I live in van buren and constantly order and eat at both ninja locations but the VB location definitely has better service and hospitality. Just picked up probably my twentieth order and am just never disappointed. they truly love their place and their customers!!!

I ordered DoorDash and every single thing I asked for showed up. Presentation for to go food was incredible. Great food great price will definitely order again. I highly recommend the tower if you enjoy sushi it is incredibly fresh
Marvelous food and excellent staff. Great pricing, too! My wife and I split a Flaming Razorback and get several different rolls. We like the Shrimp Tempura and California rolls. The YumYum sauce tastes so good. We went all the time when we lived in Fort Smith and now anytime we're traveling through, we stop in. Couldn't recommend it more for Hibachi!
Got a tsunami and California roll. Both were delicious. Steak and shrimp dinner and shrimp fried rice were both excellent. Wife loves her seaweed salad.
We go here all the time for the lunch specials. You can't beat the price and the cashier guy is always so kind. We get the special number two which is an order of hibachi steak with rice and veggies and a california roll that comes with a drink. My wife and I share this and it's only $16!!! I give 4 star on atmosphere only because of the small seating area that is limited because it's a small restaurant.
They were busy (Saturday, so obviously), we ordered online for pickup. They had forgotten to bag up one of our entrees so I called them and the, I'm assuming, owner said he would deliver it to us. We live in Roland, Ok so thought after he learned that he would just give a credit for our next visit. Nope! He drove here himself and even gave us a ramune! That is service and soo refreshing! Definitely will continue to support them!
Tried this for the first time this evening and, wow, we were so impressed! First off, there is limited dining (capacity around two dozen) and it appeared most customers ordered their food to go. However, for a dine-in meal on a Friday night, it was pleasant to more or less have the place to ourselves, so that’s a win. The atmosphere is no-frills, on-par with other less expansive Asian food restaurants. Second, their extensive menu consists of sushi (lots of options plus combo specials), ramen, hibachi, and some sides like miso soup and egg rolls. Prices are phenomenal for the large portion size and delicious taste. Our food arrived as it was ready, so it came in five stages—miso soup, sushi, chicken fried rice, ramen bowl, and, last, egg rolls. My husband ordered Sushi Combo C—came with 24 pieces of sushi for $13. Yes, $13! And it was delicious, tasted like some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had. It was a definite win! My daughter ordered the chicken fried rice. We may forgotten to tell them that she wanted the veggies with it too, so she didn’t end up with those, but she had a huge plate of rice and chicken (no other trappings mixed in), and she had so much fun trying all the food on the table, not just her own—she certainly did not miss the veggies. There was some kind of sauce on her chicken which had a really good flavor, plus they gave her a bottle of some sauce (maybe yum yum sauce?). I ordered the beef ramen with miso base—a large steaming hot bowl of ramen arrived, also delicious. The beef was steak like and also had a special sauce drizzled on it. I noticed towards the end that a lot of the flavor had settled at the bottom of the bowl, so I learned my lesson—stir as I eat next time so the flavor is more evenly dispersed throughout each bite. I didn’t try the egg rolls but the other two really enjoyed them. They came with packets of duck sauce. Will definitely be back!
I called in a to go order. A friendly Southern accented female was so kind and helpful. I received large portions for a very fair price. My order was made exactly as I requested and it was all delicious!! I loved the vegetarian roll, as I have a shellfish allergy. They made sure my chicken was not cross contaminated. They also made sure there were no onions in any of my food, as I requested.
Great experience! We popped in for a quick lunch and the staff was prompt and friendly. Our food was delicious and had such large portion sizes that we each took home plenty for another meal. The atmosphere was clean and quiet. For $13 each, we got the combo platters that came with rice, choice of meat, and veggies PLUS a sushi roll. We will definitely go back!
Fast service, great quality food. The order online system needs a bit of work and does not contain everything that is on the actual menu. However most items that are not on the online system are available to get on the spot. This is however an extra payment process though should not reflect negatively. Examples of what is not available to order is the yum yum sauce, a simple order of rice, and similar smaller options. Have eaten here many many times over a number of years, there has never been an issue with the order itself, however 1/30 times the food may be not quite up to standards that are common for this location. Overall this is a solid location and ordering from here will be a cost effective meal for the quality, portions, and type of food it is. I recommend the lunch hibachi Chicken with extra yum yum sauce.
Great sushi at a great price. The rainbow roll is great. Fast service and friendly staff. All of the bibachi style food I've had here is great.
I absolutely love this place. The three men that are always in there cooking and doing the sushi rolls you guys are amazing. I loved everything that you served me it was incredible. Thank you so much for every time I come in to get something new or to try something new it's always the best these people got it going on. Thank you for the delicious food you guys rock y'all deserve your five stars and more. I also love how are you decorate and place The sushi it's very beautiful and it tastes amazing.

Excellent food, if your into Americanized Japanese food. I enjoyed a Razorbacks Special, extra spicy. The meal was topped with chicken and steak, got it to go and took about 10 min wait. The chicken was a tad dry so was the steak, but all in all, it was a great meal. The cost was a tad pricey, with tax and all it was about 15.00 dollars. For a meal for one person, that’s a bit pricey. Oh, almost forgot, it also had shrimp on it. The spice was great, but I asked for that. I would return.
This plate of fried rice was so freaking delicious! Chicken, shrimp, and steak on a bed of bacon fried rice. Four different meats and starch for under $12, can’t beat that. My new favorite for sure. Friendly and fast service, nice location to dine-in.
Sushi was pretty good! The fried rice shrimp, chicken, and steak were very overcooked, the same with the noodle proteins. Will give them another chance because rice and noodles had good flavor but meat was over cooked.
Decent quick bite for chinese. Polite staff. Usually pretty fast service. Have dined in before but this time takeout. Chicken, sushi, rice, vegetables, Ramen bowls have been good before. Steak options are often too tough. Other than that the flavors of everything have been of decent quality. Portions are also plentiful. Good combo options.
I ordered through Uber Eats and it came fast and packed well. Sent everything I asked for. The food was just ok. By far not the best I've had.
Workers are incredibly rude. I walk in and immediately get told I cannot be served by one of the Main dudes in the restaurant. For back ground info I had mistakenly placed an Order at the Fort Smith location and I “wasted their food” even though I paid for it. The person who told me this had an Attitude and became aggressive over the issue even though I was willing to give him my money for another order. Don’t waste your money for slimey people like this
