Update really impressed with customer service from this location. I let them know about my empanada issue and they looked into it. The bowls awesome and will come in for those as usual. Amazing fruit bowl! The best fruit bowl I’ve had in a while. STAY AWAY from the chicken empanada. It was dry and a couple hours later made me throw up. I ended up throwing the other empanadas to the trash did not want to take my chances.

Such good quality ingredients for the bowls, both the pitaya and acai bases were delicious! We also had impossible empanadas which were delicious with the sauces. On top of the great food, the service was amazing too so I will definitely be coming back!
First time there. The picture doesn't look as appetizing as it was. Both the Acai bowl and the empanada were really good.
The bowls are good but that’s not why I’m writing this review. Whenever I am having a bad day at my job, I come to Ubatuba just so Kate can lift up my day. She is always so excited to see me and makes me feel like I have a purpose in life once again. Kate makes my bowl amazing and she gives me a discount. Whenever I see Kate, my eyes tear up with joy. She always puts a smile on my face. If Kate has 1 million fans, I am one of them, if Kate has 1 fan it’s me and if Kate has no fans I’m dead. Please give this lady all the raises, if she ever leaves this job I will not be coming.

The most delicious açaí bowls around! Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend adding a splash of passion fruit to your bowl. And oh my goodness, the empanadas *chefs kiss*. Everyone who works there is so very friendly and patient. I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere only because it is just a regular place to sit and eat. They have plenty of tables and it is clean, but nothing overly fancy, which is fine since it suits the environment.
I love this place! They have so many topping choices as well as bases, my friend and I come here frequently during our lunch breaks and we are obsessed, they’re affordable and not greedy with how much they give you. Not to mention their empanadas are super delicious! The people are always very kind and the atmosphere is super peaceful and enjoyable to have a nice lunch
Literally the sweetest workers I've ever encountered, explained everything super well, very generous and made the best acai bowl I've ever had!! Highly recommend!!
I absolutely love coming here, they give you so many options for toppings. Other açaí places will charge you for adding toppings, Ubatuba does not! The service is wonderful, everyone is always very pleasant and makes sure to get your order correct. I highly recommend coming here.

one of the best Acai bowls I have had!! It was so good and fresh!! They apparently already have it premade so they just ask you if you want it half full of 3/4 full. I think I said half and added the toppings after. IT WAS SO GOOOOOOD, super delicious! healthy and tasty. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family
You have so many options for toppings. They give you a lot for so little. The atmosphere is okay it's better to pick it up and eat it at a park. It is worth the trip and price for it.
Just had it today and it was reeeaaally good and fresh. I got a buy one get one free deal for the small and i didnt think it was going to be enough but they loaded the bowls up!!! Good Portions, Fresh Ingredients and Great Taste!
This was one of the best Acai bowls I've had. You can choose how much Acai goes in the bowl. The less you have, the more fruits and condiments you can put in the bowl.
Went for the first time recently and for some reason I decided to get a large acai bow to try out and I finished the whole thing! Lots of topping options. I think the manager helped us out at the end and she was very nice.

Their menu, or lack thereof, is a little confusing. Empanadas? I think I saw something about that.
got a large bowl, açaí base with almond butter, nutella, hemp granola, mango, bee pollen, strawberries, and chocolate chips. food was amazing but the staff were sort of off putting and rushing through me ordering even though the store wasn’t busy in the slightest, the young man working today at 12:45ish should try and speak a little friendlier to customers, i don’t think i’ll be visiting this location again despite ubatuba being my favorite açaí in ventura.

If you like things dripping in grease then this is the place for you. My empenada was awful, did not look at all like the samples in the store, the dough was gray, the filling was sickening, I will never go back!

Açaí was freezer burned. It was textured like play doh. Even with the price being somewhat low, that’s pretty much the quality you get here. The fruit wasn’t sweet. Nice staff though
