Qué te voy a decir de este sitio si lo amo profundamente… el mejor sin duda. La presentación, la elaboración, el detalle, todo un 10. Está todo riquísimo y es una parada obligatoria si te gusta el sushi a mayor nivel.
Hemos ido a cenar al restaurante Kamon muchas veces y hemos probado bastantes platos de la carta, hasta el punto de tener ya nuestros favoritos. Aun así, esta última visita ha sido, sin duda, la mejor de todas. Nuestro camarero, Fran, nos recomendó varios platos y fue todo un acierto. Se nota cuando alguien conoce bien la carta y sabe aconsejar, y gracias a eso probamos cosas que repetiremos seguro. Nuestro top tres está clarísimo: Okinawa, Albufera y Tempurizado. Producto muy bueno, sabores cuidados y una experiencia que nunca falla. Kamon siempre es una apuesta segura y, después de esta cena, todavía más.
Una experiencia gastronómica increíble. Kamon logra fusionar a la perfección la técnica japonesa con sabores mediterráneos de una forma muy equilibrada. No es el típico sushi; aquí cada pieza cuenta una historia. El ramen tiene una profundidad de sabor espectacular y los niguiris de autor son obligatorios. El servicio es impecable, te explican cada plato con pasión. Es recomendable reservar con tiempo porque el local suele estar lleno. ¡Repetiremos sin duda
Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal de sala con el que tuvimos el placer de relacionarnos. Los platos que degustamos nos sorprendieron gratamente, mención especial para el nigiri de dorada y el ramen tonkotsu shoyu. Volveremos para probar otros platos, nos quedamos con ganas del maki de centollo con vieiras
Nos gustó mucho el lugar, es muy lindo. También nos atendieron super bien, y la comida es riquísima. Hay un menú que incluye varias cosas para probar un poco de todo, pero si se pide un ramen grande es suficiente porque es gigante. Super recomendable 🥰
Increíble. Hacía tiempo que no probaba makis y niguiris tan ricos y originales. Todo fresco y de primera calidad. Presentación increíble y el trato del personal excepcional. Nosotros pedimos menú; el mío sin gluten y la verdad es que todo buenísimo. También suma que el local es bonito, confortable y apenas ruidoso pese a estar lleno!
Era un restaurante pendiente de nuestra lista y lo elegimos para una celebración, hay que decir que el servicio muy amable y agradable. El local es muy especial con un ambiente típico japonés pero con toques modernos. Y por último la comida hay que decir que nos encanta la comida asiática y Kamon ahora mismo es uno de los top de Valencia para nosotros. Es un pelín más caro pero es muy especial. Recomiendo probarlo por qué seguro que vuelves.
Es el mejor restaurante en el cual he comido en mi vida. Llevo años yendo y es que no puedo parar. Intento probar otros similares pero es que nunca es lo mismo. Todavía no he encontrado uno que se le acerque si quiera en toda España. Me parece que la mejor opción es el menú degustación, por tan solo 35€ puedes disfrutar de unos sabores y calidad increíbles que no se encuentran en ningún otro restaurante asiático. Además el precio para lo que cuesta ahora mismo salir a comer y cenar, me parece que es increíble, ya que puedes probar una gran variedad de sushi y otros platos con producto excelente por lo que se paga ahora mismo por 2 entrantes. El servicio es de los que ya no se ven, siempre pendientes de ti, súper amables y con un ambiente tranquilo y que te hace sentir en casa. También t disponen de un menú sin gluten, que cumplen con cero contaminación cruzada y se acerca muchísimo al menú normal, misma calidad y producto solo con unos ligeros cambios. De verdad que si nunca lo has probado es el restaurante que más recomiendo con diferencia y algo que no se puede dejar pasar.
Experiencia maravillosa, llevamos una temporada probando varios restaurantes de sushi por Valencia y la verdad es que quedamos gratamente sorprendidos. El menú degustación es bastante acertado en cuanto al precio, para lo que suele ser esta clase de sitios y la calidad no tiene nada que envidiarle a otros locales de mayor fama. El propio menú tenía una gran variedad tanto de sushi como de otros platos, combinando a la perfección los sabores, temperaturas y texturas, volveremos.
Kamon, simplemente una experiencia de 10! Y digo experiencia por que a mi parecer es lo que fue, más allá de ir a cenar a un restaurante. En nuestro caso pedimos el menú de 35€, el cual completamos con el plato de Yakisoba de pato, fua y setas, plato que no se puede describir con palabras, puesto que la potencia de sabor que tenía era increíble, simplemente aconsejo probarlo y disfrutar tal cual lo hice yo. El sushi y los entrantes del menú, igual, y el postre, el ganache por el cual no tenía muchas expectativas, una auténtica locura. Eso sí, la cena no habría tenido nada que ver si no es por la atención de París y Fabio. Especial mención a Fabio, que fue un 20 sobre 10 en todo momento, su atención, la forma de explicarte, lo bien que se portó con detalles que me sorprendieron, en fin, creo que nunca me habían tratado tan bien y hacerme tanto disfrutar en un sitio. Gracias por todo Fabio! RECOMIENDO EL SITIO 100%, SIN DUDA UN GRAN EXPERIENCIA
La calidad de la comida es simplemente excepcional. El sushi llega siempre fresco, con cortes impecables y combinaciones que sorprenden sin perder la esencia tradiciona, cada plato está preparado con evidente dedicación. De lo mejor en restaurantes japoneses de la ciudad, con todos los detalles muy cuidados, se agradece. Puedes pedir de la carta o elegir entre los menús que te proponen. Nosotros pedimos 2 menús y estuvieron muy completos. Además, todo está hecho con productos frescos y los platos tienen mucho sabor. El personal y la atención del servicio muy bien, dando explicación de cada plato. Por último, un ambiente muy tranquilo para disfrutar del momento. Con ganas de volver!!

El mejor restaurante asiático que he visitado en Valencia. Probamos el menú de 45€ y fue todo un acierto. Muy buen servicio y comida muy elaborada y sabrosa, sueño con el ramen que te sirven en ese menú, un espectáculo, lo único que diría que puede ser mejorable era el postre. Recomendable al 100%.

Siempre es un acierto. Hacia mucho que no íbamos y una vez más salimos entusiasmados. El ambiente y trato de diez y la comida espectacular. Nunca te deja indiferente. Pedimos el menú largo y tengo que decir que nos costó terminarlo.

Fuimos una amiga y yo sin reserva, se interesaron , tomaron nota de nuestro teléfono y en cuanto se les quedó una mesa libre nos llamaron. Nos atendieron maravillosamente bien, César nos aconsejó según nuestros gustos lo que más nos podría gustar, elegimos un menú para poder probar todo. Nos explicó cada plato que nos servía. Que bueno está todo , es muy elaborado y especial , con cada bocado disfrutamos mucho. Y que postre tan buenísimo. He de mencionar tb la presentación que estaba muy bien cuidada. Cuanto me gustaría que hiciesen cursos y aprender esas maravillas , estoy segura que se llenarían. Gracias por todo, volveremos pronto!

Some of the highest-quality and most innovative sushi I've ever had. In particular, the lobster sashimi - both in presentation and taste - is absolutely outstanding. Wonderful experience end to end, and I highly recommend this place for a great meal. Service is also very, very good.

Wow, this is what Valencia needs in the restaurant business. The food is amazing, the service is impeccable, the presentation was so elegant, and the atmosphere is spot on. This is the level all other restaurants should strive for. We had two different tasting menus and shared, so we tasted everything. Every bite was better than the last. We had the Albariño,which was the best one I've tried to date. The only thing I would suggest is to add some acidity to the desserts, which were too sweet for my taste. Other than that, it was a perfect experience! 👌 Can't wait to go back!
The best sushi I have ever eaten by a mile. The ramen broth was so flavourful. The shoyu pork was melt in the mouth. The tempura prawns and vegetables were the tastiest I’ve ever had! Incredible! Cannot wait to go again!
If I could give this place more than a 5 star, I would. Impeccable service and amazing food! I’ve never tried such unique sushi, it’s just an explosion in your mouth. I had a very good experience at this restaurant, I'm happy to found it. I came here for lunch, and the selection on the menu was already very extensive, it was difficult for me to choose, as I would have liked to have tried everything. Finally, I tasted the two types of oysters, as well as a Sea and mountain ramen. All the dishes I tasted were very well thought out, with amazing flavors. The ramen was the best I have ever tasted. It was unlike any other version, even though I've had it in many places, but this was far better than all of them. Each bite of all the dishes was an experience of its own, I just loved them. In addition, the restaurant itself is very cozy. I booked a table on the terrace, but the indoor part was also really pleasant. The service is very nice, helpful, attentive and friendly. In addition, I received the food really quickly. I highly recommend this great Japanese restaurant if you are in town and looking for an outstanding experience.
Wow! This place is amazing, my taste buds are still salivating. Without a reservation the staff very kindly accommodated us. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional, every single mouthful. This is fusion Japanese so expect plenty of flavour bombs. You would pay double the price to have Japanese like this in London. Highly recommended!
Amazing experience! Japanese owned, the chef makes a stop to greet or explain to every customer; waiters give details about each plate. This place offers a degustation menu with very original aromas & flavours; very nice waiters. Better reserve as it is often full on weekends. It is not pricey for the work it involves and the amount of employees. It is not to fill up the stomach it is an experience for foodies & people who enjoy quality food.

Nuestra idea era ir a probar probablemente el mejor sushi de nuestra vida, mí sorpresa fue cuando también acabé comiéndome el mejor ramen de mi vida! 😳😍 Pero tengo que decir que me llevé una gran decepción al ver la cuenta! Sabía que el menú degustación eran 45€/persona y lo aceptaba, algunos no estarán de acuerdo pero bueno, sabes a lo que vas… Pero un doble de cerveza de tirador más de 4€??😦😦 Durante la comida el camarero nos propuso unos “xupitos” de sake, por supuesto aceptamos!! 6€ cada unooo🥴🥴. Cobrando por 3 cervezas y dos xupitos 24€ evidencias que quieres hacer negocio con mi cartera. Por qué esa cocina es un arte y vale lo que quieras, por que nadie más da lo que tu das!! It is criminal and ridiculous to call this restaurant Japanese. Better to call it fusion. The only dish worth eating was the tiradito on the set menu (adding rucola to it spoilt it). From thereon, it was simply downhill. Fried and battered gyoza. Flambéd nigiri. Pesto (ugh). Why do white people think creaminess enhances taste? Total waste of appetite and money. But. At least the dessert, and coffee, were served in Rosenthal.
