Posizione fantastica

Korzystaliśmy jedynie z restauracji. Bardzo ładnie położona, tuż przy samym jeziorze. Jedzenie smaczne, porcje okay. Obsługa była miła w stosunku do nas, jednak byliśmy świadkami awantury, którą pani z obsługi zrobiła klientom, którzy chcieli jedynie połączyć stoliki. Inni klienci, którzy nie zdążyli jeszcze zamówić, widząc sytuację i zachowanie pani, uciekli w popłochu.

Wir waren im Restaurant essen und waren begeistert! Der Service war schnell, herzlich und kinderfreundlich und das Essen war ein Traum! Nicht nur optisch sondern auch geschmacklich wirklich ganz toll. Die Ravioli mit Ricotta und Limone kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die tolle Lage und das stilvolle Ambiente rundeten das Essen ab.

09/07/25 Een heerlijke lunch genoten, daarbij een prettig corperto keuze van verschillende bedragen en bijbehorend servies. Erg malse biefstuk en heerlijke pasta carbonara Mooi uitzicht op de kleine haven en het grote Gardameer!

Wir waren tagsüber dort und haben nur Kaffee getrunken, der sehr gut war. Der Ausblick ist grandios und die Sitzplätze liegen angenehm im Schatten. Die Bedienung wirkte nett.

Service was slow, very slow at times. They had apparently ran out of pizza(at 7.30pm). I ordered chicken and asked for a sauce, they said they have no sauces. I asked for a pasta style sauce, they said they didn't have that, apparently they couldn't do olive oil and garlic either. They eventually said they had ketchup and mayo(then said they didn't have any when i asked when my meal arrived), eventually I got mayonnaise when I had 1/4 of my food left. The taste of the food wasn't bad, but it was very, very basic. My girlfriend had pasta with prawns, she got 2 prawns with her dish 🤦🏼. There seems to be much better restaurants in the area. We also sat inside as there was a storm(not their fault of course) but there was no music, no atmosphere at all and it was extremely hot.

Locale molto carino esternamente. Servizio lentissimo anche solo per prendere un ordine. Personale abbastanza maleducato. Abbiamo ordinato due pinse, che avevano una proporzione nanoscopica ma un prezzo equivalente a un piatto di pasta col pesce altrove. Per due pinse e due acque piccole 33 euro. Non torneremo mai più. Trappola per turisti

30-09-20 Trattandosi di un mercoledì pomeriggio, il servizio si lascia a desiderare ed in più anche scortese. Degli spritz ordinati, erano molto lontani dai veri aperitivi. Inoltre è stato necessario chiedere più volte di avere assieme degli snacks.

Avoid! We visited in the evening it started well, as it is a beautiful location. The two young waitresses were pleasant. However is started when a storm came (not their fault) inside was stuffy and poorly lit, there was no music or ambience. The table behind was covered with office things and boxes of bottles stacked all around. Our table lamp did not work so I had to take one myself from another table the table was not laid for us with cutlery (which we then did not receive until I asked once all of our meals had been delivered). We ordered bread for two in and im glad we did due to the wait (be wary any complaint is met with the owner saying every customer drunk all the olive oil🤣). When we finally was able to order I asked for pizza which had run out by 7.30? There were only a handful of tables occupied at the restaurant. I settled on pasta, my partner has the chicken my in-laws had the duck and lamb. The food was ok. The meats were a bit tough. However my prawn pasta had only 2 prawns in it which I do not find acceptable for a pasta dish (see photo). All of the portion sizes were on the smaller side and the chicken was not seasoned, it was plain. We had asked for mayo when we ordered our food, when the food came we were told they didn't have any. We told the waitresses we were told they had some when we ordered the food so she went away and finally returned when my partner was 2/3 through his meal. The waitresses seemed rushed off their feet and the service had no direction. We only managed to order 1 drink whilst there. There are much better restaurants that are more welcoming and would appreciate your custom avoid this one. The quality of the food does not do the view justice, such a shame!

Poor service and even worse food. Good location which is what draws you in, but not worth it at all. Rude staff and was the worst food of our holiday by a mile. Stay clear.

Leider enttäuschend. Das Essen war zwar geschmacklich okay, aber die Portionen waren winzig – und dafür völlig überteuert. Die Bedienung wirkte unhöflich und überfordert, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm machte. Das Restaurant lebt offenbar nur von seiner sehr guten Lage und ruht sich genau darauf aus. Schade!

NIE MEHR WIEDER Das Essen ist (bis auf eine Vorspeise) eine Blamage für Italien! Der Platz ist ein Traum, das Restaurant ein Albtraum. Müffelndes trockenes Lamm, totgekochter Fisch in undefinierbarer angedickten Sauce. Jede einzelne schnell gekochte Mahlzeit daheim ist ansprechender angerichtet als das lieblos raufgeklatschete grausige Essen hier. Zur Krönung wurde nach dem Essen im Gastgarten ein extrem lauer Motor (Pumpe?) ohne Vorwarnung angeworfen, rund um uns mit erstaunlich fehlendem Individualabstand die Pflanzgefäße gegossen. Inklusive mir. Kleidung Tasche, Haare, alles nass. Mit einer klitzekleinen Entschuldigung oder dem Hauch eines Versuches auf Gästen Rücksicht zu nehmen, hätte ich wahrscheinlich darüber gelacht. Aber so war es eine bodenlose Frechheit und der würdige Abschluss eines katastrophalen Abendessens. Solltet ihr also die italienische Küche und Gastfreundschaft so lieben wie wir, dann geht nicht hin! Ausdrücklich erwähnen möchte ich, dass die Kritik nicht das Hotel betrifft. Für Croissant und Kaffee am Morgen gibt es eine absolute Empfehlung und hier ist man auch stets zuvorkommend und herzlich.

So the staff is very rude and not willing to help, wait times for everything is very long, and somene from the staff was burping around the restaurant. Overall don't go there. It's not worth it.

Nehodnotím jídlo. To jsme si nedali, protože obsluha byla velmi neprijemna a nastvana. Poloha je vyborna, hezky podnik, bohuzel dobry podnik nedela krasne prostredi ale mili lide a to tu chybí.

Dear future customer, the owner of this place is extremely rude and arrogant. On a summer evening I stopped by with my wife and 2 kids. Tables were empty on the terrace so we thought we can maybe get one without a reservation. We asked an employee kindly if that was possible and were told to wait. After around 10 minutes, the employee returned apologizing and pointed to the "boss" Olga, who just happened to be walking by. No greetings, no smiles, not even a look! With a serious face, her nose in the air like she was literally drowning, Olga pointed 👉 with a stretched arm towards the inside 😳 Exactly like an army officer. We did run 🏃‍♀️ away, no need to taste the food further. Enough with the attitude. If manners and politeness are important to you, avoid this place.

Esperienza terribile, il servizio e pessimo, la signora che ci ha servito penso era la a titolare era arrogante e faceva dei gesti sgradevoli verso le clienti, non lo raccomando a nessuno perché veramente siamo usciti senza parole.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – leider nicht kinderfreundlich Wir besuchten das Restaurant an einem Abend in der Nebensaison mit meinen Eltern und unserem 3-jährigen Sohn. Als wir das Restaurant betraten, rief ein sehr lauter und extrovertierter Mann, der an einem Tisch mit anderen Gästen saß, auf Italienisch: „Mandate la madre e il bambino a casa!“ (Schickt die Mutter und das Kind nach Hause!). Da wir Deutsch sprachen, dachte er wohl, wir würden ihn nicht verstehen. Es war eine sehr unangenehme und beschämende Situation, die auch andere Gäste bemerkten. Wir blieben trotzdem, da viele Restaurants in Gargnano zu dieser Zeit geschlossen hatten. Später stellten wir jedoch mit Erstaunen fest, dass dieser Mann tatsächlich der Inhaber des Restaurants war, als er aufstand und in die Küche ging. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, wären wir sofort gegangen. Im Restaurant sind offensichtlich keine Kinder erwünscht – es gibt keine Kinderstühle, und die Atmosphäre war insgesamt unfreundlich gegenüber Familien. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, die Portionen allerdings sehr klein. Von seinem bekannten Olivenöl haben wir nichts probiert – wir waren nach dieser demütigenden Situation schlicht zu schockiert, um das Essen genießen zu können. Als wir das Lokal verließen, sahen wir den Besitzer in der Küche laut Musik hörend und tanzend kochen. Schade – wir hatten uns auf einen schönen Abend gefreut, wurden aber sehr enttäuscht. Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist, sollte dieses Restaurant lieber meiden.

ich mache es kurz und knapp in der Vorspeise: Einem Salat, der absolut unterdurchschnittlich schmeckte, fanden wir einen schwarzen Käfer, der Hauptgang war nach 1 Stunde immer noch nicht auf dem Tisch. Nachdem man nachfragte, ging es jedoch zügig, die Vorfreude auf das Essen wurde jedoch umgehend zerstört, als man den lieblos angerichteten hin geklatschten Teller sah. Die Preise sind nicht sehr hoch, aber viel zu hoch für die Tage gebotene minderwertige Qualität, der Service ist unterdurchschnittlich. Man wird nicht gefragt, ob alles stimmt und allgemein gibt es viel zu wenig Kellner, die sich um die Gäste bemühen, als man dann noch fragte, ob das Essen gut war und man ehrlich gezwungenermaßen, weil es so unglaublich unterdurchschnittlich schmeckte, antwortete mit: es war okay, wurde uns ein LIMONCELLO aufs Haus angeboten. Jedoch könnte kein Limon Cello auf dieser Erde diese unglaubliche schlechte Leistung wieder gutmachen. Das Fleisch war von absolut minderer Qualität und ich möchte mich nochmals an den Restaurant Besitzer wenden.: legen Sie Ihr riesiges Ego ab und fragen Sie sich, warum so viele Menschen mit uns einer Meinung sind und ihr Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen können. Die Arbeit, die sie leisten, ist eine Beleidigung für die gesamte italienische Gastronomie in ihrem Land, die sonst nach meiner Erfahrung immer herausragend war und auch ist und schämen Sie sich auch für die vorangegangenen Generationen, die ihr Restaurant einst erfolgreich geführt haben und überlegen Sie sich gut, ob das, was sie auf dem Teller bieten, auch der wunderschönen Kulisse gerecht werden kann. Sie sollten sich glücklich schätzen, eine solche Lage in dieser kleinen schönen Stadt zu haben.

Dear Olga, Today I went to your restaurant to order nothing because I know from experience that your chef is probably not even a proper chef and has no clue what he is doing. At least that's what the food in your restaurant told me when I payed 20€ for a dry cheap cut tagliata di manzo that was splattered across the plate with zero love for food. I don't even need to go into detail anymore. Many others have spoken the truth about the overpriced low quality food. What I wanted to tell you is: I drank all of your olive oil, just because I know it's probably the only thing you spend at least some money on in terms of ingredient shopping. I drank the whole bottle on the table and dipped your cheap bread in it like a maniac. I have to be honest with you dear Olga, your Olive oil it is good! But you, most of your staff and especially your cook. You should never have gotten into the position of managing a Restaurant in such a location. It is a shame that so many tourists come to this place everyday getting robbed by greedy Olga. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PEOPLE. YOUR MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!
