I’ve gone to this Starbucks for a few years now and I can honestly say… no complaints.. best Starbucks in the area! BUT.. it’s been a little over a month now that I go and it’s ridiculously hot in there. My kids and I can’t enjoy our drinks inside because the heat is unbearable! I can’t believe a big company like STARBUCKS has employees working in these conditions.

I ordered on the app and had to wait several minutes behind someone else even tho my stuff was ready. At McDonald’s when someone’s order takes long & others are waiting, they tell the person who is not ready yet to move forward. But they just lazily waited… and then I went inside to get it and she looked annoyed that I came in and slid my food on the table when my hand was open. Then to make it worse, the food is gross and not as advertised… not their fault but I ordered a bacon sausage egg wrap and there was 1 slice of bacon no sausage… didn’t even finish it cus it was mushy and chewy. They’re usually fast & good here but today was all the way off. Food & service.

The person making my Frappuccino finished making it at 11:40 am and it was just waiting for an Affogato shot to be put in. I don't think the person at the espresso machine knew they were supposed to make a single shot for my drink. The person making the blended beverages just kept making other people's drinks and forgot about my beverage. So it just sat there until 11:48 am when the employee finally asked for a single shot. I finally received my drink at 11:50 am even though it was basically ready at 11:40 am! I paid $9 for that drink. Starbucks Vails Gate fail!

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but they aren’t good at making specialty lattes and matcha drinks. They often lack the proper flavor and consistency. These drinks are too expensive for that. I’m hesitant to order anything other than tea or coffee from there.

way too slow, i’m not sure if they’re low on staff but the wait is RIDICULOUS. I should not be waiting 45 minutes for my food. food is decent but service is HORRIBLE!

only come here if you’re not in a rush, they love to take their time. 15 min to make 1 drink

This Starbucks is atrocious. The employees ignore you and the manager has no clue how to run a restaurant. This used to be my go to place but not anymore. What's the point to online ordering when you have to stand for 15 minutes waiting when you order 15 minutes before getting there. And don't go inside the store because they literally walk past you instead of taking your order because they are more worried about drive thru.

The music is absolutely awful—WAY too loud. You can’t even hear yourself think, let alone talk to the person next to you. Most of it isn’t even appropriate for a coffee shop; they’re blasting Spanish club music or theatre tracks so loud your ears are practically vibrating. Does the cafe have a playlist or do they let their workers connect to the AUX without having their music pre-approved? The worst part is the volume.. Noise Cancelling headphones cant even block it out..

this Starbucks is horrible. They don’t have manners. they literally don’t even look at you, let alone greet you. horrendous service. Train your employees better. Left with a sour taste in my mouth because of how rude this girl was to me. it had me questioning if there was something wrong with me because she was so rude and dismissive. not to mention my drink was completely subpar; I suppose that’s fitting for the people the work there. -100/10

Order hot latte. They Give me hot water and milk no espresso coffee nothing here. All time they make coffee like that. Expensive latte but cheap take care

I just ordered from this location and got the rudest treatment from the some girl behind the counter. I made two orders through the app and the first one was ready when I arrived. My daughter and I were just patiently waiting by the pick up when the girl looked up and in a rude tone asks, "what are you waiting for?" I answered a dragonfruit refresher an she got an attitude and walked over to her iPad and started looking up the order. She smacked her hand on the counter then she rudely answers "oh you just ordered it and I have another order before you." I never said anything to her or asked where my order was to even prompt this. We were just quietly and patiently waiting. Then she starts making my drink and making mocking sounds into the headphones. I can imagine she was mocking me because the drive thru guy peeked around the side to look at us. This will be the last time I order from this location. I also own a big business next door and I'll be sure to let my staff know not to support this location.

Never gets the coffee right, even after giving instructions that a 5th grader could follow. One of the workers has a disgusting attitude. She likes snatching money and being confrontational after you approached her with a coffee they get wrong 4/5 times. Even the manager, he doesn’t know how many pumps of syrup go in a “Venti” drink 😂. This place is a joke stay away or go somewhere else if you can.

At this point if I could read them a zero I would. Drinks are consistently made Incorrectly. This is only a recent development is up until about Six months ago, I would've rated them a five. And don't order after 3 o'clock or on the app because they will Take as long as possible to make your order

What happened to customer service, or at the very least, human acknowledgment? I understand that training is important, but when I’m a customer in the moment, I don’t know that’s happening. Instead, I’m being ignored by two people. A simple “Hi, someone will be right with you” would go a long way.

Never again. I just left this Starbucks after waiting 34 mins for 2 pike place coffees, that’s coffee brewed and only needs pouring into cups not any specialty mixing etc. I have never had this experience in 24 years going to Starbucks. Never again will I go to this location! Did not even add the sugar that was on order label!

I have tried to be patient with this location because they just opened. At this point I'm done with the location and will resume at McDonald's for my coffee. Ive been here 5x and 2 out of 5 was ok. This morning after spending $9 for a grande caramel macchiato with 2extra shots of espresso and a cheese danish toasted at the drive thru. I get a cold danish watered down coffee. Starbucks your not all made the same 🥺🥺 Update from my review 2yrs ago! I was hoping it would be better! I have come here on three different occasions and got the same results You ask for a Venti a tall or a grande with very light ice what do you get? a cup of full ice with your ice coffee. It’s like a rip off they give you more ice than coffee. I just want it cold that’s why I say light ice! I will even say very light ice or no ice! Do you all listen and you’re just on cruise control this is ridiculous to pay over six dollars for a coffee and you can’t even get what you actually order.
