This is my favorite pizza place, ever! I've been around the country and consider myself a pizza snob. They have mastered the cheese pizza with the best crust (stable, thin, cooked just right), (real, low-starch, full moisture) mozzarella cheese, and (saltier, thin) sauce. I order at least a large double cheese every time I come back to town to visit. I was so sad to hear their son had passed. When I lived there we ordered so often he would recognize my name-order. I hope they reopen again! I need your recipe if not! This family business is a staple of East Utica dining. I'll fight you if you say otherwise.

My son and I went there today as he had gone there every Friday when he was working in the area. The meal was excellent the portions were fantastic. The place itself was very neat and clean the staff was very efficient the wait time was very short it was a very good experience for me as it was the first time I'd ever been there. I would strongly recommend anybody that wants excellent service, excellent food, wonderful atmosphere 2 go to Parkway Pizza

Pizza was very delicious. But definitely could have been quicker with their service. We waited at the drive thru so long (with no service) I finally pulled up and went in and still had to wait just to be acknowledged that someone would wait on me... With people just walking around in the back finally the pizza guy yelled up and asked me if he could help me... Hey probably closer to 15/20 minutes to get 2 slices warmed up and in a box...if I wasn't driving a person (diabetic) that needed to eat I would have left... Being busy I would understand but when you're not I find it hard to excuse poor customer service. I'm giving 5 stars to the food and to the clean place.

Parkways has been my favorite pizza place since High School. We have been regulars there for almost 20 years. I moved away 4 years ago, but every time I come to visit, I make sure I get me some parkway pizza and garlic knots. Dom and his family are very friendly and hospitable.

Stopped here yesterday for lunch, the rice balls were great and seem to be uncommon in most pizzerias in central NY so they were definitely a nice surprise, really loved the cheese and crust on the pizza but what really won me over were the wings and I have traveled to buffalo just for wings

A great family-owned business with great food. Love their fries and chicken club. Very good pizza. Excellent prices for the quantity and quality of food you receive. Kitchen, bathrooms and dining areas are clean. At lunch the dining room has two TVs on. Can be busy for lunch during the school year. Also can be a little slow if they are very busy and the dish you want takes time to prep (remember, family run and fresh made). Well worth the wait. You can call ahead for drive through pickup. Highly recommended.

This is one of our favorite pizza spots.The pizza is consistently delicious, there are many many other restaurants in the area where you do not get the same quality pizza everytime; sometimes undercooked, or sometimes the crust is so huge you feel like you're eating a loaf of bread with one slice or the big dissapointment of not enough rroni but Parkway pizza always delivers a great pizza and exaclty how you want it (thin crust slightly crunchy)! As for the rest of the menu I can not comment, but I can say after having many family members come from out of state and try all other pizza in the area they always prefer Parkway. Too bad they're closed on Sunday.

You haven't really experienced Utica unless you try Parkway Pizza, plain and simple. Family owned, across the street from a huge park, nearby a gas station, pharmacy, Family Dollar, and a publuc pool. Did I mention they also have great ice cream as well? Best pizza in the area, by far!

Excellent homegrown Italian pizza. Reminds me of Bolognese pizza. But most importantly, REASONABLE prices and their wings are just as good as the other fancy-smancy place that starts with a C but you leave with only lots and lots of change from a 100.00 dollar bill!!

Got a large pepperoni pizza delivered, the pepperoni slices were deli sized, which was different, wasent too greasy and overall a good pie, would order again

Small family place. Not many of those left around. Parkway has consistently good pizza. They never have "bad days and good days". What you get once is what you get every time: A solid, tasty, delicious pizza. They use jumbo pieces of pepperoni which adds a nice touch. Great place and my go-to pizza place whenever I'm in the area.

Not your fanciest pizza parlor, but Parkway Pizza offers bonafide pizza at a good price. This sweet place is tucked away at the end of town but is family owned. Don't be turned away by the external appearance...they make good pizza! Out family of 10 was well fed.

Average food and higher priced for portions received. Next time will try the pizza they offer, the sub sandwich was nothing special.

One time i paid & he made me pay again when i went to get the food , so i just paid him twice .. it was only 13.25 maybe they should hand out receipts.

Worst Buffalo chicken slice I’ve ever had

They are so cheap with everything if you don’t order more then on slice they will literally put your slice in a paper bag and throw the sauce Container right on the slice mushing the cheese and I don’t think is clean enough to be on my food the lady is nice but the older guy is rude never welcome never thank you at the end if you are tired of working retire!!!

Overpriced and not worth it. Wings were terrible, fries or should I say "Fry" were okay, and the pizza was okay other than the fact that there was a nice piece of plastic on the pizza. A lot better options in the area.
