Wow I love this place! I got a bowl with chicken,falafel, tons of veggies, rice, couscous, feta, etc for $16 and honestly… it’s so much food I used it for two meals! Highly recommend stopping by. All of the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! I can be a little picky too and everything was just perfect!

Great place, the workers here are very helpful and informative to the customers as to what the items are on the menu and how to make your own item of choice. The food was very fresh and delicious, and it had a lot of flavor and spices to them. Definitely recommend given a try!

Wow! Talk about a hidden gem. We came to the area for Urban Cafe but ended up picking this restaurant instead. The food was so fresh and flavorful. Very healthy options and customizable to meet our party's various nutritional needs. Also, the staff was very friendly. They offered to let us sample the different hummus types and meats. Because of this, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I would bring family and friends to this restaurant. We'll come back to enjoy more of this restaurant!

We were literally the very First Customers after their Soft Opening! They are The KINDEST Gentleman! I came back the following day, as I promised, and ordered a bowl. All of the food looks AMAZING! I ordered the Lamb mix as the protein, every side except Jalepeño ( have to try it all, Right? Lol) 3 different types if Hummus ( I completely FORGOT the Tzateki, next time!) And ordered Dolmides on the side. The Portion is GENEROUS! SO Generous that I had some for lunch the next day and was SO full! The base I got was Couscous and Warm Garbanzo Beans, cannot forget that! This HEALTHY Mediterranean Food at a Fantastic Price! Only $13+ tax for your choice of a Wrap, Bowl or on Pita! I am Praying they DO NOT raise their prices! I feel this Price with the Portion with the immense FLAVOR and Fresh Quality of the Food here is a SERIOUS Competition with Luna Grill, Stephen's Market, The Olive ( who are all Overpriced for what you get and NOT as Tasty as Hummus Republic) If you are looking for something Different , Delicious And Healthy, You HAVE to try this New Restaurant! There are Several Vegan and Vegetarian options that are Delicios as well. Just before closing on the evening of the soft opening we were able to try the Lemon chicken ( Delicious) and Falafel. The Falafel has the BEST Flavor than Any I have had in YEARS! And , he was honest in telling us they had Bern sitting about 30 minutes. Next time I can't wait to order Fresh Falafel and another Bowl! If you look at my other Restaurant ratings here, you know I am honest and Truthful. I give credit that is deserved. This Restaurant is one you do NOT want to miss and will definitely become a Favorite after your very first visit!

Love HR! The food is very fresh. They even make the falafel balls are made fresh to order! Which is awesome. The tahini shake is nice and really love their fountain drinks (by Stubborn black cherry and creamy pineapple). They also have awesome customer service experience too..

We need a Hummus Republic EVERYWHERE! For those who seek healthier fast food choices, you can come here for many, many options. We love the tasty options. The portions are large enough to share and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend Hummus Republic and hope to see them in Los Angeles. We need more healthy alternatives. PS. The staff were sooo nice, informative and patient with us. ❤️

Environment is like a cross between 5 guys and a yogurt bar, not bad, not fantastic. Overall good impression. Keep up the good work guys. 👍

They have a BOGO promo on Uber Eats and I thought this would be a great opportunity to try. We got the bowl and opted for almost all the toppings and protein they offered between the two bowls. The lemon chicken and shawarma were good, crispy chicken and falafel were good but latter definitely doesn't have the crispiness that I was hoping which was kinda disappointing - it looks like everything have been sitting for a while. Toppings wise, the only item that stood out were the beets and fried jalapeno. We got three different kind of hummus and they were just alright. Their packaging was very nice though.

I absolutely loved the food here. It tasted fresh and as I watched the employees (who were very nice and helpful) dish and serve my meal, and those prior to mine, I noticed tgat they were very aware of cleanliness and not criss-contaminating things, which I appreciate. My (adult) daughter thought the food was only okay overall, except for the pita bread (which she loved), but she isn't a huge fan of hummus, soooo...grain of salt. I'm not a huge fan of the location, bc it feels k8nd of claustrophobic fir me, but eating outside on a temperate day was nice. The parking situation is often odd at this plaza, but if you're okay to park a little farther away, then that's a non-issue. There are so many other places in this plaza that can supplement this meal, and you could take a couple of hours to stroll around the shops after eating. There is a great coffee place a few spots down from Hummus Republic that would offer a nice end to your meal, with great coffee and dessert items!

Reminded me of a Chipotle-style restaurant. You go thru the line and customize a bowl, wrap or pita. Food was really good. I think I prefer it over Luna Grill. The protein options are not the same (no salmon) but the price is better and quality is good. They also have a rewards program. I'll be back for sure.

Not for me. It was like taking the ingredients of every can in your pantry and then combining and mixing them together. I ended up paying $20 for a bowl of sauce and jalapeños and olives.

Got sick after eating here with food poisoning after eating the yellow chicken. I’m sharing this to warn others and to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. On top of that, the management service management is garbage.

Will not go back. Walked into this place waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me I will be helped in a couple of minutes. There was no line.2 people in the restaurant; 1 was eating and the other was waiting for her food. Had to wait 10 minutes by the register to put my order in. My food wasn't ready for 35 minutes!!! My wife ordered her food at a busy place called Urbane Cafe that was seated to capacity in their restaurant and getting numerous pick up orders completed. My wife ordered her food within 5 minutes and was eating 15 minutes after placing her order. I was still waiting for my food to be completed when she finished hers. Very disappointed with this place I was looking forward to trying.
