A pastry shop that ranks at the pinnacle of excellence! The products are top-notch, so the price is absolutely right. Both the small pastries and the cakes are worthy of applause. We recently also tried the chocolates and dry pastries (we were speechless). Unfortunately, there is a bit of a line on weekends, but that's normal with all the customer traffic. Professional and well-managed service. Well done.

Mangiando un solo panettone l'anno posso permettermi di scegliere tra quelli di solito più rinomati, di pasticceri di nicchia o che vincono il premio come panettone dell'anno ma quest'anno ho deciso …

Sono stata a fare colazione/merenda (in quanto era già mezzogiorno inoltrato) con 2 amici. Location stupenda con una bellissima atmosfera che ti fa sentire a casa! Bancone di croissant e mignon ben rifornito e ben curato nei minimi dettagli. Oltre a Dolci e torte sono presenti altri prodotti da poter acquistare. Noi abbiamo preso 3 cappuccini (buonissimi), un cornetto vuoto, un papillon crema pasticcera e lamponi e una sorta di cornetto di forma circolare con mele e cannella e 6 mignon! Che dire: tutto eccellente! Seppur io non ami i dolci posso confermare che meritano veramente tanto; i miei amici che al contrario ne vanno pazzi hanno confermato la mia teoria. L’unica “pecca” se così si può chiamare è che non ci è stato detto all’inizio della colazione che di lì a 15 minuti avrebbero chiuso, ecco avremmo preferito saperlo magari all’inizio, magari abbiamo anche sbagliato noi a dar per scontato che facessero orario continuato. Ad ogni modo, super consigliato!!

Breakfast in a magical place, surrounded by croissants, fresh pastries, and expertly crafted cakes; the miniature assortment looks like a painting. The croissant dough is excellent, delicate and light, and the cream fillings are just the right amount, revealing the quality of our local products. The hazelnut brioche is a MUST-TRY; it's worth the trip and the miles. The fresh pastries are also delicious, with an elegant and delicate flavor. Such a variety of products, you won't know what to choose. It's a shame the savory selection isn't available during the week. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the service and the staff. The girls are nice, but not prepared for the quality and level of the pastries. It's a standard cafe; something a little more special would be enough to further enhance the traditional Italian breakfast! We'll return only to try more croissants and the savory selection, but not for the rest.

I went there yesterday afternoon for a snack. The place is beautiful, elegant, and welcoming; it was truly a pleasure to spend time there. The lady who served us was kind and attentive. I tried their blueberry juice, delicious! I sampled three miniature pastries, all exquisite. The bonet... simply out of this world! Finally, I had a bacio di dama, which unfortunately didn't convince me; the biscuit seemed a bit stale. It's a shame, because otherwise the quality is truly excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Traveling almost 60 km for breakfast at Fabrizio Galla: was it worth it? Absolutely! Amazing pastries served in a beautiful setting that tastefully blends old and new. The only downside: the coffee and cappuccino aren't up to par with the quality of the pastry shop. Please, start serving specialty coffees. It makes no sense to use the highest quality ingredients and then fall for the coffee; it's a real shame!

Dopo aver trovato questa pasticceria su Google ci siamo fermati per la colazione. Lo spettacolo che ci si trova davanti dopo l'apertura della porta d'ingresso è qualcosa di strabiliante. Pasticceria davvero di alto livello con prodotti di massima qualità. Noi abbiamo assaggiato una veneziana al pistacchio il cui impasto era veramente una nuvola! Complimenti, torneremo sicuramente. --------- Dopo la seconda visita in questa pasticceria sono costretto a rivedere la mia recensione. Per i dolci nulla da dire se non che sono eccezionali, massima qualità e freschezz. Il servizio però non funziona proprio, il personale non è preparato ed è inaccettabile fare mezz'ora di coda per lo scontrino...

La pasticceria è ottima, le brioche buonissime e la torta jessica sempre impeccabile. Purtroppo però il servizio è la caffetteria lascia molto a desiderare se paragonato al costo e a quello che viene servito. Il servizio al tavolo è praticamente inesistente: o ordini alla cassa o attendi che venga qualcuno al tavolo a prendere la comanda. Quando è ora di servire portano tutto in un vassoio e te lo lasciano al tavolo e sei tu che devi poi fare tutto da solo creando di non rovesciare nulla, con le tazze appoggiate in bilico. Fra le altre cose abbiamo ordinato un caffè americano, ci viene fatto lo scontrino che riporta proprio la voce “caffè americano”, ma ci viene servito un caffè normale. Facciamo notare la cosa (al bancone perché dal tavolo nessuno ci considerava) e allora ci portano un caffè normale in tazza grande. Facciamo di nuovo notare l’errore e chiediamo quindi di avere quantomeno l’acqua calda a parte. Ci viene detto che l’avrebbero portata. Aspettiamo un po’, ma nulla, nel frattempo gli altri commensali avevano già finito la loro colazione. Ci alziamo dicendo di essere ancora in attesa dell’acqua. Ci viene finalmente data l’acqua in una lattiera di vetro che risulta però essere quasi tiepida. Esasperati quindi non ci è rimasto che allungare il caffè con l’acqua non calda. Peccato, con un servizio del genere (e di conseguenza costo eccessivo per quello che viene offerto) si rischia di penalizzare molto il lato pasticceria che invece è più che degna della nomea e dei riconoscimenti ricevuti.

Pur trattandosi di una pasticceria di alto livello non posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatta. Abbiamo fatto colazione e comprato pasticcini: la croissanterie è buona ma non indimenticabile, mentre i pasticcini sono belli e buoni. Decisamente da rivedere il servizio, disorganizzato e molto approssimativo.

Pasticcini nella media. Prezzi alti. Brioches sanno solo di burro. No comment per la dipendente che ci ha servito con scritto in faccia : "non ho voglia di lavorare ". Sorriso zero e manco ti guarda negli occhi. Per carità .....

Total disappointment with the Sunday morning wait, rushed staff, and some very rude "female" employees. The cake was served with pastries, and I don't know what people find so special about it. We were passing through on our way to visit relatives, and that's fine, but not so good. I'll be back.

First of all, the pastries are of very high quality, no complaints there. The pastry chef is a true master of his craft (I particularly recommend his panettone in winter, a must-try). Now, the service... what can I say? The staff give you dirty looks, check their watches as if to say you're bothering them, and grumble under their breath—nothing welcoming (far below the Italian standard). And then I have to mention my experience with the pasticcini: the woman who served them to me (without gloves, but with tongs, admittedly) dropped one, caught it with her forearms, and put it back with the others as if nothing had happened… What a lack of hygiene! I won't be ordering them again. What a shame for a pastry shop of such high quality…

Very nice place, excellent desserts, beautifully presented and very unique. The only thing that ruins it is the two elderly ladies who serve poorly, slowly, treat the staff badly, display inappropriate behavior in front of customers, and are incapable of managing the cash register. This completely undermines the work done in the shop. The only excuse I can think of is that they are the owners and therefore do what they want at home. But I would consider whether it wouldn't be a good idea to let them rest and enjoy their retirement.

We decided to try breakfast at this place since it had been recommended and highly praised by friends. I have to say I was quite disappointed in several ways, which I'll list: 1. We stood in line for a good 10 minutes waiting for other customers to order pastries/cakes and panettone, which made me wonder why they didn't have two cash registers where one was in charge of the coffee maker and the other of the pastries and any other orders? Furthermore, the staff seemed quite inattentive. 2. We ordered three chocolates: one Bronte pistachio, but I couldn't taste the pistachio; one coconut, but we couldn't taste the coconut; and one zabaglione, which was the only one that tasted like it should. Two cappuccinos, which were honestly very good, and two Veneziana ones, very soft, but the cream wasn't very flavorful. Honestly, we wanted to try ordering a cake, but we changed our minds. From 0 to 10, I'd give it a 4, and I don't think we'll be back.

An embarrassing experience for a place that thrives on its name and reputation. For a simple breakfast, we were dragged into total chaos: constantly changing directions, repeated requests for how many people there were, first seated, then made to stand up without any sense of order. No clarity even regarding payment: first yes, then no, then yes again. The staff seems disorganized and unprepared, incapable of managing the flow of customers. A renowned place should offer professionalism and respect for its customers, not anxiety and confusion. Here, unfortunately, the name doesn't even match the service.

The service kills everything. We sat down at 9:20, the order was taken at 10:02, and the order arrived at 10:14. It consisted of two croissants in the display case and two coffees. The wait staff were very kind, even trying to guide the person taking the orders. Despite this, when she arrived at the table, the lady, instead of apologizing, snorted, saying, "Oh, the wait staff never warn me, they never told me about you." In fact, the other wait staff not only warned her several times, but also tried to guide her.

The quality of the products is absolutely average compared to other local bakeries in the Turin area. One day, like many other times, I stopped in for a croissant and coffee. When I went to pay, the shop's Satispay service was out of service, so I couldn't pay. The staff took the coffee and croissant back. I think that's enough.
