Excellent restaurant, with quality products and traditional flavors. Try the crusted linguine with seafood and the tagliolini with ragù, both truly delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even provided us with a phone charger because we ran out of power! The focaccia while we waited was also delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Delicious pizza and brilliant service! A very friendly restaurant. The table next to us had a delicious looking sharing dish of pasta and sea food in a deep dish covered in what looked like cooked pizza dough. If I make my way back this way again I will definitely be ordering that.

So, Yesterday I had the pizza here. We are talking about January 2019. I can tell everything about my experience of the restaurant since my phone's battery was dead. I was hungry at 6:30 PM so I went there and I was asked to come back at 19:00 . So, i walked through beautiful via Andrea Mensa and came back at 19:00 . Ordered a simple pizza cippola . It took not really long. maybe 10 minutes or so to get my pizza. To my expectations , the pizza was outstanding.I enjoyed every bite of it. For a price 5 Euro for a pizza i was amazing. Perfect size, perfectly cooked. Served with smile. and also they asked me 2 times if everything was fine. so, I would say 5* for food, 5* for service. Thanks guys. Will visit again.

Ristorante pizzeria nella piazza centrale di Venaria a un passo dalla Reggia, in estate piacevole mangiare all'aperto direttamente nella piazza. molto buone le pizze a un prezzo giustissimo. possibilità di menù fisso. Nota: in caso di necessità offrono gli occhiali da lettura per il menù nel caso qualcuno li dimenticasse

Siamo capitati per caso senza prenotazione di domenica, devo dire che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare posto in esterna. I piatti che abbiamo scelto sono stati tutti molto gustosi e curati nel dettaglio. Unica pecca il servizio, sono troppo lenti e poco attenti alle richieste. Tutto sommato lo consiglio

After a group tour of the splendid and immense Palace of Venaria, we stopped for lunch at the Il Quadr'Ovale restaurant-pizzeria, with reservations and a pre-arranged set menu. The menu included: • Pasta with radicchio and toma cheese, • Risotto with sausage and Nebbiolo, • Guanciali (cheeks) with baked potatoes, accompanied by a truly delicious warm citrus cream, • Apple tart for dessert, with service charge, drinks, and coffee included. We had lunch under the porticoes, taking advantage of the beautiful sunny day and enjoying the view of the Venaria Reale square: a truly pleasant and relaxing setting, which made the experience even more special. Being a Sunday and with the restaurant fully booked, service was a bit slow, but understandable given the crowds. Overall, a positive experience with excellent value, well-prepared dishes, and a perfect location to round off the visit. Recommended!

Il cibo e le bevande (acqua, Barbera e bianco piemontese) sono stati veramente di qualità elevata rispetto ai trenta euro pagati. Anche il servizio è stato professionale. Unico neo (motivo delle sole tre stelle) è stato che ci siamo seduti alle 13:30 e abbiamo finito alle 16:30 circa. Un tempo eccessivo oltretutto su un menù concordato tempo prima e quindi noto al ristorante.

The restaurant and pizzeria is certainly remarkable for its setting, located right in the historic village of Venaria Reale, with a summer terrace seating over a hundred people and outdoor tables directly overlooking the scenic Piazza dell'Annunziata. The 17th-century atmosphere and beauty are certainly present; but when considering the restaurant in terms of service and cuisine (at least for the pizzeria), it's impossible to maintain the same enthusiastic tone. The pizza is certainly edible, but certainly not exceptional, and the same goes for the farinata; water is served in carafes, not in hermetically sealed bottles; the service is very slow, the staff has proven distracted and distracted, and last but not least, the prices are definitely a bit too high for the quality offered.

Nice menu with good options for the different budgets. Lots of different plates including foccacie and pizze. Large wine card. Pizza capeiciosa was very good. I anyway recommend spending more to try higher level plates. The terrace is large and was almost full with several locals which is a good sign. Located in a pleasant pedestrian area. Enjoy!

We ate the typical dishes, nothing exceptional, the service was disappointing. The fixed menu cost €37 per person. The young man who served us was good and professional. The problem was with the cashier, who was rude and surly. They invented a non-existent children's menu that we hadn't agreed upon. For a plate of pasta with tomato sauce and two slices of cooked ham, they charged us €18. Next time, we'll go somewhere else. Disappointing.
