Green Park Ristorante exceeded all my expectations! The quality of their meat dishes was outstanding, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. And don't even get me started on their delectable desserts – they were pure indulgence! The service was top-notch, attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. CARNE FAVOLOSA!!! Pasta fatta in casa. Servizio rapido, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo sui vini. Il cameriere è estremamente simpatico ed alla mano, chiacchierone e ottimo punto di riferimento per i clienti indecisi. Tiramisù niente di che. Prezzi un po' altini rispetto alla media dei ristoranti limitrofi ma con una qualità superiore. Torneremo sicuramente.

I'm reluctantly writing a new review for this establishment. We've been there several times in the past because it's convenient to the hotel, but Christmas doesn't excuse the shortcomings. We chose it on the recommendation of the gentleman at the L'Ultimo pizzeria and because we were dining à la carte. This means the prices posted are the usual ones, i.e., at par or, for some options, a bit higher than other restaurants we've tried. However, the Green Park now offers a very poor quality-price ratio. The staff is always friendly and numerous, but poorly organized. The restaurant temperature is cold, a rare thing in mountain establishments. The appetizers were minimal and of poor quality, the crepes were flavorless, as were the gnocchi, which were bland and sticky, and there was no fontina at all, the vegetable side was meager, the baked potatoes were practically boiled and flavorless, and there was no seasoning, oil, or salt. Even though quite a bit of it was left on the plate and returned, the lady at the cashier didn't ask for anything, just collected the €102 and said goodbye.

1.5 kg of rib-eye steak with fat... and meat! An experience to forget. We chose this place attracted by the high reviews, certain we'd eat excellent meat, but instead we found ourselves with a rib-eye steak covered in fat. When it came time to pay the bill, we politely mentioned this "little problem" to the cashier and were told, "Many people prefer to eat it like this," and that, since the meat is shown to diners after it's cut and before it's cooked, they should have mentioned it then. For our part, alas, we didn't pay much attention to the meat when it was shown to us, trusting them, and instead we found ourselves having to be in the wrong. In my opinion, a cut like that really shouldn't be presented/served at the table, especially when it's a meat that customers will pay dearly for. The main problem is that the tourist who complains will only come here once and his words will be just empty words while they will continue to ignore it and work like this.

Food was average. Staff were friendly but they allow kids to run about the entire restaurant. Great for families but if you want a relaxing evening look elsewhere.

Spiacevolmente deluso. Partendo con alte aspettative consigliati da amici, abbiamo sperato sino all'ultimo di essere smentiti, ma l'esperienza è stata talmente spiacevole da diventare comica. Antipasti anonimi e letteralmente insapori, non se ne fa un dramma, ma non prendeteli. La carne alla griglia, invece, oltre i limiti dell'imbarazzo. Chiediamo consiglio per avere un taglio saporito ma tendente al magro, ci viene consigliata una costata che al momento della presentazione al tavolo rimanderemo indietro ribadendo di volere un pezzo più magro. La richiesta sembra essere recepita, ma ci portano una costata composta per 2/3 da scarti. Gran parte del taglio da servire erano scarti, molti dei quali al 100% senza traccia di carne. Al di là dei gusti, più volte ribaditi, metà della porzione era impossibile da mangiare. "ma il grasso da sapore, poi lo toglie" "si ma io lo pago al peso della carne" questo il livello delle conversazioni. Oltre questo la carne arriva fredda e la piastra su cui poggia appena tiepida. I coltelli non tagliavano, ai limiti del paradosso in un ristorante del genere, completamente assente ogni cura per i dettagli. 153 euro per una costata (+43 dei 2 antipasti, per un totale di 223 in 2, con un calice) composta per più della metà del suo peso da scarti. Un prodotto potenzialmente buono, reso strategicamente e deliberatamente costoso vista l'effettiva quantità di carne che é possibile mangiare. É evidente badino al profitto e non al cliente.

Il cibo è anche ok, la carne buona. Il problema è il servizio e l’ambiente, servizio maldestro a tratti inappropriato dei camerieri che non fanno assaggiare il vino, dimenticano comande, sbagliano a portare i piatti e quando gli viene fatto notare, rispondono in malomodo come se fosse colpa del cliente. L’ambiente è estremamente rumoroso. I cani, anche di grossa taglia, sono ammessi e a causa del grande rumore in sala tremano, abbaiano e si nascondono sotto i tavoli. Probabilmente il ristorante ha tutti questi problemi solo in alta stagione, ma in una località turistica bisognerebbe gestire meglio un ristorante. Sconsigliato durante la stagione invernale.

Purtroppo non torneremo. Ci sediamo alle 21.20, e l’antipasto arriva velocemente. Poi aspettiamo più di un’ora per la portata principale e i camerieri (quattro o cinque diversi) ci chiedono che cosa abbiamo ordinato e cosa deve ancora arrivare. Alle 22.45 scopriamo che la comanda non è mai partita. Errore risolvibile, ma sicuramente non con la scusa della quantità elevata di coperti e dicendo che in Italia purtroppo funziona tutto male. L’offerta di un tagliere di salumi freddissimi non ha migliorato la situazione. Nessuno sconto. Esperienza pessima, oltretutto con prezzi alti rispetto alla semplicità dei piatti. Peccato, perché la prima volta ci eravamo trovati bene. AGGIUNTO DOPO LA RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: Gentilissimi, non ero a conoscenza di un limite massimo di recensioni per tavolo (eravamo in 6 e abbiamo lasciato 4 recensioni). Presunti "profili duplicati": non so a cosa si riferisca. Invito a prestare attenzione nell'accusare clienti senza fondamento. Mi chiedo inoltre come sia possibile collegare queste recensioni a me, mentre non venga associata a me alcuna recensione positiva della mia precedente visita. Il tempo di attesa da lei indicato non è corretto, considerando che le 22.45 rappresentano l'ora in cui ci siamo recati in cassa per chiedere spiegazioni e in cui abbiamo scoperto che la comanda non era mai partita. In ogni caso, il punto della recensione non era l'errore ma la gestione dello stesso. In merito ai commenti sull'andamento del lavoro in Italia, sono stati pronunciati da un membro dello staff che si era dimostrato gentile ma che in quell'occasione ha mantenuto un atteggiamento poco professionale. E' comprensibile che l'affermazione non venga riportata internamente. Altra precisazione: salumi conservati in frigorifero ≠ salumi freddissimi tanto da non essere piacevoli. Vengo da Rimini dove le cose funzionano diversamente: probabilmente non è stata la scelta giusta per quella sera. Auguro un buon lavoro!

Partendo dal presupposto che siamo nei pressi di Courmayeur, sicuramente non mi aspetto uno scontrino basso, ma questo è semplicemente esagerato. Iniziando dagli antipasti, non sicuramente eccellenti, ma neanche cattivi, la battuta senza condimenti era veramente insapore, mentre il carpaccio decisamente più bello che buono. Successivamente è arrivata la bistecca, accuratamente scelta insieme al cameriere specificando di non amare la carne troppo grassa: 1,280 kg di cui (forse) 400g commestibili, per il resto solo grasso e osso. Contorno: una (fortunatamente solo una) patata al cartoccio impossibile da mangiare, condita con una quantità eccessiva di origano, a tal punto da conferirle il gusto di una pizza margherita (cattiva). Personalmente ho accompagnato la cena con un bicchiere di Torrette da cui sicuramente non mi aspettavo di rimanere sorpreso, ma neanche mi aspettavo di poterci condire l’insalata. Il caffè semplicemente terrificante, l’acqua sporca sarebbe stata più gradita. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 226 euro totali, 113 a persona. Mi sento preso in giro ad aver pagato un taglio di carne che era per 2/3 scarto circa 150 euro.

After the appetizer, we had to wait a good hour and a half for the main course, reassured by the waiter who told us not to worry and that it would arrive. After an hour, the head waiter showed up to ask what we were still missing... to which the answer was "EVERYTHING." They apologized, bringing a platter of frozen cold cuts. It was appreciated, but at 11 pm we were so hungry we could have eaten anything. Then the dishes arrived, some of which were spaghetti with lemon butter and salmon trout tartar: don't order them!! €19 for spaghetti with butter!! Furthermore, those who had ordered the Valdostana scallops had to wait another 20 minutes... with reheated potatoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially on busy days and in high season, because the management and organization do not allow the restaurant, despite seating 400, to handle all the guests with the quality expected at such prices.
