Ordering via the computer screens is very time consuming. I only ordered two items and the whole process took around 20 minutes. They need to go back to ordering via a human being. I have no plans of returning to this location.

I am a DOORDASH delivery person. At night I waited for an order near the courier pick-up window for more than 20 minutes, during this time more than 10 cars arrived, placed the order, and took the order. No one came to the pick-up window. After which I got into the car and stood in line, having stood in line for another 10 minutes, they told me that they cannot give me the order here and that I should return to the pick-up window for couriers... Only 1 visit, or better yet 0.

At 2:20 am, I arrived to pick up my order. The drive-thru staff directed me to collect my order at the front door. Unfortunately, the door was closed, and despite persistent knocking, no staff member responded, likely due to the absence of customers inside. I then returned to the speaker, but my attempts to communicate were met with silence. Next, I visited the pickup window and informed the staff about the closed door. One staff member responded with sarcasm, asking if I had rung the doorbell. Notably, the doorbell is positioned below, with no clear instructions provided at the window. When I highlighted the lack of guidance, the staff member suggested that it was simply 'common sense,' which I found unsatisfactory.

Horrible food. 90% of the time they forget to give you items. Crunchwap supreme should be called a salad wrap supreme. There is no beef just lettuce and sour cream. Cantina bowl is also mostly salad with a tiny bit of beef and beans. It's sad because this is my local Taco Bell and every time I come here thinking it's going to be different it's always the same. Sticking to Del Taco from now on. 0 Stars
