Great, friendly customer service. Donuts & bagels we got were fresh & tasty, and half the price of other shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Blown Away how receptive the people that work @Yum Yum Donuts were, I'm definitely coming back again, super friendly & wonderful attitude, fabulous stop for a quick purchase of a dozen donuts, plus they gave me 14 donuts instead of 12 for $11.99, great deal... Gotta go early to catch them fresh. I stopped by at about 5am and everything was soft & fresh!

What can I say about this donut place, l love donuts from yum yum they are fresh tasty. If you haven't had a bagel sandwich from yum yum you should two thumbs up.

Best coffee and bagel for breakfast. I visit this place 3-4 weekly. Always have my breakfast well made overall good donut and coffee stop in Van Nuys.

Yum yum is right! This particular location actually has very fresh donuts and they taste so good. I have not had much luck with fresh donuts from other yum yum locations nor have I had such great service at others locations as I had at this location. This is my new go-to for good donuts. They have a wide variety here unlike the other locations that I've been to.

My husband and I have been coming to the donut shop ever since we moved to North Hollywood almost 17 years ago we also want to thank the owner's son up for calling the paramedics a little over a month ago when I fell he was very kind and very concerned and stayed with me until the fire department paramedics came to assess my medical situation

Ibhvae to leave after 5 minutes because I keep wanting more. 2 is good for me.. the chocolate raised and the crumb raised are the way to go! Coffee is ok but at $6 for 2 donuts and a medium coffee.. you can't go wrong. 24 hours... needing say more?

I prefer Yum Yum Donuts over Krispy Kreme. My favorite ones are filled with Vanilla Creme and Strawberry Jelly. But it doesn't stop there. They have many different options, including Sandwiches and Specialty Drinks. They are located in the plaza so there is no parking problem.

They make a killer bacon avocado melt. The girl was cute and laughed at all my boyfriend's lame joking. Good.

Like this place- come here with my 85 yrs old father, to have an afternoon break. Sometimes it's a little too warm on these summer days, which is a HUGE disappointment for customers looking to escape the heat- especially since Dunkin Donuts is right across the street...

Great food, great prices. Sometimes, they don't have all the choices available, and once in a while you'll get a stale donut, which is an overall worthwhile sacrifice. Best of all, it's ALWAYS open!

One of the reasons I like coming to this place, besides being able to go at late hours of the night, is that they allow debit/credit cards. It's convenient considering that other places, like the mom and pop shops, usually close early and only accept cash. This is great since I often do not carry cash and do often have a sugar craving. It's also around the corner from where I live so its the closest donut shop. They carry other items which I have yet to try. I usually just buy a chocolate long bar. They also carry flan and cheesecake and display it by the cash register. This makes it tempting and at times will find myself buying some. I always buy for myself and for my family at home so getting a few items will add up the price. The reason that it does not get 5 stars is because these donuts and other items are overpriced! I usually spend over $10 for 3 or 4 items! That's because their flan and cheesecake slices are like $4 each. You really do end up paying for the convenience by paying high prices for regular tasting pastries. Their cheesecake isnt even all that great and a bit dry. Not to mention the flan is very basic. I do like that their bakers dozen (which is actually 14 donuts here) give you a couple extra donuts. It almost matches the price but you end up paying $11 for It, in comparison to other places where they are $6. That's almost twice as much! Still, this is the closest that it comes to saving money from their high prices. A chocolate donut is $1.20 instead of the usual $0.80 in other places. Once again their donuts and pastries are very average. If you are looking for really delicious pastries this is not the place to go, but if you need a sugar fix, this place is convenient enough to satisfy your craving.

Service a bit sluggish. Acknowlege people when they walk in and remember the order that they arrived if you want people to return. Also, other places have bigger donuts and buns.

Usually crowded in the mornings when I go so service can be kind of lacking and the wait a little long. My favorite donut there is the honey wheat but for some reason they don't make them like other yum yum locations they're more like a ball with a hole instead of a donut.

Good food, good fresh bagels, good fresh donuts but a terrible attitude from one of the employees particularly, I don’t know her name but she has like red hair or something, she seems always unhappy and with a rude attitude, plus today was sweeping the floor between customers and a lot of dust and hair and dirt was in the air while we were eating, is she not too smart or she did that on purpose?

Love getting doughnuts from here but there is always this same lady that always seems to have an attitude towards me and I don't understand why, when I speak she speaks over me and when I speak again she does it again. I keep my cool and try not to go off on her cuz if I do I would make a big deal about it. If she can change her attitude I would have no problem going there

Open 24 hrs says for early birds but their donut selection very limited at this time. Wish they were ready as if during the day... not invited for a 2nd trip.

I ordered a sandwich and she asked me if I want a bagel or a croissant. I wanted just a regular bread but I had no choice , so I said a croissant. When I looked a receipt, croissant was charged. I felt like I'm ripped off. She didn't tell me about extra charge for choosing bread for the sandwich. I didn't see the menu was saying about it either. What kind of sandwich would they be offering for $5.49 without bread if I didn't make a choice of bread? Just a ham, egg and cheese? for $5.49? I will never come back again! By the way, mayonnaise taste very sour. you shouldn't use old mayo! You could make people sick!

Our whole crew stopped by the donut shop on our way to work this morning. The ladies helped all my crewmembers and when it came to me, she chose to take the gentleman that was behind me and when I tried to tell her that I was next she completely ignored me and proceeded to take his order. I walked out I will not be coming here again.

They are twice the price of a family run place and latino girls that work here ignore white people. They wait on Latinos that came in after you and don't even act like they see white people.

Totally got my order wrong then charged me for one item that I didn't even order.
