I’ve tried this restaurant twice and both times extremely satisfied. I wish I could say that about their neighbors on both sides. I ordered the vegan taco bowl. I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. Warmed up the next day in my toaster oven and wow it was even better. My husband is very hard to please with fast food and he was even happy with his order. The sauces are amazing, customer service very pleasant always with a smile and helping you to get the best complimentary options. The manager did a great job on training and hiring to make this location a pleasant experience.

Needed something quick and have been wanting to try Bubbakoo's. I got the Buffalo chicken quesadillo with extra cheese. She did great on the extra cheese... so cheesy! They also gave me some Nashville Hot and Ghost Pepper sauce to dip with and both were really good. Ghost pepper is definitely hot!. Even though it was 19 mins before closing, everyone was kind and curious. Forgot the Pic of my quesadillo, but it was really delicious and not horribly expensive. Next time I should try a burito.

The food here is decent. Fast service, good quality and portions. I loved the queso and chips. I think the rice and meat could be seasoned more but besides that there’s plenty of options & it’s a healthier choice compared to other fast food restaurants.

Really great burrito bowls. Great sized servings, and fresh ingredients. Basically the same type of setup as a Chipotle. Been a bit since I returned here. Great food as expected.

Very expensive and service is hit or miss. Depending on the shift will determine the quality of your order! Food is always fresh but not always at the temperature it's supposed to be. I want to love it but with the price and service I can't justify it.

Food was cold, ordered a grilled chicken burrito bowl and everything was on it BESIDES the grilled chicken. Never felt more disappointed because this isn’t the first incident either.

Food's decent, but there's almost no professionalism. I made part of my order, then watched and waited as the staff sat around chatting and laughing. Before I knew it, my food was rung up at the register. My order wasn't even fully taken, so it's definitely not fully prepared. No sauces, no beverages, and no chance to order my other items. Coincidentally they were very attentive to the employee that was making an order but not the PAYING CUSTOMER!

Door dashed this. Was exactly what I asked for but let me tell you, trash!!! There are so many authentic mexican restaurants in the area.You should just steer clear of this place. It tasted like a plate of basic pantry ingredients. No love. Steak was cut in cubes the size of skittles and the shrimp was shriveled and overcooked. Don't do it!!!!
