A true osteria with good food. The place is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and well-heated. The setting is very pleasant: the meadows, the spa, and the sanctuary. The food is good, with a selection of Ligurian dishes and more (e.g., canederli). Interesting craft beers are available; the wine list is more than adequate, with good overall quality. Adequate service. Excellent price. An excellent choice for spring/summer, but also good for a fall out. Go there with confidence.

The cuisine is classic Ligurian, with a capital "L" due to the simple yet unforgettable dishes offered. Extensive wine list. A place to always return to.

Buon pranzo domenicale all’aperto! In ogni caso il locale interno è molto ampio e ricettivo. Ottima pulizia del bagno , che è un biglietto da visita importante Tavoli esterni ampi , ben disposti e distanziati . Abbiamo fatto onore ad un ottimo antipasto , che rispetta la tradizione con torte verdi e cibo dal rassicurante aspetto casalingo. Caratterizzato dalla caramella prugna e pancetta al forno avvolta nella stagnola , che è anche un tocco ad effetto A seguire , buoni ravioli al sugo ( non ricci ma ragù’ gustoso e saporito) porzioni buone. A seguire alcuni dolci Da notare che l’acqua viene servita in bottiglie di vetro , cosa ormai abbastanza rara. Molti ristoranti si affidano all’acqua microfiltrata che ritengo non sia la stessa cosa Quindi nota di pregio Il conto finale è molto buono , come buono il rapporto qualità e prezzo Il servizio è rapido e cortese , rispetta i tempi dei commensali e molto cordiale Ritornerò senza problemi

A pleasant surprise, the staff were extremely kind. They offer traditional local dishes, with classic recipes or dishes elaborated with passion and flavor. Good-quality house wine in bulk and an excellent selection of liqueurs and digestifs. Rich and varied appetizers. I'll start by saying that the food is good...but if you arrive late, like 8:45/9:00 PM...they don't have any dishes left, and by 10:00 AM the kitchen is already closed...so you eat what they can...cold dishes! It's a shame, because in the summer the service should last a little longer.

After a relaxing afternoon at the spa, we decided to dine at Osteria Dell'Acquasanta. To start, we shared a truly delicious mixed antipasto platter: homemade savory pies, quality cured meats, a slice of rustic pizza, and a cheese focaccia. To follow, my partner chose gnocchi with red pesto, while I opted for sausage and broccoli. For a sweet finish, we shared a chocolate panna cotta. A much-appreciated gesture was the complimentary two glasses of wine from the host, a friendly and helpful gentleman. All the dishes were authentic and home-cooked, just as we expected. The quality-price ratio, as you can see from the attached photo, is excellent. Recommended for a casual and tasty dinner.

We had dinner on Friday. The menu on the website was different from the one offered at the restaurant. As a vegetarian, I could only have the gnocchi with pesto (which I must say was very good). I would have liked to try other dishes, but there was no choice for main courses, not even fish. The girl who served us was very friendly.

A lovely presence. Very friendly staff. Large place. I had the Mandilli with pesto. The pesto was decent, but the pasta was overcooked, so the pesto didn't absorb well. For the second course, I tried the stuffed calamari. It tasted good, but it was cold; I would have preferred it hotter. I also tried the stracotta, which was very good and flavorful, but still very cold. Probably only two people to serve a large room, which isn't enough, so the dishes got cold before they reached the table.
