Service is always great. I tried their California pizza back in November was a game changer it's official my favorite plus they always have these delicious brownies 🤗 also a great place to stop and get a slice and they always have a variety to choose from

Great food. Rock runs a tight shift and a very clean place. The traditional, "Russ Morelle" style pizza keeps you coming back. I find if to be a little pricey for a neighborhood pizzeria.

Great food in general. Hardworking young people who really want to please their customers. Wings were crispy and delicious. Celery was fresh and the blue cheese great.

We ordered ahead: pizza and wings for the work crew of 10 guys, and went inside to eat. It was ready when we arrived, they set us up in their dining room, and treated us very well.

On my top 5 pizza places in utica rosarios is on the list they have nice fresh food.they obey covid rules and are professional. Theyre food is delicious my favorite being the upside down pizza and the chicken wing pizza albeit very greasy but very good grab some napkins.

Place has been remodeled and looks amazing..staff is ALWAYS pleasant and service is great..food...where do I begin..portions are huge!!!...salads are fresh packed with meats..veggies..etc...pizza is fresh and delicious..and everything else is ALWAYS spot on...exactly why ROSARIOS is our go to place!!!

Great quality food! Crispy chicken wraps & salads are always fresh. Wings are very crispy. Variety of pizza choices. Thicker dough - if that's what you prefer. Not a fan of the mozzarella sticks.

Their pizza is absolutely phenomenal. I go there alot on my lunch break. Some grade A+ pizza. I haven't gotten the luxury of having time to enjoy any of their other meals but if its anything like their pizza, I'm willing to bet its all equally phenomenal. And the staff is very quick to serve you as well. Very well organized even during lunch rush. 10/10 for me

Been coming here a long time. Food is pretty consistent and delicious. But this past time I went on a Friday and got a fish fry. Fish fry was good, fries here are better than most places. But my reason for the review today is one. COLE SLAW! I eat cole slaw a bit as a side to different dishes places asks i have to say their's is the BEST cole slaw I may have ever had. So much so I had to tell the owner that it was so good. I was informed they make it fresh. Way TO Go! It's really exceptional. I know it's a small detail but sometimes the small details really make the meal. Really get some cole slaw with a Friday fish fry. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was fantastic. The supreme pizza was great. The dough is very tasty as is the sauce. Generous toppings and cheese. The Bourbon Molasses wings are to die for. Sweet with a little spicy kick, and deliciously sticky! No matter what else you order, get some Bourbon Molasses Wings to go with it...you won't be sorry

I don't usually write reviews, but we haven't order pizza from Rosario's in a while and I have to tell you that it was incredible tonight. I'm not sure if it was the cheese, sauce or dough or all three, but man it was good. Keep up the great recipe we will definitely be ordering more often!!!!

My spouse & I were traveling through Utica and stopped here for lunch. We both tried something we don't usually order (stuffed eggplant & grilled chicken over greens). Friendly, fast service. Delicious food. Fair prices. Huge portions! We had leftovers for dinner the next day.

i love this place period..been goin since high school now i go most nights on my lunch break from work, i’ve worked around the corner for 12 years or so…first fell in love with this place when an old girlfriend bought me a chicken bacon ranch pizza i thought it was the best pizza i ever tasted 🤣 besides the CBR pizza ,the chicken wing ,upside down,and pepperoni pizza of course are all great.. one time i had a steak riggies slice from them idk if it’s available all the time but it was delicious ..the staff is amazing they treat you like family..often because my lunch break is close to the time they close they won’t hesitate to give me 1 or more free slices with my order and on nights when i’m really craving a slice from them but don’t have much money i really appreciate when they do that ..they also make a really good steak and cheese sub ..long story long rosarios might be the best pizza place in town unless your craving a thin ny style pizza ..the only knock i can think to say about them is the ranch containers cost 2 dollars and with the size of their slices it takes a container per slice lol so if you like to dip pizza in ranch your pretty much adding a extra 2 bucks in to each slice lol so often when i’m low in money i may really have to decide between an extra slice or a ranch which sucks ..if the ranch was like 1.00-1.25 rosario’s would be a whole cheat code 🤣

Kudos for the great customer service! I placed an online order for a meatball sub not sure if the order was fouled up on my end or there's, but went to pick up there was no record of it! Only had to wait about 5-10 minutes went to pay was told the order was "on the house" ! My day was made and the sub was great as well! TY Rosarios!

The food always tastes great, and salad portions are HUGE. A large chicken caesar salad is a meal and a half on its own. Atmosphere is nice and staff has always been friendly towards me. Never have to wait for very long for my order. Love eating here.

I was in town for calling hours and wanted to pick something up to eat when I got home. I'm so glad I chose this place. I was greeted right away from a very friendly gentleman who took my order. I ordered the "small" turkey sub. It was huge and delicious. The most turkey I think I've ever had on a sub before. I ate half and saved the other half for the next day. I only wish I lived closer so I could try more things on the menu. Highly recommend!

It was recommended that I try Rosario's and it did not disappoint. Ordered the crumbled sausage with onions upside down pizza which I never have had and it was delicious. Also wanted to try the Gabe special which was equally amazing. Grabbed a few canollis and a hand pie and both blew my mind. Thank you for the wonderful food. We eat here about 4+ times a month and the food is always good. I usually get a plate full of meatballs and sauce, but today we had Lasagna with a meatball and melted Mozzarella cheese on top and garlic bread with grated cheese and butter. The Fish Fry is very good.

I grew up on Rosario's. Since I was a little girl living in the Terrace we'd always run down to Rosario's to get amazing food. The recipe's have remained the same and every bite reminds me of my childhood. Great food.

Pizzas were excellent. Place was crowded with people waiting to pick up orders. Cashier could have been a little more personable, but overall good experience.

This place is good for a quick bite but I wouldn’t recommend the pizza. It was quite underbaked in my opinion but I really like their wraps. The building is nice and it looks very clean.

We ordered 2 pizzas ,subs a burger and a order of fries .we were very happy with everything ! The subs could have stood a lot more lettuce . It was still good with only a few strands of lettuce more next time would be great !

7/9/2024. Delivery via grubhub I've ordered delivery several times & this is 1st time I didn't care for something, I Ordered the large pepper & egg sub & paid additional $2.25 to add extra sweet fried peppers to my sub. Did not receive any extra peppers at all. Sub had very few peppers in it. Quite disappointed in this sub.. this large sub was the same size as the small steak Rosario sub, which is absolutely delicious & what i normally order.. doubt I'll order pepper & egg sub again. the upside down pizza was received very hot & delicious. There appears no way to add toppings to the upside down pizza via grub hub.. next time I'm trying a different pizza with toppings. Delivery was fast & prompt. Driver used a heat retaining bag.

Considering your options in the immediate area this is better than parkway pizza across the street. The cali pizza is really sweet, the buffalo chicken was preferred. Also, tried the Lasagne meatball special and it was very good. Garlic Bread was overpowering with garlic butter. Will eat again and recommend.

I've been doing business here for a very long time, but over the last year it's been going down hill. There are only kids working there and the wait times are getting longer and longer. They tell you 30 minutes and you wind up waiting 75 minutes. Like the place and the owner is a good guy but him not being there has definitely impacted the business.

Used to be my favorite pizza when i was going to Mohawk Valley Community College about 6 years ago. It was definitely not the same crust. Still good but i was disappointed. Would still be very good for someone who didnt have the experience of their old pizza.

Nice place, good pizza. The place needs adult leadership. No one over 18 years old working. Orders ghD to be repeated several times, even though literally spelled out. A loud, rude, crude crew has taken over the "dining"room. Fairly unpleasant experience.

I had the chili it was a little bland could have used a little more spice and flavor .. I was disappointed of the chicken riggies they seem just don't together noodles are still kind of hard The source was not all that the chicken was okay I give them three stars I had the chicken wing pizza too it was okay 🆗 not great

Decent place for lunch or a quick slice. A little bit pricey but not horrible. As a local truly love my tomato pie. This places tomatto pie is quite different from traditional tomatto pie. They use a marinara sauce on pizza dough.

Slice review. The inside isnt very large but it is set up nice. Clean. I ordered a slice of pepperoni. The staff were nice. The slice was not a favorite tho. I liked the crust it was neither thin nor thick. Right in between. Light and airy. What really threw me off was the sauce. Almost like you could taste the can that it came from. Not saying it was horrible but just not my taste. I did not have thier brownies but they looked good. I will def go back and try thier other stuff as well so the review isnt just based on the pizza. Will def get a brownie then

Great tasting sauce but the crust was undercooked. The upside down pie was great with the sausage tasting amazing. Unfortunately the two slices of regular pizza were OK but the crust was soggy and way under cooked.

This is my 3rd time trying to go here and for the 3rd time my order has been messed up. The soda is flat and the kids that work there do nor care. Enough said.

As I came back to Utica during the Thanksgiving, I learned that this was probably not the same Rosario's of my childhood. Prices have increased from what they were and the quality check of things like the wings was a bit off. I called back to see if I can get some sauce since they just tasted very lightly salted instead of hot and they give me a gigantic container of Frank's red hot with a shyt load of butter mixed in. Pie was soggy from the drive back...disappointed.

Very clean place, friendly stuff, only my chicken wings are 9 times out of 10 undercooked, every time I order I specify crispy just so I can get them done right and it never happens, almost like they don't know how to make chicken wings. Couple of times I returned the order, but most of the time I'm too hungry to do it, I guess I'm gonna have to every time from now on, simply because chicken wings are awfully expensive lately . If it wasn't for that I'd give them five stars

Reasonable looking place with below average pizza. As far as service, 0 stars. Observed two workers eating while preparing my food. One of whom tended to my order. Very poor etiquette.

I was in the area, so I ordered a meatball sub and coconut shrimp. I was told 25 minutes. I sat right out front in an awful storm, and after 21 minutes, their power went out. I went in to get my food, and the shrimp was ready, but out of 4-5 people, during the 21 minutes the power was on, no-one bothered to make my sub. After standing there for 5 minutes while they tried to get the register drawer open, one of them finally told me to just go ahead and leave without paying for the shrimp. Not impressed.

Had a co worker get the haddock Friday special and it was dry. I myself went to get a salad and cheesecake and had to bag the cheesecake myself and told them about the fish and they acted like they didn't care along with no respect. I will never come to Rosario's again and if you have a experience please let them know.

Ordered extra crispy wings and the skin has the consistency of wet toilet paper. Spent over $50 on food for me and others after a very long/busy day and pretty disappointed.

I visited “Rosario’s Pizzeria” in Utica, New York, and safe to say I was unpleasantly shocked. And that is to say the absolute least. I am not one to write reviews if my experience was good, but this… holy mackerel. I ordered one pepperoni pizza, and it was not cooked properly, and to top it all off, I received atrocious service by Pat, the one whom I believe also made my pizza. Gosh, I wish workers could treat customers kindly! Also, the pepperoni looked and tasted as if it’s been laying since 2016. If you want good pizza, and customer service, you’re better off going to Fastrac. Do better Pat, and to the managers, be more attentive when hiring because this is not the customer service I had a few years ago. I had to throw the pizza out, if you were wondering.

Ordered Reuben on marble rye. Not sure what bread they used but it was not marble and it was not rye. The meat was old, brown and extremely dry. No awareness or quality control bycwhomever assembled my sandwich. Would not go back. Side salad was good.

i don't know what changed but avoid until they change back. now, it is typical Utica pizza with very thick, dense, bread like, crust. there was some red coloring that was supposed to represent pizza sauce. toppings and cheese layer were super thin - paper thin, almost. the only way you knew cheese was present: the toppings were held together with something.

Bbq chicken pizza tastes nothing like bbq and website wouldn't let me order without leaving a tip. Waste of $16.50 for a small pizza. The chicken bacon ranch was good last time I went a few years ago but the bbq pizza was a huge disappointment.

We waited almost an hour for a pizza, in which they forgot we were waiting on, little ceasers has better quality pizza, I also ordered a small salad, was charged for a large, was overall a very poor experience

I was in Utica from Buffalo NY for work. I decided to stop here because it looked like good food. But this is my first time ever going to a place where they charge you for the lettuce onions tomato’s etc… on a sub. A small sub would cost me about $15. Who charges for produce on their subs??? That should already be included with the price of the sub. What is this À la cart?? You’re not fine dinning your a pizzeria. I just said I go somewhere else to eat. It’s not that I can’t afford it. Its the principle. I’ve NEVER been to a pizzeria in my life during my travels I encounter that. SMH!!! I just went to subway across the street

Had a couple bad experiences and swore off this place. Was desperately hungry and needed something quick and nearby that I could grab on a work break. Called in my order and waited. Got there and waited some more in line. Finally my turn and they don't have my order. Could have offered yo deliver it to me but instead expected me to stand there and wait. Didn't even apologize. Left with no food and a wasted break. This place has terrible service.

I ordered take out for dinner for my family who had just returned home from a trip and were very hungry. I ordered a half mushroom/half cheese pizza, a Grilled Buffalo Chicken salad, a Chicken Parm Dinner, 10 Buffalo wings and 10 Bourbon Molasses Wings. Aside from the wing the entire order was wrong. So wrong I had to order from another Pizzeria, because you’re 20 minutes away. You please train your staff to listen when customers are taking orders to avoid this incredibly frustrating experience for other customers.

One of the worst Buffalo chicken pizzas I've ever had ever in my life. The flavor was discussing it did not stick at all the heat was not there. I mean I could go on and on and on about how horrible this pizza was I would not recommend it to a friend I would not recommend it to my enemy...

In Utica, New York I never thought it was possible to get “bad” pizza. Well, I found it. Given the options in Utica, I would never order pizza here again. Maybe the other dishes are great but not the pizza. Using pre-bought, pre-formed, frozen pizza dough is a bad idea in Utica.

Got a order of chicken riggies that cost $15.00 there was only 4 cubes of chicken the dish is called chicken riggies for a reason but I guess in Rosario’s it should be pasta riggies and when I paid for the order they were like okay your total is $15.00 but when I return the order they were like your refund amount is $14.08 and the whole transaction was in cash so no card fee just over paid the first time or got less back I don’t know .

I order the same thing every week spent over 50 bucks that is the seafood platter my fish is from the kids menu and when I tried to fix the order the owner only argued I know times are bad but this is what they doing now a waste of twenty bucks they will never get my money again ridiculous
