Beautiful ambiance with the touch of Italy 🇮🇹 the moment you enter you will like the atmosphere for sure. The food was also good. You can see the chef 👨‍🍳 while they are cooking and they are making fresh food. The smell in the restaurant makes you more hungry 😋. We like everything and food was really delicious 😋 service was good, you can see happy faces all around. While we were there, we heard 3 birthday songs and all 3 were 40+ so you can understand it's a family loving restaurant too.

Visited first time for my birthday in February. Fuso Fusion Italian restaurant is amazing! It is a small quaint place in downtown Vacaville. Our server was very attentive and her service was wonderful. The food is definitely a 10! I selected an item off the Specials Menu. Spaghetti with Salsiccia, Warm Spinach Salad with goat cheese, and ice tea. We also had an appetizer... Beef and Shrimp Lumpia. The server brought me a surprise Tiramisu for my birthday! Everything was prepared fresh and tasted amazing!!! I loved everything about Fuso! I brought my sister for her birthday two weeks later when she visited from Florida. She loved the food and dining experience as well. Thank you for making our birthdays a memorable event for both of us. I will be returning.

Been here three times now - all for lunch. The service, the food and the ambiance remain the best. My only wish is that it was closer! It's about half way for us in the foothills and friends we meet from the East Bay. Parking is easy and the downtown area laid-back. Here's my original review. Went there for lunch and everything was top notch. The pasta with sausage was fantastic. My wife's salmon was perfect and the grilled ahi was divine. The wine menu is short, but we ordered a red blend that was very good and affordable. The server was excellent. This is a hidden gem in downtown Vacaville. We will be back.

I used to work for some Italian people in LA, very nice restaurant. I haven't had Italian food this good since I stopped working for them. Can't wait to go back! Everything was fresh from the bread to the calamari to the potato gnocchi!

We took advantage of superbowl Sunday to be able to enjoy our valentine's dinner early and quietly here and were not disappointed! Our waitress was incredibly pleasant and animated which was nice. We started with the Lamb lollipops, absolutely delicious with a balsamic glaze and mint oil. The only downside was that they were cooked more medium well than medium rare but the cut of meat was so good that it was ok. We swapped goat cheese for blue cheese in the house salad--also great! The artichoke spinach ravioli with olive tapenade and butternut squash was well balanced and a good portion size. We finished with a cannoli and a piece of tiramisu. The cannoli was good, but the tiramisu was amazing, the best I've had. Cocktails were also well made. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Second time eating here to celebrate my grandma's birthday. This visit, we had their champagne brunch and it was amazing. Pictured is the Smoked Salmon Benedict. Very generous portions, brilliant attention to detail and reasonably priced. Sparkling wine that comes with brunch is dry and refreshing.

Nice place! Little dark in the interior... But the outside seating was nice. I Loved my meal, however my Mom's lacked seasoning in her opinion.

I've never been there and I booked my wife's birthday lunch with the family here (about 12 of us) so I was taking a pretty big risk lol. Luckily it payed off as it's a cute restaurant with a nice menu and pretty good food! One side of the restaurant is styled like a little villa while the other side is a little different. Think styled in the late 90's but been updated through the years. The main reason we went is for the food though. We ordered a bunch of different plates and apps and everyone left full and happy! I ordered the Carbonara and it didn't disappoint. The saude was a little soupy but that's not the biggest deal for me. One of my family members ordered one of the specials which was a cream sauce with steak and mushrooms and when that came I knew I messed up. I instantly got food envy haha. We all ordered several plates of calamari, Lumpia (which was a nice touch) and their bread. Everything was delicious! They had a few large parties there that day and you can tell the staff was earning their pay. They hustled and were excellent at providing great customer service. My hats off to them because it seemed like someone called in that day. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend!

We had a large group over Valentine's weekend and the place was super busy so we had a long wait time for our food. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The food tasted good, but way too expensive for what you get. We were in the private banquet room, which had no ambience at all. The table was beautiful, but the room needed some help.

Honestly, I would rate the food 5 stars but the last couple times I have eaten there the service has been absolutely SUBPAR. The servers don’t seem to have their priorities in order and leave tables for very long periods of time without being checked on.

Sub-par chicken parm at best. Bread wasn't good either. Waitress was nice though, and the tea was good. Also on the bill, it was 3 dollars more to pay with debit/credit. Never seen a restaurant act like a gas station before.
