Always consistently good. You can even order your burger med rare. Along with a hundred other "secret menu" items everyone is sure to get it how they like it. If your in from out of state and have never tried IN n Out the only thing you might be disappointed in is a 15 to 20 min wait time. Good things come to those who wait.

I've never had a bad in-n-out experience. My only worry about this place before it opened was the traffic. It's in a horrible spot for traffic flow but they somehow figured it out and it isn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. They even have air traffic controllers out front with the hand held lighted flashlight cones and everything. I wonder if they have traffic controller dance offs.

The burgers and fries are always great. When I need a burger fix, this is one of my favorite places to run to. The service is always great. I would say the only thing that's a con is it's always busy. Lol But what should we expect when the food is good? I highly recommend going here. I got the double double cheese burger with fries and it was perfect, as always. 🫡

I’ve had in n out before but something about this one just really hits. Their well done fries were perfect and not over cooked like I’ve gotten from others. Burger was made thicckkkk. We hit a pretty long line on drive thru but it went by fast too.

Not the best food in town - but great option for fast food. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of places to sit. Service was quick!

First time here for 3/4 of our group. Ijuan did a great job taking our order with lots of patience and friendly service. We all ordered the #2 cheeseburger combo. Seems we all liked them, by the time we remembered to take a picture all that was left was a drink cup. We had two custom orders to skip parts these burgers normally include. Happy to see all items ordered came as requested.

Came in for an early lunch and it was busy but quick. Plenty of seating, and someone cleaned off the table before we sat down, and asked if everything was going well as we were finishing up. Too bad the fries aren't double cooked, but it's how all In-n-out's do it, so not a surprise, just a continual disappointment.

we stopped by here after the amusement park. we decided to open the secret menu and found a 4x4 burger!!! of course we were hungry after riding the rides all evening, but I couldn’t eat this giant in its entirety 😂 I ate only half and that’s without fries. the burger itself was very tasty, juicy and big, but the buns were burnt and crunchy on my teeth 😢. while we were sitting and eating, the actors from the amusement park came and it was great to chat with them.

I love this In N Out (Vallejo). It’s always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are attentive to the trash and restrooms and drink stand. It does get crowded and that can make it pretty loud at times. My only complaint is when we get food to go and they put the napkins in, they put them on the hamburgers. It makes the napkins unusable. Just wasted. Every. Single. Time.

Zac and his crew are really awesome and positive people! The food here was perfect, maybe less salt would be better, but I'm old. I was amazed how fast we were served around 7pm on a Wednesday. Let me start off my saying that the friendliness from the staff is super genuine and really made my experience enjoyable and this is the reason I am writing this review. The food is amazing and can't go wrong with anything you order. If you want to try something different, ask for animal-style on your burger or your fries, their animal-style sauce makes it super tasty. I am also a fan of adding grilled onions to my cheeseburger. It's my second time here and this is one of the fastest In N Outs I've ever been to. Quality is good and they clean the tables and sweep frequently. Also, there's plenty of parking.

Service at the drive thru can get slow and they sometimes forget the sauce packets they of you while youre waiting but good freshly made food at this price isnt going to be beat anywhere.

Foods great, but 20 minutes to get through the drive thru is a bit rough. Last time it was this busy I went inside and it took 17 minutes. I figured to try out the drive thru, not an improvement. Can't blame them for being busy and popular, but it definitely isn't as quick as in n out used to be. Very friendly staff at drive thru window at least.

This location is not as busy as other In-n-out's are typically, although they did take quite a bit with our order. The inside is kept clean. Careful with the parking, don't leave any valuables in your car.

I have never got a bad order at In & Out no matter what the location. It’s always hot, fresh, and they have NEVER messed up my order. I can’t say that for any other restaurant. The employees are always pleasant. We went to this location pretty late and there was still a line but not as long as usual. In & Out is not a good name for a place that you usually have to wait at least 30 minutes to get your food. But the quality and cost is worth it. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was the gunshots while we were stuck in the middle of the line. No one seemed bothered but me. The guy taking my order hardly even blinked when it happened. Needless to say I got my food and next (I was going to park and eat).

This was my first visit to In-N-Out. I had always heard that In-N-Out was one of the premier fast food burger places. The burger itself, the Double-Double with onions was fantastic. The fries left a lot to be desired, they didn't have much flavour. The soda concentration also seemed slightly low. That being said, if you are going for a burger and nothing else, this is a great place.

The staff worked their behinds off. We were amazed at the traffic here. Organized and fast. The service was great. Didn't want to go to the drive thru since it was super long. Walked inside to order. Surprisingly quick for the amount of customers. Tasty burgers!

We had great burgers that were well done, beautifully cooked (soft, with natural tasting flavor and not crispy or burnt) kudos to the cook for that.👏🏽 But our Animal fries were the greatest disappointment for our guest who nvr got to taste them. As a person who goes to In N Out Burger a lot. I've went through the drive through and our food has been undercooked. We asked someone to make our fries cooked properly politely and they ALL came undercooked. Really disappointed me a lot personally.

I've gone to this in-n-out many times and most of my experiences were very delightful, but lately I've been going into the drive through and the fries we have ordered were all under cooked. The 2nd time we went in the drive through we asked the person taking our order to tell the cooks to cook our fries properly, politely. But we were still greeted with undercooked fries. Very disappointed on the fries. But still love the burgers!

Usually when I go to an IN-N- Out burger joint everything is so clean, even if it’s busy. Wow came to this one and it was sad to see that all the tables had crumbs and dirty. Went to the bathroom and it was so dirty even with hair on the sink and a bunch of paper in the floor. So disappointed to see that the chain’s standards to a clean environment has been ignored here. The In&out hit the third strikes on me within six months. 1st time: Drive thru lady at the ordering line taps her nails on the machine non-stop even tho I was ordering in an efficient manner. I come here quit often. 2nd time: Veterans Day: The drive thru person told me they don’t do any thing for veterans day even tho they had a big sign saying they do. 3rd time: Today, I ordered a large soda once again at the drive thru. I got a regular soda. I told the staff I ordered a large soda. Then, the dizzy staff said, well you paid for a regular. So your people messed up and your staff cannot solve a tinny problem to ask if I want to pay for a large drink or something in that nature. Just O well! If this is not the closest In & Out by me, I would not keep coming back. The Vallejo one is much better. This drive thru always block the main road. It’s a nauseous.

This morning, I decided to stop for lunch after an early start to my day and got a hamburger fries, a soft drink, and a vanilla shake. After I got back to work, my stomach became unsettling, and you know the rest. I will never go there again!

The lady working fries today in the evening shift decided because my ticket number was higher she wasn't going to make fries right away like she is suppose to. When there store manager has given there employees feedback if a fry only order comes through you are suppose to make it more immediately. After 12 minutes i decided to request a refund. I had to ask someone else until the fry cook finally made the fries, but not without complaining about the order number. There were other things she and the other fry cook were doing that were not within policy...but what a privilege it is to be white.

Typical in-N-Out Burger but wanted to post this to tell you to be weary of your car parked here! Went inside for ~15 minutes and when we came out we found three car windows smashed with a bunch of stuff stolen from our car. It was parked no less than 15 feet from the well lit drive through. We pulled into the drive-thru already borderline feral from hunger, thinking, “Hey, how long could it be?” Well, cut to 30 minutes later and I’m down to just skin and bones. I’m about two seconds from trying to deep-fry the dashboard. My mom turns to me and says, “How are you holding up?” I look at her with hollow eyes and whisper, “I’m tired. I’m hungry. I’m STARVING. I’m about to eat this steering wheel like it’s a Double-Double.” By the time we got to the window, I had aged 10 years, lost all hope, and developed a spiritual connection with the ghost of fast food past. I could see my reflection in the ketchup packets. The food? Probably great. I wouldn’t know. I blacked out halfway through my first fry. Bottom line: If you’re already hungry, go somewhere else or bring a snack for the line. This place should come with a survival kit. Update: got my Well done fries and they are hard as a rock. I can't win haha

I must preface this by saying I’ve been to many many INO throughout CA for years and have never been disappointed. Until today. Went to the drive thru, a girl took our order & didn’t repeat the order back to me, which was strange bc they usually do. Got to the register window, paid and got short changed but not a big deal. When we finally got to the 2nd window after a longer than usual wait time, he handed us our food and drinks. As I started to drive away, I noticed the order was incorrect, also the burgers and fries were COLD. On top of that the customer service here was awful! Stay away unless you have a lot time to waste here.
