Anything but a 5 star review here is wrong. I’ve been to a lot of Jimmy Johns and this one is hands down one of the friendliest. Since they have re-opened I’ve visited a few times and the employees are always incredibly friendly and freaky fast. Great tasting food and quick delivery. It’s one of my weekly food choices and will continue to be because of their service

Food was great and fast by the time I got my drink made my sub was ready and lunch was served! I enjoyed the Gargantuan it was delicious highly recommended, sorry no photos as I ate it so fast.

First-time there and it wasn't crowded and there was a young fellow that worked the counter and he was a one man show! It kind of put me in the mind of a place that I think is no longer in business and it starts with a Q. They offer three different sizes but I enjoyed the sub and will be going back in the future!

Subs here are MUCH better than subway & made faster. Just an FYI for anyone going for their first visit: they only have cold subs. However, they have a lot of different options

Wonderful employees work here! I was greeted enthusiastically and cheerfully as soon as I walked through the door as if I was a long lost friend! Of course, you want to know about the subs. I had an Italian Night Club: Salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil, vinegar, oregano, and basil on a freshly made soft and hearty french roll. It was absolutely delicious!!! The place is clean and inviting. Definitely give this restaurant a try!

Best sandwich ever and forever, I don't really know what this has, not rocket science definitely, I think that is the bread, I'm a simple guy, so love the Pepe, sometimes I add some extra cheese to make it yummy, when I want a challenge will get the gargantuan and good luck!, add the jalapeño chips inside the sandwich and a cherry coke, I love JJ!!!!

Pretty good subs, a favorite when I don't have many other options, and freaky fast which is very true. Very sad that you guys got rid of the beefy ranch wraps MY FAVORITE THING I EVER HAD FROM YOU GUYS - PLEASE BRING BACK WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!

It's OK. I'm not thrilled. Subway is just so much better. I ordered 2 subs. The first sub I watched the person make my sub without asking what veggies I wanted. Then I said something before the next sub. I like watching my sub made. Also wasn't impressed by the taste.

I hope this place does well this time. I don’t think it’s good practice to offer free food to employees at a car dealership while people are there waiting and overhear. Would have won over so many customers offering sandwiches to people waiting as well as employees. Southern tier is a small place. Probably would have been on the news for that.

Fast friendly service. Subs are only slightly better than Subway, but cost the price of Wegmans. Crossing over the 201 to Wegmans is worth the time and effort. They do offer a Little John that was perfect for a toddler.

Took my son yesterday. His favorite place. He use to manage one in Florida. This was horrible. Bread was old, I asked for turkey, cheese, pickles and oil and vinegar. My sandwich had turkey, Mayo, no pickles. Condiments are so limited for the price and only provolone cheese. My son said bread was not made fresh, his was missing the bacon he paid $2.39 for. Bread was so dry it fell apart. All for $26. My sandwich was a small. See you soon, subway.

Subs good, when you get it...30 min lunch break goes fast when they forget to make your sandwich. Full belly deli was much better

Employee was clearly making other sandwiches, manager gave me a dirty look and continued to sweep crumbes instead of taking my order. Then proceeded to tell the employee making sandwiches to stop and take my order. I ended up just buying the bread and made a sandwich at home.

Despite the CEO being morally bankrupt, the chain is above standard with the menu alternatives. This particular location has never messed up a delivery and seem to time travel when delivering. Fastest delivery I've ever seen, consistent too. Edit: came back 2 years later, ordered 2 subs online with no mayo and avocado as replacement. Got one with Avocado and the other with neither. Dudes working there apparently forgot how to read and make a sandwich. Not coming back after paying 20$ for two subs that had 50% accuracy on the order.

Bread is doughy and sort of tasteless. I was highly annoyed after I had an accident and was unable to drive for over a year. Their delivery zone ended literally four houses from mine. When I explained this to the manager, they were unable to change their policy for any reason, including a person that was disabled, which I would understand in a big city but NOT in a small homegrown town like this. I even offered to MEET the driver four houses down, in a wheelchair. I took a BUS there. Maybe that is why it left a very bad taste I my mouth. Gave it another try after I had healed. Thing subway it a much cheaper and tastier option, and THEY deliver now.

Biggest rip off, $7.50 for two slices of cheese and 5 slices of meat. I will never go back there. I can get a much better sub at Wave gas station. Your basically paying a dollar per inch of bread. Got a 16’’. Nothing but bread and mayo on 2” of either end.

Ordered a big john on square wheat. I got 1 tiny piece of roast beef and they forgot to put any vegetables on it. I took it to-go so I didn’t find out until I was home. Maybe, instead of trying to be “freaky fast” learn how make a sandwich first! Yes, I’m bitter but how hard could it be?

The last 2 Saturdays I have gone to get a picklewich because it keeps getting advertised and this is my favorite seasonal item. Saturdays are my only days of so last Saturday (11/8) I placed an online order for pickup around 3:15pm and they immediately called me and refunded my order saying they were closing early. Used to only eat JJs subs in Syracuse, was out in this area, and drove past several other places to have some again. A little bit of a wait that I didn't mind, I asked if they had the picklewich, and the person helped me hit me with a giant, "NEGATIVE!" I ordered a #7, and when I was saying what topping I wanted, I got interrupted two more times and felt very rushed. Went to the restroom to wash my hands, and it was a wreck where some disgusting individual smeared his feces all over the toilet. Sandwich was 4/10 at best, meat was extremely cold and hard and the bread was either overcooked/stale or both. Soda was the best part, but they were out of straws. Good luck!

The guy making my sandwich looked like he didn't want to be there. I only ordered a plain slim and that took him 10 minutes to make, meanwhile other people after me got their orders right away. Turns out he even forgot the cheese in my slim 1. Seemed on purpose for no reason. I won't be returning.

I ordered through DoorDash a long time ago. I have called many times since then but never received my money or food back. It happened to my kid, too. It's okay if you don't order through DoorDash. In response to the reply, I contacted Jimmy John's customer service; they talked to the manager, but nothing happened. I am posting this to warn others

I ordered a original turkey sub to be picked up. I drove all the way there and picked up my food. I started to drive away and realized that the bag felt light. I pulled into another businesses parking lot and checked to make sure everything was there. It looked like everything was there. I opened the sub and there was mayonnaise and lettuce. That’s it!! Nothing else! I turn around and took it back. The staff seemed annoyed that I brought it back. Another staff member came over and looked. She just said “huh?” And walked away. I had brought my receipt with me. The guy snatched it away and made my sub. He handed me my sub with attitude and turned around. Are you kidding me?! I will never come back here! I will also share this story on social media and tell everyone!

I placed an order for #17 in-person at this store. The young lady working there either realized or was told that woman in parking lot had received an incorrect order. So she walked past me and out of the front door with her gloves on. She then came back in, with the same gloves on while touching the door handle to leave and come back into the store, and proceeded to continue making sandwiches. I had asked her to change her gloves before making my order since she didn't the entire time. The two other workers also changed their gloves as if the thought never occurred to them. I work in healthcare and this is absolutely disgusting. The amount of germs that this facility may give to people unknowingly is horrendous. We will not be eating at this facility again.

As I always do I asked to add oil and vinegar, they added mayo. Again. Says it right on the receipt but it’s our fault…won’t go back. Too bad too generally I like their food but the attitude sucks.

I was honestly shocked by my experience. I ordered a salami sandwich and it only had THREE slices of salami on it. I’ve never been to any sandwich shop where a sandwich was made that skimpy. Sandwiches are supposed to be hearty and worth the money — this felt careless and not worth what I paid. It really left me questioning what happened here. I know this was not a mistake, it definitely didn’t meet basic expectations. The only reason why I didn’t turn around and go back was because I was already on the road. Imagine how annoyed I was Very disappointing.

I ordered my sandwich online for pickup, I removed two items off the sandwich and added some things as well. They didn’t make the sandwich accordingly so I went back in. When they saw that they didn’t make it correctly, instead of remaking the sandwich so that it was correct they added the additional items onto it. Leaving what I didn’t want on there. Crumpled up my receipt and threw it away, then smacked a sticker on the wrapper to reseal it as if hoping I wouldn’t notice.

Today after waiting for almost 10min to order, in an almost empty store. I asked the new employee, who barely speaks English, where’s the guy with the mustache? In broken English, he tells me he was fired for not passing a test about Jimmy Johns practices. Must be speaking English isn’t part of Jimmy John’s test. Bring back mustache guy!!
