Everything about the taco bar was great. I’m not from Vacaville. I was simply here for a notary class and taco bar was the closest establishment. Ramon is definitely the lead there and he was attentive and such an enjoyment to be around the entire time. I was just doing a pick up order and he made it feel like we were old friends catching up having a laugh. The atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant was clean and to top it all off. The food was to die for. Don’t miss out on this place do yourself a favor and go visit Ramon the old friend you didn’t know you had.

“Que onda taco bar” is the perfect spot to go eat🥰 , All the staff were amazing!!! And amazingly costumer service from beginning to end, i asked one lady about a healthy plate she liked and ahe said fajita, for some ADHD reason😅 My brain thought she said flautas?🤭 I was like mmm but that’s fried mmm not that healthy huh, then i wad like you know ok, it is kind of healthy let me get that, then we i got my order i saw it was fajitas😆 They went far and beyond , i heard the girl preparing my order telling them to make me 2 flautas🥹🥰 i was like awww! and she also gave me everything for the fajitas! Also while waiting for my order “El guero” his name is Ramon, he also provided and amazing service he also went far and beyond to make sure i had an amazing experience at “Que onda taco bar” he first asked if it was “Dine in or take out ” i said my order is to go, he still offered me chips and salsa while i waited since i am trying to eat healthier i said no thank you, Then he offered me drinks, 🍹 until i agreed for one so he did gave me one🤭 he offered an exceptional service! I felt thankful with all of the staff for the amazing service! and i felt blessed with what i received 🙏🏻. If ya’ll Hungry you know where to go if you want an amazing service!

My new Favorite spot!! I’m not in to really write reviews but the food, atmosphere and the people are all great. Been trying the daily specials from the tacos to the enchiladas, all of which are fresh and tasty. the owners have always been there when I stop by and give great customer service, you can see they put pride into their business. If you want great authentic Mexican food and super good fruit drinks, just come here.

This place is so delicious with the friendliest staff and owner! I had tried the Walnut Creek location a couple of times before so pulled off I80 at the vanilla location, which was so fast and more delicious than most sit down Mexican restaurants I eat at. The owner and the staff went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, which is quite an anomaly for a restaurant that could be considered “fast food” with how quickly you receive your meal. The price was incredible for all I received. On top of this beautiful plated lunch, they gave me chips and salsa and homemade corn tortillas. Will be my new favorite stop anytime I’m passing through Vacaville. Kudos to a job perfected!

This is absolutely the BEST Mexican food restaurant in all of Solano County and Beyond. I’ve lived in Vacaville for 20+ years and have eaten at many places. The service, staff, food quality, atmosphere and especially the hospitality from the owner is unparalleled. My family and I are always impressed. This is truly the best. Everyone needs to go here! As my sister said, “The best tacos of my life!” This place is a must. For travelers, shoppers or locals. Everyone eat here. It’s authentic and the service is superb, Ramon and all of the staff kindly and efficiently prepped, served and cleaned during a busy lunch hour. Don’t get caught up in Nut Tree hoopla, take the quick ride over the overpass and eat authentic locally owned Mexican food. The birra changed my life. Great place for families and workers for a quick bite or a sit down mealtime. Come on by, everyone is treated like family. They also have many deals such as taco Tuesday and discounts for return patrons. I would be a regular if I lived closer. Thanks for the tacos Ramon!

I came in for a lunch date with my 10.5-month-old and had such a great experience at Que Onda Tacobar in Vacaville! We ordered 3 chicken tacos with a side of rice and a wet burrito to go — everything was delicious. One of the gentlemen there, who I believe may be the owner, personally helped prepare my tacos with handmade tortillas and was incredibly kind and attentive. I noticed he was making sure every guest in the restaurant was taken care of, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and cared for. I overheard him chatting with another table and learned that they’re family-owned, which made me appreciate it even more. Funny enough, my first time trying Que Onda was actually in Vallejo — so when I saw one opened in Vacaville, I was super excited to have one much closer to home. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — great food, great people, and a family-friendly vibe!

Just amazing Making tortillas right in front of you it’s kinda like a production line in front of you order the taco and you can put all the top things you want on top of it. Just keep in mind tacos come with rice and beans and chips included. They have the cucumbers, the grilled chilies. all the toppings you could want just ask for it and put it on top so just keep in mind even if you’re ordering just two tacos. This will be a plate. It will feel the Beria tacos a little bit more but it’s actually made with quality ingredients and instead of just one taco is two tacos side-by-side. I am very impressed and will make this my go to spot whenever I’m in the area. I usually don’t post pictures of bills before I eat them but today I did. I did a Beria taco Carnitas and lingua which a lot of places don’t have but this place did all three of them did not disappoint

I don’t usually do reviews, but I really love this place. The food is so flavorful and delicious- Chipotle could never. The staff is friendly and they have a point system where I got a free drink today. 10/10 recommend. I got the bowl with grilled chicken and the chicken is again- delicious and flavorful. The bowl comes with fresh chips and salsa.

Hands down the best quality restaurant Mexican style food that is closer to what I used to have after school from my friends’ aunts and moms! In earnest, I’ve waited to leave this review because I wanted to get a range of visits under my belt. I’ve been to the location more than 6 times over the course of 6 months and each time their customer service, attention to detail, and flavorful food is met with keen quality each revisit. I haven’t had a mole this good in literally YEARS. I sincerely enjoy getting handmade tortillas each visit as well 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾The service is intentional and the food surpasses, be sure to make this a local addition to your saved restaurants!

Family owned very nice place everything homemade and fresh. We got the special 3 tacos w/rice and beans. Love the fact they offer black beans and cilantro lime rice my favs. They make their tortillas right there fresh for your meal. I recommend this place.

Great customer service but I ordered 2 Chicken burritos and they tasted very gentrified the flavor wasn't authentic at all. It reminds of Chipotle, the meat is already prepared inside of metal containers and they don't regrill the meat on the skillet when you order. They also rolled our burritos Super Sloppy the juice was running every where I had to go back inside and have them rewrap them.
