Dutch Bros is slowly moving in on Starbucks. I don't know what makes their coffee taste better but it does. I haven't been to a Dutch Bros where I can actually sit down and get on the computer. Is something that I would like to see in the future but I don't think it's in their business model. But overall is just a completely different experience then Starbucks are coffee bean. The staff is very nice. I walk to this location and I was caught off guard because the walk-up service was not available but they were able to accommodate me by taking my order by the drive-thru and bring it out to me. I really appreciate it as it was my second time at a Dutch Bros. I will definitely be going back to Dutch Bros and seeking them out whenever I'm your one.

The line was out in the street, but moved fast!!! The ladies are super nice! Only downside is this location doesn't have the availability for cars to pull up on both sides. Electric Berry Blue Rebel Energy Drink blended! Doesn't look to great (color), but it taste great and will definitely keep you up!!!

An amazing process for the drive through. Didn't have stickers when I came by, but their drinks speaks for itself. Tried the annihilator and it was refreshing and had that coffee kick! Will be coming back when I'm in the area!

Dutch Bros deserves 5 stars, but I have to give 4 because of its location. It's right on a busy corner, which has created more traffic and increases hazards. I'm certain the intent was to profit from the already existing heavy traffic, but now cars come to abrupt stops when turning the corner and, sometimes, traffic backs up from the parking lot into the streets thus impeding others drivers who wish only to turn that corner and move on. I have many times decided not to get coffee there because I don't want to be in the patrons contributing to the danger. They need to find a safer location. Otherwise, I love the coffee and their staff. The people who work at Dutch Bros are amazing!

We usually always have great service @DB, but today was an off day. We ordered a LARGE Ice Annihilator with Oat Milk, whipped cream & an extra shot. However, the barista adamantly said we ordered a MEDIUM Ice Kicker with Oat Milk without whipped cream & the extra shot. After I pleaded with the barista THREE TIMES to no prevail, I gave up and didn't want to be a "Karen" since there was a long line behind us. I hope the Caucasian lady behind us enjoyed my LARGE Ice Annihilator with the Oat Milk, whipped cream & the extra shot. Please see the attached picture for reference. I usually love this Dutch & the people there are so sweet & considerate. Today, I was in line and this person and I pulled up at the same time. I got done with my order first so I continued to funnel into the one line. I was almost into the one line and the car next to me almost hit me to scoot in front of me so I honked. One of the workers I have never seen before with jorts, combat boots & a hat came over to my window. Started off hostile from the beginning. Yelling, you have no right to get mad and honk at the person next to you. I said I get it but I did get done first & they almost hit my car. She followed with, Oh? You got done first? That’s not how it works, I told her to go before you in a very sarcastic tone. The worker that helped me had said to keep moving along & they weren’t finished with the order yet. I understand what she was getting at but that’s not how you should talk to people…

I recently visited your store and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be lacking, as the staff were not very attentive or courteous. Additionally, the Red Bull energy drink I ordered was not filled to the requested size; I asked for a large cup, but it was only partially filled. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention.

Brositas are unkind and unhelpful. The smallest parking lots in history, the lines are all the way down the street on giveaway days. Do better.

This place is known to be busy but if its busy, walk out drinks. Dont wait for people to get to the window then drinks are melted and taste bad. Learn how to direct cars too. Had 2 cars go ahead because no one was telling what cars to go to where. This was ridiculous. Won't go back to this location
