Service was great, food was fresh, they were quick with getting my food done too. When I go to a McDonald's and want anything with bacon/to take something off like onions for an example, I have to go sit on a parking spot and wait 5-15 minutes when I use the drive through. Doesn't seem like a big deal but it gets annoying when you have to stop in at these kinds of places to grab food for yourself and/or others on a normal basis, especially since it's normally while I'm on lunch for my overnight shift, waiting a almost 20mins for the food to have 10 minutes to eat it sucks. If I wanna wait as long and pay the same amount as a restaurant, I'll go to a restaurant then. Also noticed their food I can get a medium meal and feel full like I had real food, where as Mickey D’s I can get a large meal and an hour after eating it feel like I didn't eat at all. (I work from 845pm till 8am and have to drive all over to do jobs. There's not a lot of places open on my lunch break, you guys are a savior for me and my crew, especially realizing going to you guys means we'll actually feel full most of the night).

I went through the drive thru and forgot my change. It was around $70.00. When I realized and came back JESSICA had it waiting in an envelope for me. I hadn’t called or anything. Very honest and now a days its truly is refreshing. Give that girl a promotion and a raise 👍👍👍

Food was good, but my breakfast burrito stuck to the wrapper which made it a bit of a challenge to eat. Also, the poor guy running drive thru was supposed to be handling the dining room register as well so it took a while to place my order. He was a gentleman about everything so I put this on the owner/operator.

The boss actually went around table to table checking to see how everybody’s meal was. Very impressed. The Whopper Junior special and have-dies ( French fries/ onion rings)was perfect

I like this location, although they have forgotten 1 item in my last 2 orders they always quickly correct the situation and are very polite. They apologize. Bringing back the customer is always right mentality which I truly appreciate

I had to re edit my rating. I previously had very poor food and very bad, slow service. I am not sure what changed, but now it is fast, friendly service, and the food is consistently good and made properly. This is one of the better fast food places in the New Windsor area.

Burger King is my favorite fast food establishment in general. However the staff is typically less then enthused when I order. However, I can understand this as they are busting their tails during an epidemic and risking their own health. They deserve to be compensated for their work and risk. I'm sure that will result in a service with a smile.

Most of the time the place is clean. The food is ok most times. Staff is usually ok.

They recommend Nuggets for 1.49 and I tried it today,April 24, even I didn't plan to eat but just pick up milk shake as I ordered on mobile. Gosh ...it was a bottle of salt. Wish they start asking for how much salt we want or if we want salt on it. I was glad I could buy a strawberry milk shake at there(certain BurgerKing didn't carry) but it was too sweet compared with last week. I ended up to throw all I ordered into a garbage can besides ice creme..

Manager needs to discuss cleanliness and appearance and unacceptable behavior with staff. Had one person working drive through that was either on a personal phone call or having private conversation with another employee. Was not listening due to distraction. Had to repeat order multiple time. One employee eating in drive through area and conversing with drive thru worker. Drive through worker continuously touching Har with bare hand and Had excessively long fingernails. Totally grossed out and pitched my food. YAK!!

I go here quite often since it is close to my job, usually they are fairly nice at the drive-thru, today there was a gentleman taking orders and he was very nice, but when I got to the window there was a young girl at the window and she was quite snippy and rude.

Ehh they don't care about the work they put in there. I don't blame them but it's just one of those fast-food spots that don't really be hittin.

They didnt get my order correct, soda station was sticky, missing cup lids and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a very long time. I didnt get ssuce for my onion rings, no extra ketchup and I had to ask for a napkin.

I placed a mobile order that included a regular Whopper and requested no pickle and no tomato, when I got home and my son went to eat it there was extra pickle and tomato on the Whopper, very disappointing.. just a little attention to detail and this would be a 4or 5 star review. On a positive note the impossible Whopper that I ordered was very good.

They serve 3 day old lettuce with burgers that taste like theyre a week old..few exceptions with great workers but management sucks...i saw one rubbing up on a worker..didnt know if she was of age or not but regardless...the same manager that goes around touching ppls head sets...touching ppls food as it comes down the hot light...

Whoever the owner ior management, or whoever does the ordering is absolutely horrible. When a promotion starts, you should have the stuff for the promotion throughout the whole duration of the promotion. The promotion shouldn’t start four weeks ago and you’ve run out within two weeks and no one re-orders not only that you’re still advertising that you have the Spider-Man items and you have none of them. absolutely horrible and poor customer service, false advertisement my grandson was devastated. .

Ordered breakfast was asked to pull around and they would bring the order out needless to say after 6 min went in to get my order. Employee that pulled me around never informed other employee she pulled me around. This Burger King is "okay". We went through the drive thru to get those cheese puffs and mac and cheese inside to try it ! I saw commercials about it and posters and magazine everywhere! So we asked to get them and we were told "We don't have those , those are at Red Robin's". Now I know they are there because I have seen them at other burger kings. I was upset I drove out to this Burger King and they claim they "don't have it."

I ordered a cheese burger and two boxes of chicken fries. I didn’t get my cheeseburger and one of the boxes of chicken fries only had 4 chicken fries in it. I can’t eat any of this because I’m pretty sure someone already was. I received my bag stapled shut. When I called the manager she told me that it was impossible, she was extremely rude and even hung up on me. Hope this reaches her upper management

10% of the time, it’s okay. 90% of the time, it’s terrible. Buns are dry… fries are old, cold, and soggy… half the time when they ask you to “pull around to the front” they forget about you and you have to walk in to remind them you’re waiting on food. I swore off BK for life after my last experience - every bit of it was totally inedible. The fries tasted two days old, no hint of salt or heat. The burgers were so dry and tasteless. The soda was only brown liquid with some watery ice, barely any seltzer and no syrup at all - and for THIRTY DOLLARS. AWFUL. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… three times… a dozen times? Never again, King.

Their food is always under cooked most of the staff is rude and they have miserable demeanor. As exampled by Dale a staff member quite clearly is done. His customer service attitude is highly poor. He is aggressive and doesn't really want his job. They need to hire new staff with appropriate customers service etiquette. I have only been to this BK a handful of times but it is by far the worst one ever. My orders are always messed up in one way or another. Today I placed an order online thinking it would be easier and less chance for a mess up. Nope. When I got to the drive thru window I received my drink which was correct. As I was waiting for the food I noticed the woman bagging the food was on her phone on speaker so everyone including workers and customers could hear her conversation. She gave a bag to another woman who gave me the food and I went on my way. When I got home, I picked up the bag off of the car seat and the bottom of the bag completely opened and food went EVERYWHERE. This is when I noticed that none of the food was mine and they gave me someone else's order. That is why I'm finally writing a review. Unbelievable.
