. Once we were able to eat, the food did taste good which is why I gave two stars.

Was requested to place my to go order at Kiosk due to staff shortage. Ordered 6 bagels all cut. When I got back to the hotel, 10 miles away, only 2 bagels were correct. None were cut.

I ordered at counter, service there was excellent.Ordered Frontega chicken sandwich , drink and soup. Got to food counter, the woman behind counter was very rude to me and other patrons. My sandwich comes with red onion(one sliver on one side ), something green(no green at all), loads of tomatoes, cheese (one small piece on each side) chicken (all tiny pieces looked like it was the end of the bowl). My soup was good (thankfully that comes to them premade)....Very disappointed for the money I spent there 23.83 I say I was ripped off and treated badly

I was here on a generally slow night and it took them forand ever to get anything made. Definitely not my favorite Panera 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. But the food is fine because hello it’s just pre frozen.

Kiosk only. No humans. Dozens of confused patrons spending 10 minutes plus at the kiosks, trying to figure out how to order. Elderly people searching for a friendly face to help them order. Never again. Apparently cutting costs preparing for an IPO.

Today was the day. I was going to sign up for the sip club at Panera and become a regular customer. Before I did this, my family and I payed a visit to try out the iced coffee and make sure it was worth it. For starters a small iced coffee was over $3, and to add flavor...for some reason cost us over $2....each. Even though flavors are advertised and on the app are .75 cents each. The wait to get to the register was so long we didn't argue this. What else could go wrong. "Let's just get our coffees and go". So off to the self serve station we go. Swarmed with angry people waiting(bc of the wait) and a pooling puddle of water that was getting much bigger was a dirty, empty, iced coffee station. No iced coffee, no cream and no one free to help us. Our quick trip turned into a 30 minute wait for a self serve service with a now cranky toddler. Zero communication on the employees part to how long it would take to make more iced coffee, no apology or even an explanation to how the sip club worked, even when we asked. Accompanied by a now cranky toddler, my now being late for work and everyone's spoiled evening, we will not ever go back. Ever. Just unreal. Communicate, help us, make it a good experience. Won't go back, won't recommend.

Would an absolutely horrid place. Customer service and quality where the reasons I signed up for panera many years ago when I arrived back to New York. They have gotten so commercialized it's just like a McDonald's except for even less organized and less consistent. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I don't even know what forms of payment they accept. I was shown one size container and when I looked at my order it was not even half the size of what I was shown so that made my order come out different than I would of and nobody seemed to care. The food with sub standard the baguette was hard as a rock the place was slammed busy and I will never go there again mostly because of they poor poor service and the scattered information inconsistent with the menu or anything else I will never go there again

I understand completely that it must be annoying to have people that don't work there asking for food but when I'm just a delivery driver and I get treated like I'm doing something wrong asking for the order that isn't there and just every employee staring but no one will help you. Don't accept delivery orders if you're not going to make them

I Placed an online order and picked it up at the cafe. When I got home I discovered the order was missing my daughters sandwich and drink. I called right away and was told that they discovered the mistake shortly after I left. They had my contact info including phone number but didn’t call to let me know. I was not offered any compensation for having to return to the cafe to pick up my missing food and drink. I was simply told everyone makes mistakes. True, but your biggest mistake was not caring about your customer. Very disappointing.

I love Panera, but I was very disappointed with this Panera located in N.Y. . The employees greeted us by giving us a warning that ordering food was going to take time. We were hungry so we went ahead and ordered. I requested the food to eat there. The food was provided to go. The area of the cold drinks was not clean it was apparent that it had not been wiped down for awhile. We will continue to visor Panera, but not this one.

I am a loyal Panera Bread customer so when I was in Lake George for training I had to order breakfast from Panera. I placed an order for a cheese Souffle, parfait and a hot tea. I then drive 20 mins to Panera to pick up my order. I went to the order pick up area at which point there was a note on my receipt NO SOUFFLÉ +REFUND. I was confused because it’s now 8am in the morning, 2 hrs since the opened and no souffle. I didn’t receive any notification prior that I would be receiving a partial order. I walked up to the cashier and inquired, she gave me the nastiest look and sauce, “we have no soufflés and you got your refund.” WOW. There were no alternative suggestions provided. I will never come back to Panera Lake George.

I have always loved Panera but when we first walked in, it smelled like a dirty diaper. Finally got our food and I was so excited! When I got home I had used a spoon of my own and started eating, food was decent. My dad had pointed out that there was a spoon in the bag and pulled it out to show me. Let me just say I was disgusted and could not eat anymore soup after the spoon in the bag was dirty with a white substance on it. I had ordered french onion soup so it couldn't of been that, that was on the spoon.

Ordered curbside pickup from the Queensbury NY location, and after waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, they brought out a sealed bag with my food...got back to our office and we were missing all 3 baguettes that went with our soups and salad. called them and the girl had no answers other than i could drive back in and pick them up....terrible customer service. i had just wasted my whole lunch break waiting for our food that wasnt ready when it was supposed to be. Awful. no offer of compensation or offer to deliver them. NOTHING>

Beautiful place but.... the employees were on there phones the half the time and one had there apron on his hat ! Like what? And one girl was serving food with 1.) her hair down 2.) NO GLOVES ...... Panera is my favorite restaurant to go to because it’s healthy and FAST ( one thing this place was not) this panera was honestly one of the worst I’ve been too. :(

We had a great time up until 2 women sat next to us then demanded to a staff member that we move tables. It didn’t bother me until the staff member demanded that I move tables or leave the restaurant. He then proceeded to raise his voice to my table in front of the entire restaurant. I have NEVER felt more embarrassed and degraded. I left with tears in my eyes. Didn’t get his name and unfortunately he had a mask on but he had blue eyes and brown hair and was about 5’10. They definitely lost a loyal customer today.

Expensive and the quality, variety of food choices is nothing like it used to be. Years ago they had a steak tossed salad that was to die for! Now you can only get a steak sandwich and it’s all bread, very little steak! Bummerz…used to be a great place.🥲

Ordered lunch for the whole office. Most of it was delivered but not all. They never answer the phone either. The slip attached to the bag literally has boxes for them to check off as they pack the bags. Apparently, that's too much work or they just don't care. Either way, I'm done giving you business.

There was a manager named Kevin, who was extremely rude. Not only to me, but his other employees. It was very uncomfortable eating there with him around. The lady was trying to keep the dinning area clean and he was giving her a hard time. Not professional at all. Most likely Won't go back to this particular restaurant. Other employees were great!!

We went to Panera in Queensbury at about 1 o’clock and we’re told that it was a 40 minute wait and they weren’t taking orders you had to do it online. Very unprofessional. So we went across the street to chipotle and we served immediately

The staff is slow with no organization there are 15 people angrily waiting for food and a few have mentioned waiting for 30 min. My order was not right when it was delivered and I have had to drive back to the store and do rapid pick up. It was supposed to be ready at 2:05 and is no where near the time they promised, and it is currently more then 20 minutes late. I do not recommend this store. I do recommend management gets involved to help because without leadership it seems no one has a sense of urgency resulting in horrible service.

We used to eat here a lot until we had kids. We ordered take out a couple weeks back and weren't happy with our food. My sandwich was disgusting. The chicken didn't taste like chicken. Very chewy. My husband's broccoli cheddar soup made him sick. We used to love Panera. I'm not sure what happened. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Sandwiches and salads from here used to be loaded. $10 for 2 slices of meat? Another $13 for half a bowl of salad. Ridiculous.

The receipt says the order was submitted at 3:15 when in fact it was submitted at 2:30. This is the second time now that I have had to wait almost an hour to pick up my food, and it’s being disguised (not necessarily intentionally) as being done in 15 minutes. Every time I place an online order I see people coming into the lobby and having their orders made before the 5 or 6 online orders that are pending on the screen. This is NOT any fault of the employees that are making the food, this is due to understaffing as is the case with most businesses these days, and it’s hard to find employees that want to work, and who can fulfill their job duties effectively. Willow for example is an amazing employee who is always trying to get things under control but the last time I went there were two employees who were just waltzing out to the dining room and picking up dishes while there were 13 orders backed up and a 45 minute wait time. I’m not 100% sure how the system works when it comes to making the food, but it seems that there could have been something for them to do, like make soups, cut bread for sandwiches, prepare salads, etc instead of leaving it all to the two employees who were making the food. When all is said and done this falls onto the store manager to hire more employees and effectively designate their responsibilities during rushes, and if payroll doesn’t allow more hours to be allotted then corporate needs to fix that. We are dealing with the same issue at my job, so I understand but it should not take an hour to make half a sandwich and a cup of soup. Also, Google is displaying an estimated wait time of 10 minutes for online orders, which should not be trusted.

Total of 3 customers in the building but still had to wait for our order to be taken. Broccoli cheddar soup was barely luke warm. I know it's pretty hard to re heat soup that's already made up.

Bagel was not buttered. Butter provided but was hard and very difficult to spread in a car. Lazy. Bacon was overcooked and egg tasted like it had been Frozen.

This is the 4th time I did a mobile order which had errors even though it was correct on receipt. The person has a dairy allergy and no cheese was selected but sandwich had cheese. Called about 4 times to get refund and to speak to manager and no answer. Manager cannot be found. For the price of panera I expect better service.

Can you restock anything? I have been trying to order for over a month now and every time at least one item is out of stock and the replacements offered are bs. They are out of turkey - would yiu like to pay almost $3 for another meat or just get none with that?

I ordered a Mac and cheese bread bowl for my daughter as a pick up order, the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up to pick it up and ended up waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for a total of 50 minutes from the time I submitted my order. Other customers were having the SAME issue. One man said he waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. A woman and her daughter said they waited just as long and their food came out cold. There was no soda at the soda machines. This place has gone to crap!!! The staff was rude and slow. Very disappointed in this place.

Avoid!!! Panera as a franchise continues to decline. The portions get smaller, the prices get higher, and every time I go it takes longer and longer to get food. Today the sandwiches were tossed together with a fraction of the ingredients (like two small pieces of chicken on the Chicken Ranchero), food took forever despite the small amount of people in the building, and the women’s room was disgusting!!! Water pooled on the floor, plumbing pieces laid out, mop bucket under sink and NO SOAP!!!! So I guess the employees aren’t washing their hands.

I’ve been with Panera for 25 years and always looked forward going there. But yesterday, I had family coming and thought I’d pick up some of Panera pastries to have with coffee and I’m so disappointed I did! The pastries (ALL of them) were chewy, not flaky, dry and I was so embarrassed I put them out. I spent close to $30 for nothing! I should’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts! Whatever you’re doing (you were bought out?) is wrong. I will not go back.

I recently visited this Panera Bread and ordered a salad, expecting a satisfying meal. To my dismay, I paid $9 for what amounted to only three bites of salad. It was incredibly disappointing, especially given the price. Had I known it would be this small, I would have gone to the grocery store instead and purchased a normal-sized salad for a fraction of the cost. This experience has left a sour taste, and I can confidently say that this will be the last time Panera Bread sees a cent of my money. It's simply not worth it. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place based on my recent visit.

Self serve ordering is dumb. No menu readable from the self order stations. Have to know their menu or wade through the touch screen. 22min wait for standard order items. Soup too cool to be food safe. Taking it back. NEVER coming here again. They replaced it with soup at proper temp.
