Simple restaurant with an outdoor patio with seating and a lawn with additional tables! A good crowd of people dining at a fixed price (for lunch). And I was there for lunch! I decided to try some Ligurian specialties with my companions. Worthy of special mention are the anchovies with lemon, the pickled bugo (a type of fish), and the stuffed vegetables—a trio of dishes worthy of applause. The Ligurian panissa was not bad, and the eggplant parmigiana, according to my niece, who ate them without leaving me a single atom (sigh!), was exceptional, so I had to take it on faith. In short, the cuisine is simple but solid. The price per person is fair, in line with the amount consumed. I personally tried the dishes I didn't personally try: warm seafood salad, eggplant parmigiana, spaghetti with clams, and seafood risotto. WARNING ⚠️ The portions are really generous, so if you decide to try multiple dishes, it's best to share. I hope to return, highly recommended.

Osteria tipica, prezzi buoni, piatti classici, il fritto leggero e non unto. Per una serata in serena compagnia.

Osteria molto buona a pochi minuti dopo l'uscita Sestri Levante dell"autostrada A12. Piatti serviti in generosa abbondanza (viste le proporzioni, vengono distribuiti piatti vuoti agli altri commensali per l'eventuale assaggio). Portate della tradizione ligure (si consiglia il pesce) con materie prime fresche e di qualita, prezzi nella media. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ambiente familiare ed informale.

A simple, no-frills, old-fashioned osteria. Home-style cooking, but with excellent dishes like fried food. Be warned, the portions are very generous! In short, a place with no pretensions but great substance and heart. Recommended!

Risotto, mixed fried fish, marinated anchovy appetizer. Everything was quite good, but to be picky, the risotto sauce was rather cold compared to the rice, which was quite hot. I had to wait a long time for dessert, but it was quite crowded, and from what I saw, there were only two people in the dining room. Appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, 1/2 bottle of house white wine, and coffee: €40. P.S. The "courtesy" focaccia instead of bread was exceptional! I would have eaten just that!

A local recommended I eat at Osteria da Sergio, but when I arrived, I wasn't very impressed. However, when the dishes we ordered arrived, my mouth watered. Everything was delicious and plentiful! 🤟😍😋

Un posto molto informale.. Il cibo era buono (sopratutto la pasta, l'antipasto non mi ha entusiasmato), abbiamo speso 50 euro per un insalata di mare, due spaghetti allo scoglio e un dolce. Buono ma non eccezionale

Serata di San Silvestro, abbiamo cenato alla carta prendendo solo una parte dei piatti previsti nel menù e pagando quasi la stessa cifra del menù completo. Cibo mediocre. ....per il cappon magro c'è ancora molto da migliorare.....il servizio lascia a desiderare....serata da non ripetere...

Con prenotazione: più di mezz'ora per farci sedere, non ci chiedono da bere per un'ora, l'antipasto arriva dopo un'ora e mezza dal nostro arrivo. Vino caldo, pane vecchio, il fritto misto ordinato per 2 persone era una porzione scarsa. Quando è arrivato il piatto alla domanda: "ma sono due porzioni?" Risposta: "si" e poi alla cassa quando chiedo spiegazioni mi dicono: "non erano due porzioni ma una, perché era finito" ma comunque sul conto ne avevano segnate due. Dopo una breve discussione veniva comunque scontato. Peccato perché la cucina è buona.

Unexpectedly disappointed, it was praised as an osteria and given the amount of people we thought it was all excellent. And yet… We booked and even arriving a few minutes late there was no table ready and they put us on the grass (I'm allergic) and not under the nice patio with the lights (very nice!). We waited a bit to order but given the amount of people it could have been worse, but when we ordered (around 8:50 pm) there was almost nothing left of what we wanted to order on the menu. All in all the dishes arrived quickly, unfortunately a disappointment the spaghetti allo scoglio which was not worth €15 the pasta a little sweet and the fish poor and the mussels were small and tasted of nothing and were dry with not even a little sauce. The anchovies with lemon were very good, while the seafood salad was neither excellent nor bad. The service leaves a bit to be desired, the plates arrived before the cutlery and when it was time to pay we waited 15 minutes at the cash register alone, there was no one there (probably if there had been other people they would have left without paying as there was no one there at the cash register, it would be better if someone stayed to be safe). We expected much better from the reviews unfortunately. A home cooking but it didn't seem to live up to the photos in the other reviews.
