Overall, we had a good time. My wife's pizza wasn't too soft to my taste; I like it thin and crispy. My burger, on the other hand, was very good. The mixed fried fish on the side was good, but perhaps a little on the cheap for the €10 price tag.

The waitress was kind and knowledgeable in recommending gluten-free options, although I was a little disappointed that I couldn't order a burger with fries because it contained traces of gluten. This has never been a problem in other places, even abroad. The wait times are incredibly long: even though they open at 7:00, shortly before 8:00 the staff was still vacuuming the red carpet outside. We were able to sit down at 8:10 (our reservation was for 8:00), and our order wasn't taken until at least half an hour later—I won't even mention what time we ate! My elderly, diabetic mother was also with us, and she has to eat half an hour after taking a pill, and she became worried because the pizza hadn't arrived. I've been coming here often for years to visit people from Monsanvito; the whole town knows about this place's problem, but after reading the other reviews, it seems there's no desire to improve. It's a shame, because the menu is rich and varied, and the food is truly good. Surprising customers can be more successful than the food you offer ;)!

Extremely long and unfriendly service, definitely in need of improvement. The dishes never come out at the same time. The pizza and desserts are good. . . . I don't question the freshness of the products, but the different cooking times don't justify the different dishes coming out; that's precisely what the kitchen's organization is about. It took over half an hour to order, and once the dishes arrived, no one was seen again. We had to look for the waitress to order desserts, we asked for coffee more than once, and we even waited to pay because there was no staff in the restaurant. Now, make your assessments, but perhaps there is something that could be improved.

We waited 25 minutes for the menu, as the only copies were being used at other tables, 40 minutes for the portion of fries to be delivered to our table, and 53 minutes for the four pizzas, from when we were able to order. It was a Saturday night, but I think it was an ordinary Saturday night for a place that has been making good pizza for years...and yet the waitress excused herself by saying, "They're busy over there." It's a shame about the service, because the pizza is still good.

I've only been to this place twice, and both times I had an unpleasant experience. The service was awful, to say the least. A table of 12 arrived around 8:30 PM, and we ordered pizzas. 9 pizzas arrived, the other 3 were missing; the waitresses didn't notice anything. The rest of the table was practically finished eating, and we had to call the waitress, who hadn't paid any attention to us, to tell her that we were still missing 3 pizzas. The missing pizzas arrived at 10:30 PM. The waitress honestly told us they hadn't made them at all, while the person I believe to be the owner tried to give us the excuse that the oven was small (a really bad impression, since we'd seen too many pizzas pass by after the first ones they'd brought us). Not to mention the fact that we asked for cake to be brought 2 or 3 times. The previous time, the same thing happened; half the table had finished eating, and the others still had to get their dishes. The atmosphere is quite welcoming; the cat drinking from the glass on the counter is cute, but also very unhygienic for a restaurant. A real shame, because the pizza is very good.

After having ordered pizza there many times and finding it very good, this evening I ordered another takeout for 7:20 PM. When I showed up at the indicated time, the owner came to open the place just in time for the pizza to be picked up, apologizing for the delay. So far, so good—can it happen?.... When I got home with the pizza, it was cooked on the edges but completely raw in the center. When I mentioned this to the owner, he told me that they cook their pizza medium-rare and that if I wanted it cooked to a higher standard, I should have asked first. (Unheard of for pizza). I'm very sorry, because I have no interest in saying that a pizza is raw when in reality it isn't, while according to the owner (very argumentative), it evidently is..... I'll attach photos of the pizza and the responses.

Good pizza, but slow service because they continue to do takeout until after 8:30 PM, giving priority to those. Also, seating is compromised. The tables are all stuck together, and at least a couple of people have to get up to leave. It's also quite cold. It's a shame because the pizza is really good.

Pizza buona,per l'accoglienza c'è molto da migliorare...al momento.della prenotazione telefonica mi sento.dire "arrivare in orario altrimenti si perde il tavolo"...appena.seduti al tavolo",poter ordinare la.birra solo dopo aver scelto la pizza", ordinare un bicchiere di acqua e sentirsi dire "non è possibile,solo bottiglie"...ordinare una seconda birra mentre si sta mangiando la pizza e questa arriva al momento del dolce. E per finire,al momento del conto....lasciamo perdere Cmq la pizza è buona ma non buonissima

They put us at a table wedged in a corner where it was already difficult to get around to sit down. We were in a room with about 25 people without any ventilation. It took them 15 minutes to take our order, and that's nothing compared to having waited an hour for two pizzas. The organization and management of the place was ridiculous to say the least, and not to mention the pizza was raw.

While a church organ player could always come in handy in unexpected circumstances (I've played funerals for some of our city's most illustrious figures), I'd like to point out that I have nothing to say about the quality and variety of the pizzas. However, given the inexplicably excessive prices (I could justify them at an organic pizzeria or one with a sea-view terrace, but not at a pub/brewery overlooking the wall where you eat on paper placemats), the service should be impeccable to say the least. Instead, the wait times are and always have been interminable, both for ordering and for pizzas to be delivered to the table. The waitress was friendly and polite... but never there when needed. Finally, our coffee was brought five minutes before dessert, and when we complained, the owner ignored it. I don't think throwing away three coffees and then refilling them at the right time (with an apology for the mistake) would have compromised the evening's revenue. Catering isn't just about food...it's also about customer service. However, I reiterate that the pizza is good. Oh, I forgot...the organ grinder has been working in the restaurant industry for many years, and knows the operating costs down to the last cent...he'll do his research next time! Reselling a liter of Coke in a returnable glass bottle for €8 when it costs €1.68 wholesale, before any discounts, what do you call that? Finally...in 2021, even the butcher down the street is offering free WiFi!

The staff isn't friendly, the wait is very long, even though there are few customers. Let's not confuse things! The mask issue came up right at the end when she was at a loss for words. True, I didn't have a mask; it's not that I refused to wear one; she didn't even ask. I waited outside for the pizzas, and at the end she pointed out that I wasn't wearing a mask. Instead, while I waited almost an hour for the pizzas I'd ordered so far in advance, I took the liberty of asking how long they were still waiting, and she replied, "They're coming out" twice in half an hour. So I told her that six hungry children were waiting for me. We had just finished an eight-hour journey. She replied that hungry children can wait up to two days. And not only that... And anyway, there were only three small tables occupied in the entire restaurant. I can understand a 10-15 minute delay, but not that long. Very disappointing... especially since I've read several reviews describing his inappropriate behavior toward customers, even without reason.

Terrible behavior by the owner. On Saturday, my partner and I were attacked and kicked out for telling the waitress that the owner should buy us a beer after waiting an hour and a half for two pizzas. I don't know what the waitress said to the owner, who came to the table and took our pizzas away as soon as they arrived, and, attacking us, violently kicked us out, almost raising his hands. I was the one who said that to the waitress myself. I think the owner should do his homework and hear all the versions before slandering and shooting at random. Anyway, we sat down at 8:40, ordered at 9:15, and the pizza arrived at 10:10. We had also asked about the wait time because we had an important appointment at 10:30. I can only say the behavior was terrible and out of line. There are also rules for a restaurateur; both he and the waitress should learn them, and I think she put a lot of effort into it!
