It’s a fast food chain of some traditional Italian food. It’s quite good and it’s open after 15:00 which was very useful once I arrived here around 14:30 and I needed to lunch… The service was also great. 2 drinks and 2 piadine for 15€

The piadinas are acceptable, but the wait is less. Honestly, they should hire more staff, especially because the cashier shouldn't be standing behind them touching the food. Very important. I hope this review helps improve, both for those who work there and especially for us, the shoppers. Thank you.

Decent food but they are just making up the prizes...I ordered the L'Emilia which according to the screen costs 6,50€. I was charged 9,70€ - I asked for explanation and apparently there is a surcharge for the wrap? Seems a bit weird. Staff doesnt speak english

We ordered one with beef, cheese, and salad. I think it's normal, but it was completely flat. The beef was actually slices of dried beef. And there was hardly any cheese. For dessert, we ordered something with Nutella (I don't know what it's called). The Nutella thing was delicious!!!! Plus, it was still warm.

THEY DON'T PROVIDE WI-FI. It's all very bad. We stopped in for a bite to eat at night before catching a train to Pisa. First and foremost, and the worst part is that they don't provide WI-FI. There are no tables inside; the ones outside are usually dirty and don't even have heating in the winter. The staff's service is terrible, coupled with the fact that they don't speak a word of English. In the end, our order took almost 20 minutes, and the food was mediocre. The prices are quite high for the place, and the different piadinas all seem the same (the only redeeming feature is that the quality of the ingredients isn't bad).

We were 4 people and we ordered 4xpiadina and 2xpollorollo. 4 of the products were the same, 2 were different, so not a very difficult order to make and we were the only customers at that moment. We spent 40€ on this order and we’ve been given random things. The pollorollo was meant to have chicken breast, it had some ham instead and a bit of cheese, none of the other ingredients. She actually recomended us to have this one because the chicken is very good and guess what, it didn’t had any chicken at all. All of the others had only ham, cheese and rucola and none of them had the other ingredients they were meant to have. I have pictures that can prove this. She looked like she was drunk if i’m being honest. I can’t believe e chain as big as this one has people like this to work for them. If i could, i would give less than 1 star and ask for my money back.
