Ho cenato stasera in questa splendida osteria. In due abbiamo mangiato un ottimo brasato con patate e polenta per me tortelli all'Amarone per lei, un dolce da condividere. Abbiamo bevuto un vino da 27€ e due bottiglie d'acqua. Caffè e amaro offerto, spesa totale? 70€ super onesta. Cibo sublime, servizio cordiale e meticoloso. Titolare gentilissima e molto dolce, pronta a consigliarci e guidarci dentro la sua squisita cucina regionale. Direi tappa obbligata.

Lo consiglio. Location a due passi dal centro di Verona. Cucina tipica,casareccia. Prezzi bassi. Locale pulito e accogliente. Personale molto educato e gentile. Piatti buonissimi. I dolci sono stati squisiti , carne ottima ( consiglio la stratagliata). L antipasto un pó scarso. Bagno pulito. Abbiamo pranzato nella cantina, privacy e intimità top. Antipasto, primo, secondo, dolce , caffè e vino della casa 35 euro a persona. Consigliato.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per la cena della mia laurea, il 28 novembre, e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista: il cibo era ottimo, curato e abbondante, e il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora, che ci ha accolti e seguiti con grande professionalità e simpatia, facendoci sentire come a casa. Anche il dolce, preparato appositamente per noi, era buonissimo e ha concluso la serata nel migliore dei modi. Prezzi onesti e assolutamente adeguati alla qualità offerta. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, piatti curati e di qualità. Il personale è stato super cordiale e attento, sempre disponibile e con grande cura per i dettagli. Si vede che tengono molto ai clienti. In più, a fine pasto ci hanno offerto anche un cioccolatino, gesto piccolo ma molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo

Sono stata in questa osteria domenica con il mio ragazzo e una coppia di amici. Siamo rimasti tutti molto contenti, qualità prezzo ottima. Abbiamo preso tutti un antipasto da dividere, gli affettati e formaggi erano freschissimi anche il pane veramente buono. Un secondo, il dolce, una bottiglia di vino e abbiamo speso meno di 50€ a testa. La proprietaria e le cameriere veramente molto carine ed educate, ci spiegavano ogni piatto facendo attenzione anche alla provenienza degli ingredienti. Assolutamente consigliato

Siamo stati oggi 4 gennaio a pranzo consigliati da un conoscente. Locale accogliente e personale di sala molto disponibile e gentile. Il menù è particolarmente ricercato ma ben equilibrato e curato nell'impiattamento. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Un plauso ai proprietari, sia per la conduzione dell'osteria che per l'attenzione verso i clienti. Lo raccomando

Ho cenato presso Hosteria 17 insieme ai miei colleghi in occasione di MBE 2026 e siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’ottima cucina, assolutamente nulla da criticare. Il brasato più buono e morbido mai mangiato, ottimo anche il baccalà alla vicentina. Personale molto gentile, ristorante decisamente da provare!

Bel locale carino, tranquillo praticamente a lato del centro. La padrona del locale ottima padrona di casa. Preso antipasto dell'oste molto buono con u ottima giardiniera. Ravioli al tartufo e quelli con gorgonzola e noci buoni sia spessore pasta che condimento. Sublime il secondo stratagliata di manzo. Buono il dolce anche il prezzo. Lo vonsigliamo

My favorite restaurant in Verona. The food always tastes very good, no matter what you eat! The service is very friendly and you feel like you're sitting in someone's living room at home. Authentic Italian cuisine and not like other tourist spots with an endlessly long menu. The price/performance ratio is absolutely terrific!

Absolutely loved our meal at Hosteria 17. It felt like dining in a Family Home. The waiter was very friendly (and had great wine recommendations) and we loved the chef welcoming us & saying hello. The food was exceptional; authentic dishes with quality ingredients at very reasonable prices. The menu catered for lots of dietary requirements (including great gluten free pasta) and we would have loved another night in Verona to visit again! One of the most authentic dining experiences I've had in Italy, and would highly recommend a visit when in Verona. Thank you Hosteria 17 for a lovely, memorable dinner 🙂

My partner and I had dinner at Hosteria 17 on the last night of our holiday and it was our favourite meal in Verona. My partner really enjoyed their chef's special ravioli, and I had a gluten free seafood pasta. Their menu had lots of gluten free options (gluten free pasta, plus options for appetiser, main and dessert). Allergens are also very clearly labelled on the menu. The family who run the restaurant were super friendly and welcoming. Overall, would very highly recommend this spot for an authentic italian lunch or dinner.

The reviews were accurate but I enjoyed even more the food and home cooked feeling. The owner/chef came by each table to greet everyone and make sure they were enjoying their meal. I ordered the gnocchi which were mouth watering fluffy pillows from heaven. The Brasato was super tender and made with love. Went perfectly with Valpollicella ripasso wine. Dessert… I would drive all the way from Naples to eat it again (pistachio cake - pandolce Verona with cream side). Definitely recommend! You will enjoy the home cooked and cosy atmosphere.

We had such a pleasant stay here! The food and service were truly outstanding. We visited with our two small children, and the staff treated us so well—patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to the kids, who ended up absolutely loving them. The food was incredible; the veggie lasagna was probably the best I've ever had. The entire experience felt like visiting our grandparents for a Christmas meal. Highly recommend for a warm, welcoming, and delicious experience!

Such an amazing experience, in a city full of tourist traps. Hosteria is easily the best food we had in Verona. The menu is focused on a selection of interesting Italian dishes you might not see in other places (pistachio lasagna!). The have plenty of vegetarian choices. The shrimp salad was exceptional. Grilled vegetables were fresh, crab pasta was delicious, and desserts were sublime. Service, from what seems like the family who runs the restaurant, was attentive and friendly.

Great meal. Bread served when we arrived that was amazing Just a couple of small points. The vegetables served with the main dish did not seem fresh, more like frozen / pre cooked and reheated. The Tiramisu dessert also seemed like it was made off premises, more like factory produced than homemade. Prices are very good value. Just a shame about the 2 points mentioned.

Small charming restaurant, really friendly service, the house wine is very good, we had rosé. We had pasta with duck and the beef estofado with potatoes and polenta. Both of them were delicious, the beef was cooked so beautifully, absolutely delicious. I would definitely go there again.

Sensational. The spaghettoni in squid ink in lobster sauce was out of this world. Likewise with the Baccala alla Vicentina. My next meal here : Braised beef with juniper seed melts in your mouth and explodes in flavour. The bigoli with duck ragu was sensational. Plus very reasonable prices: pasta in low teens and secondi less than €20. Go!

Best meal we had in Verona! The softest and tastiest beef both the carpacio and roast. We loved the pasta too. Friendly service and best price too! They even gave free limoncello and licorice for better digestive. Highly recommended you can't go wrong.

I’ve traveled all over Italy and this proved to be my best meal. I ordered the carpaccio di black angus and the squid ink spaghetti. Amazing. This restaurant seems family owned and feels very cozy. I would suggest allotting extra time to spend here because the service is relaxed.

All fine non abbiamo mangiato male ma non è uno di quei posti che mi rimarrà in mente per i buoni sapori. La carne è buona, in particolare abbiamo assaggiato lo stinco di maiale e devo dire che era molto buono. Carne tenerissima. Anche il brasti di manzo è molto buono, di fatto è uno stracotto. Unico appunto è il ricarico sul vino. Davvero troppo.

Sono stato per una cena e a livello di cibo sinceramente non ci ha fatto impazzire. Il millefoglie di manzo non era speciale come me lo aspettavo, inoltre si sentiva che mancava qualcosa.. ( ci è stato servito senza salsa di senape, forse per errore). Inoltre a detta di chi non lo ha preso il brasato era meglio, anche se pure quello non era niente di che. I primi sembravano migliori.
