I have travelled many times all over Italy and this is most certainly my favorite restaurant of all times. The food is variated and extremely vell prepared and the staff is very friendly and serviceminded. Totally sublime!

Fantastic restaurant with delicious local food in a beautiful countryside style with a large terrace under the trees and a cozy inner decoration. They only work with fresh ingredients illustrated by the menu which is solely available written in chalk on blackboard. You can hardly find a more authentic local restaurant in Italy.

We were with 10 friends. What a fabulous lunch - dishes to share. Grilled polenta topped with Gorgonzola, grilled polenta topped with spinach and chilli, fava bean purée with vegetables. Then, risotto with leeks and crescenza, and bigoli with duck sauce. Finally, a tris of desserts: apple cake, chocolate salame with zabaglione, and cheesecake with berries. Ahh!😋

We’ve been touring Northern Italy for about 2 weeks and this meal is vying for top spot—wow! Staff were all warm, helpful, happy, confident and collaborative. As someone who’s worked in the industry for many years, that says a lot! The food was delicious and the wine pairing suggested spot on. Home run! Eat here, enjoy the ambiance, and finish with a perfect shot of espresso. So good.

Last time I came here my experience wasn't so good: the main courses were good but nothing special. After two years, I have to say my opinion changed a bit, in a better way, of course. There many traditional dishes which you can taste, together with a good red or white wine. Prices are on average, quantity is ok, some dishes are very plentiful, other are more tight, but the overall quantity is good enough for the price. Very tasty desserts!
