Wish we could have stay here longer. On our day tour we had a short stop just in front of this little cafe. We left the group and quickly bought some vegan and gluten-free pastries. Wow, so tasteful, fresh and not something from days ago. Unfortunately we had no time to try some drinks. The cafe looks nice and peaceful. Definitely a must go!

Nice small Café within a food hall next to the main plaza. We only ordered coffee, we did not try any food. Besides normal coffee options, they offer alternative milk (soya, almond, …) and frappes as well. Service is very nice & you get your order super fast. Be aware: it’s only per cash. No card payment possible.

The best chai and mocha I’ve ever had in my life. And no, I don’t say that lightly or as an exaggeration. I have traveled a lot and this coffee is the best tasting and strongest I’ve had. It is a true hidden gem! But just be careful because sometimes the ice isn’t always from purified water and if you are a westerner with a sensitive stomach like me it can cause stomach issues. Hot coffee is a better bet.

When visiting chichen itza with a tour company if you are stopping here and need coffee to charge you back, go to this place. Amazing coffee (we had latte) and elote (corn cake). It was perfect!

The moka with artesanal chocolate is excellent. Very good chocolate. Pricey though, but the best mokka we've found around here. My drink ended up costing 90 pesos because it's an additional +15 to add coffee and an additional +10 for soya milk. Still worth it for the chocolate since most places use tasteless industrial chocolate filled with sugar.

Had some good flavored frappes. Lots of them are available without coffee and you can add coffee if you like. The caramel flavor was super good, and lots of caramel sauce on the top too! The service was super cool & nice, making sure to point out how menu works so we got what we wanted.

We stopped in the area during a tour. It was our first stop and we needed a pick me up from the very early morning we had. Coffee was very good and the staff was also very friendly. It's worth the stop if you're in the area

Very cute small Cafe inside of the cafeteria area. The best Cafe de Olla I have had. (this is the local traditional way to serve coffee, so I highly recommend giving it a try here if you have never had it before) the wifi is okay but a bit slow, and the service is very friendly. I wish they served the coffee in solid mugs instead of paper cups, but that is my only suggestion to improve. Otherwise, this place is wonderful!

La cafetería está ubicada en una plaza céntrica, lo cual la hace muy accesible. El café estaba rico, con buen sabor y textura, lo disfruté bastante con el calor que hace en la zona, Compré también un pan marmoleado, aunque sinceramente no me encatnto, esto es por gusto personal. Aun así, agradezco mucho la atención, los chicos fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, Si estás buscando un lugar tranquilo para relajarte, este no es el indicado, ya que debes sentarte en el área de los restaurantes, donde el ruido es bastante intenso. A pesar de eso, me encantó un cuadro decorativo que tenían, realmente destacaba.

Fue una de las experiencias más groseras y poco profesionales que he tenido en México. Una chica llamada Luz estaba trabajando ahí y en lugar de atender a los clientes, se la pasó platicando y coqueteando con un grupo de hombres que parecían llevar uniforme de alguna empresa. Estuvimos formados esperando para hacer nuestro pedido y nos ignoró por completo mientras reía y seguía hablando con ellos. No fue una charla rápida, estuvimos más de cinco minutos ahí parados como si no existiéramos. Fue muy irrespetuoso y poco profesional, así que decidimos irnos.

Hoy como varias veces fuí, pedí un expreso y un pan de zanahoria, pagué, dejé propina y como las mesas estaban ocupadas, pedí permiso para tomar mi expreso ahí en un ladito sin molestar, la sorpresa fue que me contestaron con mala cara que no! Osea no es un frappé o cappuccino, es un expreso, se toma rápido, 2 minutos, tal vez 3? Cuando mucho...

This is the most impolite bunch of people I've ever encountered in Mexico. Never acknowledge people standing in line to order while they are chatting up. The 2nd time that happened, I realized the guy was chatting a couple that he was friend with them, while I'm waiting for over 5 minutes. I walked away.

Our very first negative experience in Mexico at a cafe/restaurant after travelling for almost a month through Mexico. They recommended artisanal mocha instead of regular mocha. It was extremely powdery and didn’t taste good. I asked them to change it for something else and they made me a cheaper smoothie. They wouldn’t give the rest of my change back as they claimed they are keeping it for having had to make a new drink. After back and forth, they gave some of it back. I had also paid extra for soy milk for the smoothie but they made it with water and ice only as it tasted different than my partner’s. They kept extra money and didn’t even use soy milk to make it. It was a very terrible experience!
