Il MC Donald non è l'emblema del cibo salutare e poi vicino a piazza Dante si trovano hamburgerie molto più buone, ma se hai fretta è la via più veloce.

Servizio molto veloce (diversamente dalla Fiumara dove dormono in piedi) anche se le Patatine alcune volte vengono cotte un po' troppo...

Do 4 stelle perché in questo MC più di una volta non puoi utilizzare le offerte in app pagabile in app

Great as always. Vast food choice and fast service even in these covid times. Tables are clean as they should and staff is friendly. Just a bit expensive as all mc donald's are.

Crowded line most of the time. Basement is quite okay. Most of the people are buying burgers to rest in the basement dining area cos you can't find too much resting area in Genova especially under the summer sun. Nothing to say about food. Mac is Mac.

É un Mc di città, quindi spazi ristretti, anche se c'è una sala sotto, mancano i touch screen per le ordinazioni, il cibo buono, ma il bagno unisex puzzava parecchio

We can’t find any good Italian food at 9am so me and my gf decided to go to McDonalds. We took double burger bbq, double chicken bbq, hamburger, chikenburger, 2x large fries and 2x large drinks. Food was just ok. Burgers little bit dry, fries little bit too cold. Employees can’t speak in English so we need to improvise with gesture. Toilets are crazy small and could be clean more often. Place for wash hands without paper towels. Can’t say anything about cleanliness inside restaurant because we took food to go. I know they can do better so next time please take attention to those issues.

We went during dinner rush. It was crowded and a little chaotic. Ordering was fine as was seating. The food was as expected in both taste and pricing. Problems arose when the automatic trash receptacle stopped taking trash because it was full and the worker who was tasked to empty it was busy gossiping. The restrooms were almost unfit for human use, granted this was a fast food restaurant in a downtown location so I was expecting the best hygienic conditions but wow.

Ok folks - hard to judge a "golden M" cause everyone knows. But I do give three stars because of the good organization and the fast service. Have seen that worse at other places. It's clean as usual and it's central. So after a week of pasta it's something fast, good and known on a sightseeing trip.

There are no electronic terminals with menu. Is it mesozoic restaurant? And also absolutely no hot drinks at all, no any coffee, no hot chocolate.

The big hall downstairs was closed for no particular reason. The service was slow and the macnuggets i ordered came with one short. Always count your manuggets!

Ho avuto l impressione che gli ingredienti dell hamburger, in particolare pane e carne, fossero vecchi... Pane aperto il giorno prima, carne stracotta perchè di bassa qualitá... Nel milkshake galleggiava una strana sostanza gialla, probabilmente residuo della macchina di qualche gelato precedente... Ah infine una nota sul servizio: per una bibita e un milkshake dalle due cannucce!!! Sono di carta, non inquinano e non fai la figura del tirchio!!

Ieri pomeriggio (17/02) sono venuta con mio marito. Abbiamo ritirato il nostro ordine e ci siamo seduti al grande tavolo che si trova al centro del ristorante. Io ero seduta mentre un dipendente stava pulendo la zona e, durante questa operazione, il suo gomito mi ha colpito forte sulla pancia. La cosa più sorprendente è che in nessun momento mi ha chiesto se mi avesse fatto male né si è scusato. Al contrario, ha continuato a lavorare come se non fosse successo nulla, quasi come se fossi io ad aver sbagliato a trovarmi lì. Subito dopo, alcune persone stavano uscendo e inevitabilmente dovevano passare proprio nella zona che lui stava pulendo. Il dipendente guardava le persone in modo intimidatorio, restando fermo con la scopa in mano, facendo sentire gli altri a disagio solo per il fatto di essere lì. Io non ho detto nulla e non ho reagito, però ritengo che sia importante segnalare questo comportamento, perché spetta a voi valutare attentamente che tipo di persone scegliete di mettere a contatto con il pubblico.

Pessimo, ambiente piccolo . Non ci sono i totem per ordinare e ingresso stretto, monopolizzato da una marea di Raider. Non mi funzionava l'app x le offerte e una commessa scorbutica mi dice che devo registrarmi, cosa assurda in quanto la uso tutte le settimane, e poi mi lascia li e nn mi aiuta per nulla. Per fortuna rivolgendomi ad una responsabile la cosa si risolve. Ho fatto take away ed appena il tempo di uscire dopo pochi metri mi accorgo che avevano chiuso male la bibita che mi si è rovesciata quasi completamente nel sacchetto. Sicuramente l'avranno fatto apposta dopo la mia lamentela quando nessuno mi aiutava per la app. Mai più e se riuscite state tutti alla larga il più possibile. Una stella perché zero non si può dare !!!

SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Ordine tramite Just Eat. Consegna effettuata con oltre mezz'ora di ritardo, con ordine incompleto (mancavano due pezzi) Alcuni pezzi dell'Hapoy Meal erano sparsi nel sacchetto. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Sono entrata per prendere un Happy meal a mio figlio per merenda. Il locale non era troppo affollato. Mi sono seduta con il bimbo ad un tavolo non troppo pulito e con diverse cose a terra attorno ma era l'unico libero... Passando il signore che puliva visibilmente contrariato raccoglie diversa spazzatura da terra e la mette sul nostro tavolo in malo modo. Gli faccio notare che non era nostra ma ci farfuglia qualcosa in malo modo non in italiano e se ne va lasciandoci li la spazzatura, accanto al mio bimbo che mangiava... Una cafonaggine senza precendenti, se non avete voglia di lavorare state a casa!

Sotto l'ossessiva pressione di mio figlio, catturato dall'accattivante grafica pubblicitaria dei prodotti dedicati ai bambini, protagonista dell'iniziativa cattivissimo me 4, sono stato costretto ad entrare in questo orrendo locale. Luogo poco pulito e poco areato, la puzza è abominevole, troppo persino per un fastfood. Ci accingiamo alla cassa assicurandoci che la sorpresa fosse effettivamente quella della pubblicità e ci vine fornita una risposta affermativa. Arrivati al tavolo mi accorgo che al posto dei gadget del film pubblicizzato, ci era stato rifilato un orrendo pinguino in plastica. Ho esposto una lamentela alle casse e mi è stato detto che le sorpresine dei minions erano terminate. Posti così dovrebbero chiudere e certa gente non merita la fortuna di possedere un lavoro, il quale seppur umile dovrebbe essere svolto con la professionalità che qui manca.

Il peggior McDonald’s di sempre personale di una lentezza esasperante con quattro persone di sabato sera alle 9:45 avvisano che fanno solo da asporto piccolo poco attrezzato e non tanto pulito. Mai visto un McDonald’s con standard così bassi

This place stank of diarrhoea when I went in, the setup is like walking into a 90s McDonald’s with all the paper signs instead of the regular printed ones, the quality is not the same as the standard McDonald’s restaurant it was gross, go to any other location for a decent service

The food was okay, however, the staff were so rude and dismissive of customers. There are no ordering Machines, so we hd to directly order to the staff and it was the worst. In addition, the man in charge of cleaning the tables was so rude, he started being aggressive after we walked near a wet floor sign by the entrance door. Overall a really bad experience and easily the worst mcdonalds in Italy.

Really and really bad. I’m visit him 5 times, and all time there was something wrong. When we’re entered with my wife, then administrator kicked out my wife, cause she was without mask. But for eating food mask need not. And administrator said what will not serve us. Next time we came at 21:15(mc closed at 21:30), and I asked to do my special order, but worker which name is Nives! refused doing so and said: our kitchen is closed, you can take cooked burgers. What? For what you working to 21:30, if your kitchen is closed? Disgusting service. It’s a few incidents out of 5. Reader, i advice you to walk to McDonalds up the street. Service is so better there.

Not a lot of choices of sandwiches. Fries with cheddar are gave it cold ... Sundae (ice cream) not good temperature. Never come back there .
