It's never busy to be honest which is amazing. Sometimes slow service but it's okay I'm patient. Foods good and never busy like that it's in a park so Plenty of parking and it is next to a high school could be busy lunch time overall very nice and the have self ordering kiosk Incase it is ENJOY!

Most people would say oh just another fast food place full of junk food but the strict diet I'm on right now they customized everything vegetarian and vegan style and were very patient and happy to serve my needs. Also all the employees were very patient and they're amazingly fast with preparing the food. There was literally no waiting time from when I paid to when I got my food.

Seems to me taco bell is very expensive compared to a few years ago. But this taco bell is pretty good about being fast and getting your order out correctly and hot. The drive through is a little tight but moves quickly. Thumbs-up 👍

Good Taco Bell, they redid interior of this place couple years ago, looks really modern. The food here is one of the best, the service is always good from my experience, they will try to give the correct order, even if modified sometimes. The best part about this place, is they are very cool to accommodate my vegan taste. Across street from post office if you got mail or something.

Taco Bell is crushing it with their fast food and drive through methodology. Standards are high and I see all locations delivering in the same manner. Haven't seen them miss an order item in years. Hope they treat their employees well.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I went to four McDonald’s at 3am looking for food, all were closed. I came to this Taco Bell and the drive thru guys were so nice and my order was perfect. I’ve never had a crunch wrap so good and the potatoes were fresh. Give these employees a raise. They’re doing something the rest of the TBs in the valley can’t seem to do. Thank you!

I used to be a regular in the mornings but haven’t stopped by in a while, Vivi remembered me and my order and was really friendly and it helped me start my day off right. I stopped by this Taco Bell location because it was near the Quiznos we went to. The drive thru was busy, probably due to them locking the door because of covid so everyone has to stick to drive thru. I just came to this location to try the new Dragonfruit freeze since I haven't tried it yet. I usually stick to the Baja Blast Freeze which is so good but I wanted to hear what the hype was all about. Unfortunately I did not like the Dragonfruit Freeze, it was too sweet for me. The drive thru is kind of weird because there a curve that's different from other taco bell, so you have to be careful to not scratch your rims. The staff was friendly, fast, wore mask and gloves so during this covid time it's a good thing to see. I'm pretty sure during lunch time this place probably get busy and when you exit, its on a major street Sherman Way so you might get stuck if you exit that way. It would be best to exit on Haskell because it's a less busy street.

Had the volcano come back meal. Was the first decent combo meal I've had at Taco Bell in a long time. Also the Mexican Pizza and Enchirito are back. Like those item's also. Just two more items and the place will be a habit again. The Bell Beefer. The Chilito. Even if only for a few months it would be great. I think I'm about the only person alive that remembers the Chilito but it was classic. Cheap. I know the idea here is to keep the menu simple, but rotate the items more. Can't really go wrong with Taco Bell when everywhere is closed, you look like hell, and you are hungry. Drive thru open 24 hours. Their special boxes change constantly so don't fall in love with an item and expect it to always be there 😥

This Taco Bell was okay. The dining area and restrooms, (which must be opened with a combination door code) , were clean. The staff was polite. To the right of the counter there are two self service ordering kiosks. While I did try them out and they do work; unless you are familiar with the interface, it might just be faster to order at the counter. This Taco Bell does serve coffee but they took a little while to brew it. The dining room does have audio music but there was something amiss with the sound system as the music was intermittent and always static-filled.

This is just a Taco Bell by itself does not have KFC with it like the picture shows that it would be great if it did but this Taco Bell is good they do get a little crowded the food is always good but they often miss something you ordered or put something wrong in there but for the most part they do okay and if you just take it back or call him they'll replace it so they're they're pretty decent it's fast food goes I

pretty typical taco Bell it feels like every taco Bell I go to now has stale taco shells and just kind of underwhelming service for the most part I always think I have to really make it clear what I want for my order otherwise something always gets messed up and this is for most taco Bell's this one falls in that most category just kind of a bummer that you're doing it right if your taco shells are not stale. this taco bell is not over-the-top compared to other taco Bell's out there. pretty par for the course.

Like most Taco Bell's, the service is slow and sub-par, the staff is either asleep or high, and the food leaves you in the restroom for hours afterwards. The store remodels help visually but the fact that the service doesn't understand English or have critical thinking skills is a deterrent at best.

Service was adequate and the attendant at the drive-thru was able to be heard clearly and understood well. Bespoke good English and my order was charged correctly and the items ordered were delivered correctly. I am unhappy about one of the items received Rick were cinnamon twists and they tasted still they were Cole and there wasqqal no cinnamon sugar practically at all on the Twisted cell needless to say I did not eat those but since I was in a hurry to get home and get other things done I did not make my way back to the store to voice my complaint.

It's really busy after midnight, because they don't have any competition near them. Also they say it's 24 hours but don't always open. Only reason they get 3 stars is for the good workers that get orders right and quickly. I went this morning but they had tiny sign saying they were on break from 4 to 4:30, so come back later. It's really disappointing. They need to let us know when they are closing by posting more info.

Just had a pretty sad encounter, me and my 5 yr old boy came in ordered some food for take out and while we were waiting my boy needed to use the restroom.. I then asked the first worker I saw and asked politely like always if I can use the restroom, he then told me “oh me too” so he gets the key and I follow him with my boy just for him to go the restroom and lock the door on us . This taco bell has issues. I understand working in a busy establishment but this place is not managed correctly. Lunch peak hour and half your employees are eating lunch but it takes you 20 minutes to get a few tacos to your customers. I dont know what kind of fast food takes 20 minutes. On top of that people were coming in from the drive thru with messed up orders.

ATTENTION OWNER: Sunday October 9, 2022 around 4:20 am. I arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up 2 deliveries. I received one order just before I showed the second order's information to the attendant (heavyset dark-haired male) who tried to take my phone from me. I pulled my phone away and said "You are not touching my phone!" He claimed he could not make the order without my phone and I had to cancel the second delivery. (Every delivery's info show's up on THEIR IN-KITCHEN TABLET.) Safe bet that Taco Bell looks down on attempts at theft by crew members. That person should be freed up to find a new venue of employment elsewhere.

I ordered four bean and cheese burritos one burrito supreme and that new chicken taco. They didn't put the burrito supreme in the bag and they only gave me two hot sauces. I won't be going there again. I just got home from a long day, and I am too through.

I just got home from this location. I ordered combo #3 (3 tacos and a drink), and an order of nachos. Got home, the bag had the nachos, and no tacos. The Over Night Shift Crew member is extremely rude and confrontational, accuses delivery persons of banging the windo. When there is cameras so why risk it. He says it woukd be an added charge. Not only that. Made me wait 45 minutes for a gordita crunch, and 25 of those minutes the Order was alerted as ready for pick up. He ignored me and 2 other dashers. Only 1 dasher in 45 minutes got served, and 30 plus cars got served. And he just wants to fight so bad. I believe there is problems with that guy. Send him to therapy or anger management. I am a DOORDASH delivery person. At night I waited for an order near the courier pick-up window for more than 20 minutes, during this time more than 10 cars arrived, placed the order, and took the order. No one came to the pick-up window. After which I got into the car and stood in line, having stood in line for another 10 minutes, they told me that they cannot give me the order here and that I should return to the pick-up window for couriers... Only 1 visit, or better yet 0.

Horrible food. 90% of the time they forget to give you items. Crunchwap supreme should be called a salad wrap supreme. There is no beef just lettuce and sour cream. Cantina bowl is also mostly salad with a tiny bit of beef and beans. It's sad because this is my local Taco Bell and every time I come here thinking it's going to be different it's always the same.
