Haven’t been at this location for 2 years maybe more. My last experience was horrible so I’ve been staying away. My craving for OG recipe chicken made me try again. I drove up today and saw a clean and neat parking lot. I drove up to the drive through and was greeted warmly. I drove up to the pick up window and again unexpected good customer service. I asked if this location was recently change in ownership or management and through the conversation confirmed that changes have happened in the last 3 years. This place is better compared to a few years ago, so try them again!

Nice and clean when you walk in and was greeted upon coming inside. Food was hot and ready to go freshly cooked.

The Manager is beautiful. The Service is very nice 👌🏽 better than before. 👍🏼 The chicken is not always there, which is bad when you live far and NVR EVER want to go to Georgia, which I was forced to give ONE star to. 😤 What I love about Redwood is when there's a problem with my order, the Mgr is more than willing to fix it. They have fish that I can hardly get because it's screaming 😱 tasty! The area? Watch your surroundings. Their Pot 🥧 Pies are excellent. I'd recommend especially when it's cold because they're hearty. 😍 💖

I love a&w root beer as a matter of fact it is the only kind of root beer I do like. The service was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer. Oh and check out their coupons n they are amazing!

I had to ask hot sauce twice ...they don't give the food

I ordered 3 breasts and some nuggets and a k3. Something told me to check the order. I discovered that I got 2 breasts and 1 wing! Now how can you confuse wing with breasts? So when I returned they tried to say that I was charged for 1 breast which wasn't the case. After I straightened it out she still acted like it was my mistake, took the wing back and gave me a breast. No apologies no nothing. I won't be eating there anymore!

KFC Vallejo… what was that? I opened the sandwich and genuinely thought it was a joke. The bun was soggy, the chicken looked like it had given up on life, and the pickles were just… sitting there like they didn’t want to be involved. The whole thing looked like it was assembled during a power outage. This wasn’t a meal. This was a trust issue. We were so excited to eat, and the second we saw it, our appetite disappeared. It looked nothing like the photos — not even close. We didn’t even end up eating it. That’s how bad it was. If you’re going to charge full price, at least give us something that looks edible. This sandwich looked like it lost a fight before it even made it into the box. Do better, KFC Vallejo. Because this was not it. okay the root beer was good though

I always come here to get my order but, today everything change. They packed my order in 1 plastic bag and all my order boxes are smashed chicken scteered everywhere and I tried to explain to them and they dont understand and cannot communicate with client. Sorry I have to do this for better before it becomes worst.

The drive thru teller was very rude and very angry, we just ask to verify the price on the screen and the tone of her voice was already very loud and irritated. It seems like she is rushing us while we were the only customer in the whole store and drive thru. While we waited we asked for plates and the lady who handed it to us said No with an irritated voice and tone again same as the lady at the drive thru window. Just to remind the management we are still paying customers. We are not asking for free food. Please make sure your employees knows how to smile, be courteous and know customer service. We would NEVER come back. Very bad experience. If your employees don't like their work, tell them to find another job. We were very positive with pur day and excited to eat. Now we ended up very irritated with situation it losses out appetite.

I went at 10 pm for some chicken and the lady tells me there no chicken . And she could only make me what she wants . Like last time I remember I’m paying for my food . So I get to pick what I want . Nasty service . Honestly if you don’t want to work and help anyone stop working . Y’all need to hire more professional staffs .

I recently did a mobile order at this location. I had my kid go get it for me. It was ready in 15 mins so I sent her on her way 5 mins after I got off the phone. When she came back with the food. Chicken tenders with a spicy chicken sandwich, fries & nuggets. Let me just say, " no wonder your business is struggling." The chicken tenders were so cold & rubbery. The fries, taste like they have been sitting under the warmer ( dried out). The only thing that tasted decent were the chicken nuggets. I said to myself, that is it. No more KFC. I'm Gen X. Back then KFC was, " finger lickin' good." Mind you, I tried to like it again, but that last batch of food i got was certainly the last meal from KFC. No matter what kind of deals. The only thing I will come and get there is the chicken pot pie. Its already changed a bit. But more changes to it will definitely keep me away.
