Friends who knew the place invited me, and it was a wonderful surprise. It's a truly peaceful place, the food is excellent, and the service is courteous and attentive. The fixed menu is €35, and includes a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, cured meats, wine, water, soft drinks, and unlimited desserts. Some Belgian friends who have been vacationing in San Bartolomeo al Mare for many years already knew the place, and despite the distance and the rather unsightly road, they didn't want to miss their now annual PINOCCHIO visit. Compliments to the restaurant and the ACHILLE staff.

It's worth the trek up the winding roads of the Savona hinterland to reach this unique restaurant, decorated in a Pinocchio theme. The food is excellent, featuring local produce, and the atmosphere is convivial, with friendly service and reasonable prices. I really appreciated the extensive vegetable menu.

Characterful rustic restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace and garden, and an equally spacious indoor dining room. With a fixed price of €35, you get a wonderful welcome, including four sauces, including bagna cauda with vegetables, a basket of three types of cured meats, with knives and a wooden cutter so you can slice yourself, and plenty of fried bread. Afterwards, they begin with a beautiful French-style service with various appetizers, from simple caprese to prosciutto and melon, and many others, which vary according to the season. Very good first courses, ravioli with meat sauce (with the staff grating Parmesan on your plate as you go) and tagliatelle with sausage and trumpet mushrooms. Equally good second courses include roast beef, chicken, and snails. To finish, a dessert, with your choice of sweet or dry sparkling wine. Digestive coffees and bitters, and of course all drinks included. We'd be happy to return. My compliments go to the staff, who were always smiling despite the workload and the heat, and to the kitchen, which prepared all the truly delicious dishes.

A lovely, medium-sized, charming Italian restaurant with a 20-course tasting menu. Including drinks, it's about €35 per person. The menu includes a variety of hot and cold appetizers, snails, roasts, pasta, salads, and desserts. The meal takes about 3.5 hours. Reservations are recommended, and you should arrive by 8 pm.

We were warmly welcomed with delicious Ligurian specialties. We were pampered for three hours, and the white wine Chardonnay was very light, fruity, and delicious. Highly recommended!!!
