Typical KFC.
It's a fairly large place to buy and enjoy food. I went on vacation, and honestly, the only thing that left me wanting was the staff. They weren't friendly at all; all the young women serving us looked angry, and the treatment was the same. We asked politely, but it seemed like they couldn't help us with our order or even give us the condiments, like ketchup and salsa, because our order didn't include them. They just rolled their eyes and didn't give them to us. That's the only thing that makes you wonder why. I could understand if they were having a long day or just a bad day, but you can't guess. A job should be done with kindness, and they left much to be desired in that regard. The food, however, was delicious; they didn't make any mistakes and did give us the correct order.

Still under construction Service was quick and pleasant, as far as my non Spanish talking goes! Translator! Got my meal in less than 5 minutes. Fries were cold and greasy, mashed potato flakes with oily brown liquid was pretty good! Chicken crunchy, but 2 out of 3 pieces were still pink! Not from marinade! Undercooked! Threw most in the trash, drank my coke and left!

They don't respect the expected quality of food. I bought crunchy chicken, and the color of the fried food was completely dark, as if it were burnt. When I reported this to the manager, Isaac, as we Mexicans say, he simply gave me my plane and confirmed that the oil needed changing, since the cooking time was correct. There were no papas available at 6 p.m., since they had served me the last ones they had. For obvious reasons, they were colder. They served me a microwaved Big Crunch since their grill was broken. They need a lot of training.
Maybe because I went near the closing time but it was the worst KFC food I've ever had. I spit out the mash potato. Chicken was salty and burned and biscuit was like a rock. I thought KFC in the US was bad.

Ugly place the bathroom really stink, the works are so mean.
Loud music, wouldn't be much of a problem except that when it's crowded (it's always crowded due to space) you can't hear the people at the counter call your order. The food is good but the lack of AC, dirty restrooms and there's even mold growing on the ceiling; don't make it my first choice for a fast bite.
Worst service ever, cool food and they don’t even have money.
