I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch, hosted by my boss. It's a family-run establishment, frequented by workers on their lunch break. I had penne all'arrabbiata, a good dish, moderately spicy, and very tasty. Despite the reasonable prices, the dishes are well-prepared and plentiful. It's definitely not a fancy restaurant, but it's a good option for a meal with friends. Definitely worth a try!

I only attended the themed evening. The theme was artichokes. I ate fantastically! It's hard to say what was best among the many things we ate! The lasagna, roast beef, and dessert were definitely memorable. Tonight was a "Genoese evening"... I'll tell you later.

The husband and wife that own the place are wonderful. They had a fixed menu of Gnocchi and Fish for the day and it was delicious. We were treated graciously and had a great and authentic taste of the region. Highly recommended! Grazie!!!!

Excellent food. The stockfish, especially the boiled one, is excellent. The pesto version is also good. Other dishes, like the pasta with pesto and the cod pizzaiola, are also good. A very popular and casual place.

So far, we've been to the themed evenings: mushrooms, stockfish/cod, and artichokes. We're looking forward to the anchovy evening... and then we'll have to try the lunch menu on a Saturday or a weekday. Everything is excellent and prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. The service is very friendly and fast... not to be missed!

We weren't familiar with this trattoria, but we chose it because it was close to the town hall where we'd just gotten married, and it was a pleasant surprise! The staff were incredibly friendly, the dishes simple but delicious (the pesto was simply excellent!), and the place was welcoming and clean. If you want to eat well and spend a fair amount, this is the place for you! We'll definitely be back! (There were ten of us, and everyone was very satisfied.)

Authentic food and such kindness, my favorite things. Even though we arrived close to closing time after a stroll, we were greeted with the utmost kindness and friendliness. The trenette with pesto and octopus alla diavola were excellent! We'll definitely be back, taking a little more time.

Pranzo di lavoro in questa tipica trattoria ligure situata in un paesino nella zona di Genova voltri. Personale gentile, servizio ottimo e veloce e piatti buoni fatti in casa. Ampia scelta di primi e secondi tutti fatti con la tipica cucina di una volta. Prezzi modici e porzioni abbondanti. Per un primo abbondante, un secondo, la frutta, il caffè e l'acqua il prezzo è stato di 12 euro! Consigliato

Trattoria Bar sita a Mele, veramente un posto dove poter mangiare bene.. qui trovate una vasta gamma di primi e di secondi piatti cucinati al momento. Il locale è abbastanza grande, ma tuttavia nei momenti di punta se non avete prenotato potreste dover aspettare... Il personale è molto gentile e veloce, e anche quando c'è molta gente, riescono comunque a servire in tempi brevi. Ultima cosa, il prezzo in base all'offerta è sicuramente basso. I dolci, sono fatti in casa. 4 stelle meritatissime!

The lunch food is good, which is why I've been going there for years. The staff is friendly and quick with the food, especially since most people have to get back to work. The pesto is delicious. The only downside is parking...hard to find for people like me who drive a van.

On our way from Castiglione della Pescaia to Turin, we decided to stop halfway for lunch. We looked for a restaurant that also offered a tourist menu, and Da U Gigiun (Mele) was the perfect choice. The menu costs €13 for a first course, second course, and a choice of three sides. Drinks included. Dessert and coffee are not included. Excellent value. The staff, all female, were extremely welcoming and friendly. A simple but very comfortable restaurant. We had a wonderful time. I invite you to try it.

We happened upon this place in the area. A pleasant surprise. Everything was delicious. The stockfish in white wine with potatoes was excellent. It felt like family. I recommend it.

Nice place, albeit a bit dated. The food is delicious, like eating at grandma's house. The service is quick and lively, despite the crowds. The staff is helpful, and the bill is reasonable.
