We used to order out here at least once a week. It was our favorite Mexican food restaurant till recently. Now when I call to place an order the person who answers every time says they don’t speak English. When I try to ask them to put someone on the phone who does they say call back later and hang up. I have tried contacting someone by the name of David who is in charge of catering to have them cater food to my work for 60 people and unfortunately have given up because I get hung up on every time I call. When I go in they tell me to call in morning to order or talk to him but get same results. It’s too bad because now we have to go somewhere else.

I was invited to this place because the food was "💯" I ordered the Molcajete with three meats, we we're a party of 9 including kids. Food was ok. I tried this dish at other restaurants and tasted better but is all good as longs as it has good flavor I'm ok. BUT the service 🙈 and no the restaurant was not full because I paid attention to it when we arrived. Our order was placed and we ask for aguachiles so we could start eating them while our food arrived~that was the last plate to arrived and we had to ask for it, the waitress said they were still making it. Nachos, cocktail, burrito, wet burrito, 3 molcajetes, I forgot what one person ordered, but all those dishes were delivered at out table at random times so some of us done halfway with our food while some were still waiting for their dish. Oh, the tortillas we kept asking for them because our meals arrived and past 5 minutes no tortillas, we asked again and another 5-10 minutes passed and they brought 2 yes 2 tortillas for four persons that ask for them, eventually they brought few more. Not sure, I do want to come again and try a different dish but I'm afraid of the long wait for everything including getting the bill at the end, need to really think if I'll go back. I will post an update if I end up going back.

The ingredients look nice and fresh but the customer service here is not here at all.

This is a nice place and the food was good. They serve drinks and you can dine-in. Also, you can do takeout and my burrito did come with chips.The staff is polite. My only negative is that they did not let me get two different types of beans and add jalapenos to my veggie burrito. This was disappointing but my veggie burrito did taste good. Overall this is an ok place.

I came to Los Molcajetes for the first time today and I was very satisfied with my meal. However I was not satisfied with the customer service. The servers weren’t rude at all they were actually quite nice but it’s just that they paid almost no attention to us as if we weren’t there. They tried to have as little interaction with us as possible. No one came to seat us we just sat ourselves and when we sat down it took them a while to give us our menus. The waitress came back and took our order, about 15 minutes later our food came out. I ordered the Chile Relleno and Enchilada plate. It was very tasty and there was a lot of food on my plate so I was happy. But they never brought us our drinks we ordered and never gave us any napkins. When we were finished with our food we waited for the check to come but after 30 minutes of waiting we realized it wasn’t coming so we went to the front desk to ask for our check. Everything about my experience was good except for the service. I will come back for the food but that’s all. If they worked on the service it would be a much more enjoyable establishment that I would come to regularly.

I was in the mood for seafood. It’s been a while and I thought I’d give these guys another try. Good food. Weird service. Who the hell charges for iced tea refills?

I decided to check this place out after a long hike. When we arrived we understood that we had to wait in line but when tables started to open up the waitress tried to force us to sit outside. It was freezing so we politely said no thanks. Her customer service was terrible she was rude and inattentive. At first I assumed she was just having a bad day but after reading the reviews I see that she is always like that. She even got our order wrong because she seemed like she was in rush to get away from us. After I let her know my order was wrong she did notify the chicken and they did a wonderful job in fixing the issue. That I do appreciate but I will not go back. The food was okay but the bad service made me not want to visit.

Our food took an hour to come out. We were never checked on not once during that hour. When the food finally came out, it had no flavor. My daughter ordered scrambled eggs with ham and they gave what looked like a half an egg. There was never an apology or an im sorry it’s taking so long. We never got refills. Definitely never going back.

This place takes really long to Get the Food Ready, Also it’s a Dirty Restaurant, There Bathroom Is Also Very Very Dirty, they Give You Dish dishwashing liquid to wash your hands,

Service was awful there is a lot of staff but most of them were on their cell phones . We had to ask for water and utensils . Beef enchiladas were small pieces of dried up steak and we couldn't eat the chili relleno's they had a really old funky taste .Rice and beans were good .Nothing worst then paying 70 bucks for a dinner that wasn't good . If you're looking for a good Mexican food this isn't the place ....

If you want watered down beans, salsa, and almost everything on the menu…then this is your place! Expect only the most bland and disgusting food ever! It’s no wonder the restaurant was empty!
