“...travelers in the wake of good fortune...” is how we define ourselves when entering this place, which is not a place, much less a public establishment, but a cultural glimpse, a slice of life and anything but commercial, a real pub enriched with the right modern and easygoing fluidity that you perceive when, totally sold out on a rainy Saturday evening, you hear the answer for the reservation “come on, we'll keep you here with us at the counter”... And already you feel like you're in company, like family, closeness... You get confirmation from the voice of those who greet you as soon as you enter with a cordial “welcome”, quite distinct from the classic “good evening”, pronounced in a decidedly native Italian and knowingly tending towards the good Vercelli dialect... you see it in the eyes of those who come to meet you to accompany you to the table or in choosing your favorite corner, in the warmth of the owner Fabio who comes to the table not only for the service but to get to know you personally, like a long-awaited person or an old adventure companion and to give you his own culture and good advice... telling you about the recipes prepared with extreme care. Expertly crafted from scratch and with excellent raw materials... An experience more than an evening from the perspective of the guests (and not just customers)... and in any case, it ends successfully... truly experiencing the colors, flavors, aromas, and atmosphere of a land (strictly Piedmontese, more generally) and of a true, low-lit pub.... This timeless, enchanted corner remains far from commercial incursions, free from commonplace inflections and free from tacky, superficial interests.... A well-run establishment, with a youthful, entrepreneurial approach that remains grounded in reality. The food is of the highest quality (the sandwiches are truly delicious and perfectly prepared, with special attention paid to special diets such as gluten-free), the staff are fantastic, well-groomed, and the decor is simple and, above all, clean. Hygiene is meticulously maintained and is evident in every corner, from the common areas to the serving counter to the restrooms. This, when contextualized, is livened up by an influx of people eager to feel good, and at La Voglia (which is in no way inferior to other similar places in the area), you feel at ease, thanks also to the constant yet discreet service. Easy, free parking nearby... Truly beautiful, highly recommended, even considering the price, which is absolutely right for the quality and quantity, certainly affordable for everyone. Finally, the setting is anything but ordinary: Vercelli and its city center truly evoke a sense of times gone by... but not yet gone... Thank you so much!

Always a pleasure to meet up with friends at La Voglia, a place that warms your heart as well as filling you up with phenomenal beer and spectacular sandwiches. Needless to say, the staff are always incredibly kind and welcoming, both on the phone and in person. Honorable mention goes to Fabio, truly unbeatable and incredibly strong... all of us friends revere him.

A small but very cute place. The coffee is good. The custard-filled cannolini are delicious, filled on the spot. The rack where they hold the cannolini one by one, warm, before filling them, is quite unique. A must-try.
