완전 로컬 타코집. 고기 한 종류로 세 종류의 빵에 담아내는 단촐한 메뉴지만 맛이 좋다. 가격도 매우 저렴. 먹고 있으면 주인 아저씨가 무심하게 공짜타코를 툭 놓고 가기도 한다.

It literally melts in your mouth, fresh tortillas are being made next to you plus this taquero years of experience are the best combination to have an authentic taste of tacos. 只賣一種餡料，cochinita, 通常這種當地小攤如果只賣一種食物,代表相當有信心的。一開始只各點了一個，後來加上老闆不時送上的extra，一人總共吃了六個! 有飽足感但不油膩，大推薦!

D'un côté fabrique de tortillas et de l'autre petit restaurant. Alors forcément les tortillas sont fraîches et savoureuses ! Mais en plus leurs tacos sont extras: un effiloché de porc incroyable, je recommande !!

Un endroit à ne pas raté. On est sur que c’est du fait maison. Ils font les tortillas devant vous dans une drôle de machine. Le papy nous fait les tacos, une merveille. Il nous en a fait goûter un chacun gratuit. 120 pesos les 10 tacos pour 2, bien rassasié. Coup de cœur de notre voyage.

Die besten Tacos überhaupt! Wir haben jeder einen Taco kostenlos zum probieren bekommen. Die Tortillas werden im hinteren Teil frisch hergestellt. Das Fleisch ist super zart und fettarm und ohne Knorpel. Es geht eher in die Pulled Pork Richtung. Die Soßen und die Zwiebeln passen perfekt zum Fleisch. Rosario ist super nett und macht immernoch jeden Taco selber. Hier muss man sich zügeln nicht immer einen weitere zu bestellen.

Unglaublich gute Tacos, die im hinteren Teil frisch gemacht, und vorne von Rosario gefüllt werden! Sicherlich mit die Besten in Yucatan! Dazu noch die freundliche Art, wie man eingeladen wird und fast dafür streiten muss den vollen Preis zu bezahlen. Sehr herzliche Taqueria!

Die besten Tacos und Torta die wir während unserer Mexiko Reise gegessen haben. Und während ich auf meine Takeaway Bestellung wartete bekam ich immer einen Taco zum probieren und gleich essen auf die Hand. Alleine die Tacos von Taqueria Rosario sind eine Reise nach Valladolid wert.

Das Brot von den Tortas ist mega weil es leicht süßlich, innen super fluffy und außen knusprig ist. Fleisch und Tacos waren ebenfalls Mega 😍 Man kann beim tortillas herstellen zuschauen.

OTROLIG tacos, men framförallt med det mjuka, rostade brödet. Beställ cochinita Pibil tortas. Vi har varit i Mexico i två veckor och det är här är nog det godaste vi ätit. De gör sina egna tortillas och extra bonus för att de är så noga med hygien. Och väldigt billigt!

De los mejores tacos de cochinita de Valladolid. La señora que los atiende es una persona muy amable. Tienen tacos de cochinita y tortas así como polcanes. Tienen muy buena ubicación ya que se encuentran a una calle de la central de ADO y puede ser una buena parada para antes de partir a algún destino o cuando vas llegando a Valladolid. Conservan por completo la esencia de una verdadera taqueria de cochinita. Además de que el precio es excelente (10 pesos por taco) Solo son posible encontrarlos por la mañana a más tardar a las 2 de la tarde ya que se termina muy rápido. No tiene lugares para sentarte, únicamente se pueden comer por fuera del local pero aún así son excelentes! Súper recomendados.

Please do yourself a favor and eat here. We had tortas for breakfast; the bread is toasted, and the pickled onions complement the juicy cochinita perfectly. Truly excellent food. If you like your food picante, add more onions from the green bowls on the counter.

Almost at the end of my trip in Mexico and these Taco's are still the best I've had during my three weeks of travel through Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Campeche and Chiapas. I would highly recommend it!! The woman who served me wasn't really welcoming towards me, I guess because me being a tourist and most guests there were locals. But now I see this kind of treatment as a sign that there is something very nice that the Mexicans want to keep for themselves. 😅 Had experience this approach as well at other hidden gems, so don't shy away when this happens to you, because you'll miss out on the best taco's of Mexico!!

Our favorite Tacos in Valladolid after trying a few places. Their braised pork has more rich flavour (and tomato?) and the tortilla size and taste is a perfect match with it. Another difference is that they use more fresh onions in the chili onion toppings that you can add by yourself. It then performs a great chemistry with the tacos. So good that we almost go everyday during our stay! Very local store at the corner if you like the vibe like us you will enjoy it. No menu seen but it’s pretty reasonable price so don’t worry about it. 2 tacos are like 30 pesos.

Amazing tacos for cheap, they give you sodas and spicy sauces to go with the delicious and simple pork. They sell tacos and tortas of only 1 kind of meat, there's no menu but they will ask and understand English. There is very limited seating inside, you can ask to eat in or to get the food to go. Inside there is a sink to wash your hands. They also sell their homemade tortillas on the other edge of the building, and you can see the machine they use to press the masa. Highly recommend for an authentic taco experience! Bring cash!

Adorable old man offered us a free taco each as we walked by. We were hooked. He was very sweet, spoke to us in a lot of Spanish we didn't quite understand. But dang, tacos were good.
