Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e professionale, mettendomi subito a mio agio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sorprendente: con una spesa contenuta ho potuto gustare una cena completa e più che soddisfacente. Si percepisce la passione e l’attenzione ai dettagli in ogni aspetto.

Abbiamo trascorso weekend ad Albenga, pranzato con menù di pesce di buona qualità, porzioni curate ed abbondanti. Avevamo prenotato anche una stanza matrimoniale, spaziosa, luminosa e molto pulita, letti particolarmente comodi. Proprietario e personale gentili e disponibili, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, sicuramente da consigliare.

Martedì sera abbiamo cenato in 6, quattro adulti e due bambine. Che dire, una gentilezza e una cura nell'accoglienza in un locale molto raffinato. Premurosi e solerti nel portarci il piatto di benvenuto e prendere le ordinazioni. Le pizze enormi e farcitissime, i primi da ristorante di qualità. Il prezzo sotto la media, in piena stagione. Molto soddisfatti, lo consiglio sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte all’Hotel Ricaroka ad Albenga, ma ci è bastata per capire la qualità e la cura con cui viene gestita questa struttura. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile: anche se siamo rimasti poco, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a nostro agio. La camera era moderna, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo dormito benissimo e al mattino ci siamo goduti una colazione varia e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. Ottima anche la pizza mangiata per cena, peraltro anche molto abbondante. La struttura si trova in posizione tranquilla e comoda, vicino sia al centro storico che al mare. Vivamente consigliato a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante ad Albenga. Un grazie in particolare al Sig. Antonio.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'hotel di Antonio per una notte e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata veramente eccezionale! L'accoglienza è stata calda e premurosa fin dal primo momento e Antonio si è dimostrato molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Addirittura per un imprevisto non siamo riusciti ad accedere al posto riservato e Antonio ci ha messo a disposizione un garage chiuso. La pulizia dell'hotel è impeccabile. Il cibo è stato ottimo sia a pranzo che a colazione (c’è anche la pizza☺️). Ma ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la doccia: stupenda! Per me e mio marito sono stato un vero lusso dopo una lunga giornata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ad Albenga in famiglia, approfittando della vicinanza per andare il giorno dopo alle Caravelle. Che dire… l’accoglienza è stata davvero impeccabile! I proprietari e tutto il personale sono di una gentilezza rara, sempre disponibili e sorridenti. Le camere? Nuove, moderne, rifatte di recente e pulitissime. C’è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare privatamente, il che è sempre comodo. Ma la vera sorpresa — o meglio, la vera meraviglia — è stata la cena a base di pesce… semplicemente da cadere per terra da quanto era buona! Freschissima, cucinata con cura… non esagero se dico che questo hotel è diventato ufficialmente “mio” per tutta la vita! Consigliatissimo, soprattutto a chi cerca un posto semplice, curato e dove ci si sente accolti come in famiglia.

If I could give 100 stars I would. We have stayed at Ricaroka several times over the last year. Our family from Norway has come to celebrate big anniversaries here and we all agree. The warmest and friendliest hospitality we have ever had. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the amenities great. The staff is very friendly and effective. The breakfasts! I cannot say enough good things about them, abundant in every way. You can have classic Italian with brioches etc, but also amazing for the northerners, they bring whatever you want with fresh and great ingredients. The restaurant is lovely, the food amazing, and we have eaten here several times. So accommodating and again fresh ingredients and wonderful presentation This place will make you fall in love with Italy. The owners Rosy and Antonio are both the perfect hosts.

This little hotel & Restaurant in Albenga is what you call a family hotel and a jem. And for many reasons: not only the Rooms are spacious, new, clean and very well equipped - also because the owners. Today when many villas, apartments or even small hotels have a person-free check-in and check-out this one was a breeze. The owner called me 3 weeks before arrival, to make sure the rooms booked for our needs. He was responding in minutes when we notified him we are about late to the hotel check-in and restaurant, - assuring they are waiting for us. And when we arrived the owner was waiting for us, taking our car to a parking spot, showing us the rooms and the facility, and preparing us a large table in his - excellent BTW - restaurant, where his son preparing the pizza. Everything was pleasing: the food was great, the staff working in the restaurant, he personal attention and the rooms. I also recommend Albenga. The city old town was a surprise with its renovated maze of streets, lovely shops and medieval towers. Definitely worth a visit.

Our night at Ricaroka Hotel in Albenga was truly exceptional. From the moment Antonio welcomed us and treat us some local beer, to the clean and comfortable rooms, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The central location allowed us to explore the town effortlessly, and the availability of parking was a plus. Antonio's personal touch with the unexpected but delightful breakfast spread (despite we didn't have a room with breakfast), showcased his commitment to making our stay special. The ground floor restaurant added to the overall experience, offering delicious Italian cuisine. We highly recommend Ricaroka Hotel for anyone looking for a genuine and memorable experience in Albenga. We are eager to return and hope to find Antonio there, continuing to make guests feel at home.

We arrived in the afternoon and were hungry so we god a white vine and pizza bread with toppings before opening hours. Recommended to stay and eat/drink

What a great hotel (and restaurant) this is!! Antonio and his team are extremely customer focused and super friendly. They do everything possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Good location for the old town and their parking garage option was superb (very close, secure and reasonably priced). We ate in the hotel restaurant on each night and the food was good and reasonably priced. Please note- Each night the restaurant was packed with locals indicating what a diamond this place is. Our room was very clean, well appointed and very quiet so very relaxing. Wishing Antonio (and his team) continued success for the future!

Loved this place. One of the best pizza in the city. Pizza Mare e Monti was delicious. Didnt liked their own recipe pizza with the eggplant. Had too much ingredients. Salads were great. Service good. Would be nice to come back here and try the rest of the pizzas.

Wonderful experience! Antonio is an amazing host and took care of us from beginning to the end. It’s perhaps the most personalized and welcoming hotel experience I have ever had. Beautiful, clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Breakfast made to your request, no buffet here. We had lovely caffè, croissants, and I can really recommend scrambled eggs with a side of focaccia. We only stayed one night but will come back for both the restaurant and the hotel. Absolutely recommend!!

We recently stayed a night in the hotel and LOVED it. The welcome was very warm, the parking was very welcome and the breakfast was spot on. The room was large and bright. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was a step above. We found the staff all so lovely and friendly. Highly recommended.

New location across from the old restaurant. Sadly, it's super bright inside and I don't like the modern decoration at all but the pizza is excellent. We were asked for the Green Pass and the staff is VERY friendly. Marco, our waiter spoke excellent with my friends and was very professional. Little bites of fried bread while waiting for the pizza and...the enormous delicious pizza bigger than the plate brightens your plate. Really good and cheap for the quality and size of the pizza. I saw other plates with seafood and calamari that looked really appetizing!

Very nice food and evening, we had seafood with thick pasta and battered seafood to share wich was amazing. Marco was very friendly and has a good sense of humour, he knew the products on the menu very well and had good advise on what products we might like. Thanks to the whole team for a a nice experience, hopefully we will come back again before we go home. Keep up the good effort 💪

My wife and I stopped for lunch after a long drive and immediately saw the reason why there are no negative reviews about this place. The staff was very welcoming and Marco, our waiter was particularly friendly. I usually put more weight on the food and ambiance than the service but they were so warm I feel like I should mention it. The food however was beyond excellent. My pasta Norma was fantastic but I instantly regretted not ordering what my wife had which was the stuffed calamari followed by one of the best seafood pastas I have ever tried. It’s a short drive off the autostrada but no matter where you are coming from it’s worth the trip.

Abbiamo dormito 2 notti in questa struttura. Stanza tripla molto spaziosa, letto comodissimo con ottimo materasso. Doccia spettacolare con domotica. Colazione dolce e salata ottima. Abbiamo anche mangiato un' ottima pizza. Ma il punto di forza è la gentilezza di Antonio e sua moglie. Da ritornare assolutamente

Il cuoco si mette le dita nel naso mentre è a banco, per non parlare delle scarpe sporche da mesi. Alcuni angoli del locale sono impolverati (ad esempio dal banco che sorregge la statua dello cheff). Per terra è pulito solo in alcuni posti. Tengono i prodotti della pulizia a banco attaccati ai cibi, o dove si prepara il caffe, un ottimo luogo per evitare le contaminazioni. Due camerieri sono svegli gli altri no. C'è sempre casino. Un luogo caotico che ha uno stile nuovo mischiato alla vecchia trattoria. È un po caro, piatti abbondanti. Il signore che suppongo sia il titolare grida sempre.
