Still under construction Service was quick and pleasant, as far as my non Spanish talking goes! Translator! Got my meal in less than 5 minutes. Fries were cold and greasy, mashed potato flakes with oily brown liquid was pretty good! Chicken crunchy, but 2 out of 3 pieces were still pink! Not from marinade! Undercooked! Threw most in the trash, drank my coke and left!

They don't respect the expected quality of food. I bought crunchy chicken, and the color of the fried food was completely dark, as if it were burnt. When I reported this to the manager, Isaac, as we Mexicans say, he simply gave me my plane and confirmed that the oil needed changing, since the cooking time was correct. There were no papas available at 6 p.m., since they had served me the last ones they had. For obvious reasons, they were colder. They served me a microwaved Big Crunch since their grill was broken. They need a lot of training.

Maybe because I went near the closing time but it was the worst KFC food I've ever had. I spit out the mash potato. Chicken was salty and burned and biscuit was like a rock. I thought KFC in the US was bad.

Ugly place the bathroom really stink, the works are so mean.

Loud music, wouldn't be much of a problem except that when it's crowded (it's always crowded due to space) you can't hear the people at the counter call your order. The food is good but the lack of AC, dirty restrooms and there's even mold growing on the ceiling; don't make it my first choice for a fast bite.
