It was such a wonderful evening – the restaurant has an incredibly charming atmosphere, with every detail, from the décor to the food, perfectly aligned to create a true “experience.” Even when the restaurant is completely full (which it absolutely deserves, because it’s just that good), you still get excellent food and attentive service. The food and wine were fantastic, and combined with this ambiance – simply amazing. For dessert, we even got a special option, since we eat sugar-free. If you’re looking for a relaxed evening with real, fresh, and authentic food, this is the place to be.

We enjoyed our dinner so much! The tuna with pistachio was to die for, and my daughter enjoyed every bite of her trofie. We loved the different options of tiramisu (I took the one with strawberries) and the panna cotta was also very good. Mattia is a great host and he managed to get a table for every guest even though it started raining. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly service and the owner dealt with us directly and was very kind. We had two of the best pasta dishes out of our 10 days in Italy and frankly ever. Seafood ravioli and pesto pasta were amazing.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this Italian restaurant. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The tuna tartare was exceptional—very juicy and tender, practically melting in your mouth. It was a lovely evening, and we highly recommend visiting this place!

If you’re near or in Finale Ligure you can’t miss this place! The decor is very atmospheric, inviting and filled with interesting antiques. The food is absolutely delicious and the owner knows so much about the history of the town! I had their Tagliolini Al Nero, Grigliata Di Pesce and Crème Catalana for dessert. Everything is so tasty!!

Torre dei Diamanti Experience Restaurant is a true gem! ✨ Tartare Tunna was incredibly fresh, and the Trofie Pasta with Pesto Sauce was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. What I loved most is their option to create a fresh vegetable plate on the spot, tailored to each guest’s preferences. 🥗 Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic service – highly recommend! 🍴🌿

Not what we expected for reviews and price. Raw fish/insalate was ok but didn’t seem very fresh- ravioli not handmade but grilled fish was decent. Served very old tasting potatos, which were kindly (but rightfully) taken off our check. Overall, didn’t see a ton of care put into the food considering the price and oversell of the atmosphere
