This message and review are for Tony. I went to the Van Nuys location to pick up my subs. For some reason, I forgot and left my wallet there. Tony went out of his way to bring my wallet back. He tried calling me multiple times without success, so he drove to my address, and I'm grateful that he did. Thank you, Tony, for making time out of your day.

I come here for the food and the friendly staff. Today was no exception staff was on point got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Never had a problem with mobile order picks ups also. Good location although parking is a little tough.

Absolutely lovely staff. So pleasant, kind and considerate. I observed a disabled senior (she was in a power wheelchair). Come in with a very mean attitude, complaining. The staff was SO calm, and cool with her. I work in healthcare, and people can be SUPREMELY entitled. Y'all were absolutely brilliant, with servicing her! Thank you for a great experience and food! I just wish there was more sitting room!! My ONLY complaint!

Decided to try the Philly cheesesteak at Jersey Mike's and I was not disappointed. I guess I was slightly disappointed that they don't use cheez whiz but it was still very tasty. Great bread! The girls working the counter were very nice and prompt for how busy they seemed. I'll check out more sandwiches here for sure.

The quality is always good. The service fast. Place clean. Price is a bit high. But after you account for how large the servings are, and how well they have perfected the taste of these everyday subs, the only remorse for buyers is in regretting that they hadn't bought more.

I love the food. So much so that I splurged today in order double meat on my sandwich. Unfortunately it looks like less than one normal portion. Lesson learned on the upgrade. Edit: I just said I was disappointed with my food and you're response is that you are excited to have me come back. I don't think you read these reviews.

I've never had a problem coming here I've always had the order taken made fast quick and easy but today all they were doing was just talking and talking, the manager which was a male was just talking this is the longest I had to wait for my sandwich unacceptable first time I didn't tip

Edible but that's it. Very sloppy sandwich not made correctly. Why two stars because this is my fourth time ordering from here. Only once was everything correct hence two stars. Late night after dropping my wife at ER was the worst. Just fix my food please. Snarky comments not required

When craving a sandwich for lunch this is my go-to, mostly because there isn't much else around. The parm bread is good. The tuna needs much less mayo though, it is swimming in it and it's pretty gross. The points system, birthday bonuses, etc from Jersey Mike's corporate are not user friendly though. Prices a bit high. Lids don't stay on fountain drinks. Service can be slow when training!

Ordered online, checked in with the front counter, wasn't ready. Someone finally checked in with me after standing in front of the counter for over thirty minutes. When someone finally checked to see if I had been helped, my order had been sitting there for a while. No apology given

I order through the app for take out. I've had to wait while they finish a personal conversation to get my order. And they've forgotten a bag of chips at least 3 times, It's honestly on me at this point for not double checking.

I ordered 3 regular size sandwiches on the app for pick up. When I arrived back at the office all 3 sandwiches were small size and one of them was not made correctly. I was charged for regular size sandwiches! Very disappointing

Tony the assistant manager was extremely rude and disrespectful offer to rectify a issue, then realized we were black when we arrived and completely changed and shifted the dynamic of the experience. He spoke to us in a very condescending way. We felt like it was racially motivated. I would not come to this location if you're african american we are going to file a complaint well, corporate.He kept explaining to us that he didn't have corporate numbers available, and there was no way for us to contact corporate he made it seem as though he was the main person in charge completely disrespectful

There was a literal homeless man inside the store have you but my service animal cannot be inside but that man can. Makes sense. You guys are awful
