Huge dining area but it gets very noisy, very quickly. To be fair, we accidentally chose to go on the last day of school and there were a lot of tweens and teens out for class parties (parents were there with the tweens but mostly ignored the mischief their kids were up to). Once service got going it was fast and the pizza arrived hot. A couple of questionable topping choices but good. The dessert pizzas were hard and not a pleasant experience.

Ample parking, huge, bright space. Many pizza flavors available, including small slices and sweets. A nice place to spend an evening with friends, but not recommended for pizza lovers. Recommended for those who like thin, crispy pizza.

Good pizzas It's a shame it's so cold The girl wasn't very kind And it's a shame the chef made the pizzas and left them on the counter ready to be served at the table. But everyone was chatting and laughing among themselves, and by the time they served the pizzas, they were already cold... It would have been better when the girl with blonde hair and glasses was there; the service was definitely much better. When we got to the cashier, not even the slightest interest in whether we'd had a good time The "responsible" girl, if we can call her that, was leaning against the counter with her arms crossed. Her behavior was one of total indifference.

I was there this evening with some friends. When we arrived, we complained about the extremely cold place, and a waiter apologized by promising us free coffee and liqueurs at the end. Overall, we waited a long time for both our drinks and our coffees (which we requested 2-3 times). Many pizzas arrived cold. When paying, we asked the manager if she had included the coffee and liqueurs, and she said yes. We then explained that the waiter next to her had told us they would be free. He replied, "No, I don't know anything." We haven't become poor, but we appreciate loyalty and respect. We'll never return. The waiter with the short hair and the waitress with the braid were very friendly and kind.

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. When we first arrived, it was freezing cold (it was warmer outside). In an hour, they'd gone through a maximum of 6 pizzas, not to mention the dessert section, which after another 40 minutes only had 1. The girl at the cash register was rude and simpering, the pizzeria was packed, and there were only 2 waiters serving. PS: Go eat at Bingo or across the street from Burger King instead.

I went for a pizza tour, very skeptical given the reviews, and they weren't wrong. The place was cold, the pizzas they were passing around were usually a lot with mortadella, maybe they'd made a load and needed to get rid of it, but they still make you lose the desire to eat. In the end, we turn the cube around for the dessert tour. 40 minutes later, a pizza arrives. My luck was that before going to the restaurant, I bought some desserts from Od store, so after escaping the nightmare, we stuffed our mouths with sweets outside the pizzeria. A terrible experience, I will NEVER RETURN. Nb. The only positive thing was that the people in front of the pizzeria counter ate well 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

What can I say, good luck! We arrived at 8:15 PM, and they took our drinks order at 8:36 PM. After about an hour, we'd eaten four slices of pizza. Before 10 PM, they'd run out of mozzarella, so they started serving tomato-only pizzas. By the time we decided to switch to the sweet doughnuts, bomboloni, and cream puffs, they'd obviously run out. Despite asking the waiters for food, we left having eaten a total of 15 slices between the two of us, mostly margheritas or marinaras. We repeatedly reported the problems to both the waiters and management, but aside from a "sorry," nothing was done. Not even a single euro of discount. €42 for 15 slices of pizza and two medium Cokes. The situation was the same throughout the restaurant, except at the tables with friends, where the manager would stop to chat and joke, and where pizzas were always available. We had already had problems with this manager 1 year ago, we confirm the terrible experience since this resource has been there who is attentive neither to what happens in the restaurant nor to the customers.

A terrible experience to say the least!! 1 star is truly a gift. Today, Saturday, October 11, 2025, I sat down with my partner and a couple of friends. When the drinks arrived, we found a nice spiderweb on the mug (the spider was already in my partner's stomach). The pizzas DIDN'T ARRIVE; we pointed this out to the waiters, who responded very rudely. After being seated for 1 hour and 40 minutes, we decided to leave and pay for our drinks. I understand the crowds this evening, but you have to be organized based on seating, which you absolutely don't have!!! NEVER AGAIN! I'll be back to Paina, where we've always had an impeccable experience. P.S.: Table 66! Kind regards.

We went there for my son's birthday and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Excessive wait times, waiters who don't know how to organize table service. Paid and ordered a cake at €36 for 8 people, then paid €45 because they made two extra slices from the same cake. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DREADFUL PLACE AGAIN.

My partner and I arrived at 8:00 PM. After an hour and a half of waiting, at a whopping 9:32 PM, this is what we ate, and that's all that arrived: two slices of dry, cold pizza. She's also pregnant... a disgrace for Italian cuisine. I can't stand it.

Dinner tonight, January 26, 2025: not exactly an excellent experience. Behind the bar, I noticed them pouring drinks from one bottle to another (from the bar, I could see at least 6-7 cm of foam in the poured bottle, the result of shaking it), and then they served it to me. The result was a Coke Zero that was practically flat (you can see it in the attached photo, which has virtually no bubbles). After the first few courses, the pizza arrived practically burned on the bottom, with a bad taste of burnt oil (see photo). Nothing was explained to me about what was reported at the cash register when paying. When they had two or three open bottles of the same type of drink, we saw them pouring them into one bottle and throwing away the empty ones (which is why, among six of us, we saw the foam forming).
