Tyler was a fantastic server. Brought out the correct food, interacted with us throughout our meal, made sure we were all set and frequently checked if we needed anything. Had no issues splitting the check and made it very simple. Definitely will be returning!

Makayla is so lovely very attentive and a hard worker. she really took care of me and my husband. awesome job Miakayla. You made our experience good excellent we will return. Thank you again.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I was very impressed with this restaurant. It’s a six flag restaurant attached to an indoor water park/hotel. I wasn’t expecting much. I order a mushroom Swiss burger cooked rare with a side salad and water with lemon. The salad veggies were all very fresh and crisp, which surprised me when I saw it. Then the burger was cooked perfectly, which is unusual for most restaurants, rare for a hotel restaurant, and unbelievable for a kids water park hotel restaurant. My wife and kids also enjoyed their meals. I felt that someone here did an excellent job and I wanted to give credit where it was due.

The staff were very hospitable, especially our server Georgia. The food was good and the kids loved it. My granddaughter even gifted Georgia with a coloring page as a thank you for being so friendly

The staff made this experience- everyone was so pleasant and we were so impressed with this remodel. Georgia in particular was great and so was her supervisor in the red and black shirt. Really lovely experience.

I'm not normally one to swoon over chain restaurants, but I have to say I was quite impressed with this Hurricane Grill!! Located inside the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge / Indoor Waterpark where we were staying, this was a convenient meal for us before hitting the road back to Long Island. Our last time to this hotel, there was a Johnny Rockets in this space, and they also have Tall Tales Tavern right near the lobby, which is pretty solid. Our server, Hannah, was incredible! She was sweet and patient from start to finish, answering questions about the food, and even bringing out a flight of sauces for us to decide how we wanted to have our wings! I wasn't expecting them to have a Bavarian pretzel on the menu but after seeing it come out a few times to adjacent tables and its sheer size, we snagged one as well! The kids menu was very reasonable, and all the food was great! Thanks for a great visit!

My waitress Connie made the experience exceptional! She went out of her way to make sure we had a seat despite the restaurant being busy .. the kitchen staff were probably extremely busy but food was amazing .. I’m a big wings fan so love the extremely hot buffalo wings . Thanks to Connie for the great service and the guy at the desk as well who was seating people. Not sure of his name but very friendly ! Also was great to see the waitresses mopping the floors in their closed sections which shows very good work ethic ! Will definitely be back !

We've been here twice and both times have been great! My order get screwed up the first time, but they fixed it very quickly. The food is delicious! Our server was Rachel this time and she handled our full table very well!

This has a cute and fun atmosphere. There is also an outdoor bar area and an outdoor seating area. The service was good, the food is basically typical amusement park/corporate food. Not really authentic food, but its decent after a long day of the amusement park/ and or swimming.

Food was not the best. Abby was wonderful and service was fast! I was looking forward to the wings but the flavors were not good and overcooked.

Connie was an amazing server. Super friendly, and very nice. Our food and drinks came out promptly. Overall we had a great experience.

We order takeout from here quite often. The one and only time we went to sit down was later in the evening. The place was completely empty and we requested a larger booth because we had four full-size adults. The hostess didn’t have an issue with it, however, the manager on duty that evening threw a fit and made all of us feel extremely uncomfortable. She had an issue with us requesting a table that was off limits and not in the zone that was still available to seat customers. As I said, we were the only customer there and all we did was request a table that was large enough to wear. Our elbows were not bumping each other and you couldn’t fit all of our plates on the table without knocking over something or having to stack them because there’s no room to breathe. She was miserable during the entire visit, but the food was great. We had the boneless wings, shrimp quesadilla, barbecue cheeseburger. The shrimp quesadilla was amazing and we order it on a regular basis.

Decent food. Chris was our server. He was attentive and friendly. Constructive feedback...reel in the enthusiasm. Too much seems insincere. Music was atrocious...doesn't seem to fit the anesthetics nor is it dining worthy. Find something that suits the clientele.

The food wasn't bad the Hangover Burger was amazing the Street Corn was basically just rolled in Powdered Cheese. Kids mac & cheese was good for them ( Kraft type) service was poor. Our child spilled her drink and we used all the napkins on the table and clean it Ourselves and had to wait 10mins to flag down a bus boy to help get the ice and napkins off the table. Then we asked our waitress for napkins and silverware ( because we didn't get any) and she brought us 2 sets and 4 coaster napkins. So we had to share two forks for 4 people 🙄.

First, let me say that Gary was awesome. Food and drinks were sub par at best. CAT-4 tasted like Antifreeze which if you end up finishing it, It turns out it’s pretty a-maze-ing. The wings could be crispier, the hottest wing sauce could be hotter and the chicken on the nachos I’m not really sure was chicken. Gary has high aspirations, we’re rooting for you Gary.

Inaccuracy in order vs what is served. I ordered to go Grilled steak & avocado taco: I did not receive the chips and salsa it's supposed to be served with and there was no avocado in the tacos.

I really had high hopes for my experience. My wife and daughters had dined her several times over the summer and into the fall, and had nothing but great things to say about the food, so it made it a pretty easy decision when I suggested going out to grab a bite tonight. Dining area was rather empty when we arrived so I assumed our service would be a bit on the more average/quick side... I was very sorely mistaken. The host sat the four of us in clear view of the host stand and had clear sight of the bar, however, only sat us with two sets of silverware, a drink menu and two children's menus. After about 5 minutes, I got up and grabbed a couple of regular menus for my wife and I and returned to our table. 10 more minutes pass and we have all decided what we were going to order along with our drinks... Another 15 minutes without having a server greet us or check in we are about to get up and leave. At this point, someone notices we are about to get up and asks us if anyone has helped us yet. We let her know that "no, and we were just about to leave because it's been close to 30 minutes". She apologized profusely and said she will take care of us and that "there's no assigned sections tonight and the host never told her she sat us". The first two drink selections I made I'm informed are currently out so I settled another and moved on. We all order our food, my wife and kiddos got the tenders (their favorite) and I ordered a burger (rare)... Food arrived approximately another 25 minutes later, and to no surprise at this point, my burger is unfortunately well overcooked. I didn't bring to the servers attention because at this point I have just checked out and not expecting anything to make my experience any better. My wife and daughters all enjoyed their food and I wasn't going to sour their night with my misfortune. I'm sure that they will be back again and remain happy customers, unfortunately I can not say the same for myself. I truly hope that I just happened to draw the short straw and this isn't a trend for any other patrons.

The food is bland. Nothing special. The service was terrible. We waited over an hour for food, just to end up leaving. We would have been spending over $160 on food, but ended up canceling our order. The only reason I’m giving 2 starts is because the girl at the bar who ended up waiting on us was very friendly and kept checking in on us. The kitchen was prioritizing ‘to go’ order placed by those staying in the hotel… wouldn’t it make sense to prioritize those sitting in front of you? Would not recommend and will not return, even if we decide to stay in this location again.

The service was slow over a half hour for wings, fries Jumbo Onion ring(which were anything but jumbo), we had to go keep finding our server to get drinks, wings did have good flavor but some were still cold, had to send them back, the manager ended up comping the wings. Stay away, go elsewhere you can get better food and service for a better price

I'm not one to leave reviews but this was the worst experience at a restaurant. My family and I pulled off the highway for quick bite to eat on a 6 hour car ride home. Server took our drink order then disappeared for a while. Came back with a trainee(who was super nice) and they took our food order. 20 minutes later come out with our 2 son's meals said our meals would be right out. 40 minutes go by still no meals. At this point we're beyond frustrated. I asked the server what was going on with our food and he goes out back to check, only to inform us that they just started working on it! So we've been sitting there over an hour with no food. So we canceled our order, and asked for the check. The manager did end up comping the meal, but at this point we're ready to go. And he was starting to get snippy. They claimed they were "backed up". We were the only family in dining room. Very poorly run. 👎👎

Food was good, took half an hour to get one drink from the bar, zero people in the restaurant. We all ordered our food at the same time and three of the people didn’t get food for another half an hour after everyone else’s food came out. When I went to go ask where the food was a snappy manager told me “yeah I know you’re waiting on three more we are working on it as fast as we can” but everyone else already had gotten food that took just as long if not longer. Basically don’t go unless you have an hour and a half of time to wait for food
