Granted, we visited during the off-season and are early eaters, but there was only one other diner at the restaurant, so there isn't much one can say about the atmosphere. The fare on the menu was typical American Roadhouse: Ribs, burgers, Quesadilla, Chicken Fingers, beef and fries. The portions were a bit underwhelming with the chicken being unseasonably (bland) and cooked until it was dry. The brisket burger was tasty, but again, there wasn't much on the plate. The best part of the meal was the onion rings and the beer. For a town on the Italian Riveria jnow for its seafood, expectations were not too high, but even with the lowered expectations the food fell a bit short of the mark.

Great alternative to the Italian food. This place have lots of options in the fashion of an American grill. Daily offers for the menus. And unroasted peanuts instead og bred while waiting for your food

Abbiamo preso due panini una tagliata e un menù bimbi. Noi mangiamo carne praticamente cruda e Devo dire che la qualità della carne va bene, è buona. L'unica pecca è che la tagliata è arrivata fredda, quel tipo di pietanza andrebbe servita, almeno, su un piatto ben caldo. Per il resto tutto ok. Servizio giusto e camerieri gentili. Il dolce, crepes al cioccolato, buono. Ci si torna.

Esperienza un po' deludente. Con amici abbiamo provato la promozione all you can eat ribbs, disponibile la domenica ma l'entusiasmo é scemato nel momento in cui ci é stato detto dopo il secondo giro che quella sera erano a corto di carne e che non avremmo più potuto richiedere portate. Mi é sembrato un comportamento scorretto in quanto sarebbe stato giusto avvisare prima di farci sedere ed ordinare. Per il resto la carne mi é sembrata nella media ma il prezzo sicuramente é la cosa migliore.

Bella posizione, davanti agli yacht più lussuosi del porto di Genova. Terrazza all'aperto e terrazzone lungomare. Mi sarei aspettato più cura nella cottura della carne della grigliata mista; troppe le parti sbruciacchiate che davano un sapore amaro anche al resto. Buoni i fritti, ma non le patatine un po' troppo mosce e con un sapore di olio vecchio. È la prima volta che mi capita di vedere patatine fritte non finite da mio figlio. Conto giusto, con prezzi buoni. Ma l'attenzione in cottura è da migliorare.

I ragazzi sono stati super gentili e disponibili, il cibo a noi è arrivato un po' freddo e le costine erano bruciate (me ne hanno portato un'altra porzione dopo che era perfetto). Hanno tagliato un po' sui costi e in effetti si vede (abbiamo chiesto delle salse e non sono arrivati con il portasalse che ricordavo, ci hanno portato un piccolo contenitore con quella che abbiamo chiesto). I ragazzi in sala invece super top!

Ci siamo stati domenica a pranzo. Locale un po' affollato e quindi con conseguente confusione...le Ribs erano buone e cotte bene, ma per il 3° passaggio (la domenica per chi ha la card roadhouse le Ribs sono all you can heat) ho atteso diverso tempo (nonostante il locale si fosse svuotato) e quando, su mio 2° sollecito le hanno portate, erano fredde ed insoddisfacenti! In ultimo...in passato allo stesso prezzo ed alle stesse condizioni almeno era incluso il contorno e le salse ...ora non è più così ed alla fine la prossima volta valuterò il sushi dove sicuramente mangi di più con una piccola differenza! Ecco perché 3 stelle!!!

Attenzione buona. Cena con odore cattivo, specialmente il manzo.. inaccettabile. Dopo mi hanno cambiato il piatto per chicken wings... Totalmente bruciati, con sapore amaro!! Il posto era freddo, non aveva calefaccion. Non tornerò!!!

All you can eat di pollo, i camerieri ci ignoravano ogni volta che finivamo le nostre porzioni di alette facendolo palesemente apposta. Il cibo buono ma poco curato.

Avevo chiesto un Ribeye al sangue. Capisco che bisogna sigillare la carne sulla griglia ma così è esagerato. La carne sapeva solo di bruciato, togliendo tutto il gusto. Purtroppo è decisamente un NO. Penso sia il peggiore roadhouse in cui ho mangiato. Anche il servizio è davvero disorganizzato. Ci hanno chiesto di aspettare 15 minuti con tantissimi tavoli liberi. Dopo 15 minuti ci hanno portato ad un tavolo che era già libero quando siamo arrivati. Ad alcuni clienti è successa una cosa simile ma li hanno mandati via per farli tornare 30 minuti dopo. Sinceramente stavo cercando una logica in questa modalità ma faccio fatica.

Siamo stati a pranzo… Abbiamo ordinato il grill mix per due persone (peso indicato sul menu più di 700g) dalla foto allegata si evince che non solo il peso è nettamente inferiore,infatti mancava anche della salsiccia non pervenuta .Chiediamo spiegazione al crew manager che ci risponde che quello è il nostro piatto…. Per non parlare di una bottiglia d’acqua di rubinetto da 750 ml a 2,90€ e una Coca-Cola alla spina a 4,30€ …. Detto ciò a mai più ….

Non delle migliori, ordino burrito e lo portano bruciato con carne non molto appetibile; ne mangio la metà della metà schivando la parte bruciata per segnalarlo al cameriere. Di tutta risposta, viene ignorata la critica, e mi chiede del caffè o il dolce… La lamentela non è stata fatta presente a nessuno e tanto meno hanno provato a rimediare. Conto decisamente alto non consigliato

Worst restaurant ever, food was cold, they took it and microwaved it after. Meat wasn't at the right temperature. Food came a full 10mins before cutlery, can you imagine that? Food was tasteless, dry. Trust me no matter what you have you will regret it. Visit another restaurant. Only good thing is the vicinity and believe me there are lots of other restaurants that will be better than this. I will not only avoid this restaurant, but I may actually avoid the chain roadhouse after this experience. Very very very disappointing. Even the service is rubbish. Too bad. I wish I can give them zero star

Horrible food. Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere. Beer is flat. 4 pcs of grilled chicken instead of 10 that are fried to hell. Overcooked. They got me the 10 instead of the 4 then he was telling me ahh did you like the 4 as if he did us a favor. Not a favor because i asked for the missing 6 not the 10. Anyways the 10 was grilled not fried. Now the sandwich, horrible. You see something in the menu but you eat something different. And at the end very rude MANGER not even the waiter.

We waited for the refill of the all you can eat for 35 minutes. They made us hungry. Waiters are not friendly. They don't smile. Very very slow delivery of food. We won't come back.

Please trust the other reviews about the tasteless food and poor service here. Because the restaurant is located in a fantastic place with great view to the harbour and the water, we decided to try it out and not let us be influenced by the poor reviews…well, really bad choice. First of all it turned out that they didn’t have enough staff to get us a table, we needed to wait ca 20 min to get a table - the place was pretty much empty at that time. After we got our table we waited another 30 minutes for someone to take our order- we needed to tell them to do that 🤨 After the order was taken it moved on quite fast. The highlight of the dinner was the red vine - unfortunately some of it was spilled on the table by the waitress who tried to pour it in glasses. After apologising she left a paper towel for us to clean out the mess ourselves 😳 then arrived this food 😓 First time in a restaurant we needed to ask for ketchup and mayonnaise 🫣 it says a lot about the food. The food was tasteless, not as on the pictures on the menu or website. The staff had very poor English skills. So sad 😞 that such a great location is wasted on something so disappointing. How hard can it be to use at least some salt and pepper 🧐

Oh dear. After such an unexpectedly exceptional meal yesterday, we run into a disaster tonight. Ribs - dry, but taste is saved by the sauce. Ribeye - served raw not medium and devoid of seasoning. Beef with rucola & parmigiana - tasteless, dry and old.... Disappointed we leave......

DISGUSTING !!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE ARRIVE AT 8:10 PM, WE ARE FINALLY ABLE TO ORDER AT 8:45 AND FOOD ARRIVED AT 9:25 WAITERS WERE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND WE DIDNT GET A NICE TREATMENT I ORDERED CLASSIC BBQ RIBS IT WAS NOT THICK BUT IT WAS SO LONG THAT IT WAS GOING OUT OF THE PLATE AND TOUCHING HAND OF THE WAITER AND THE TABLE,TASTE WAS OKAY I ORDERED BOTTLE OF WINE IT AS AVARAGE (Lambrusco, Grasparossa) WE ORDERED ALSO CHEESEBALLS AND IT WAS FROZEN NOTHING FRESH AND TASTE WAS REALLY CHEAP AND BAD OVERALL I WILL NEVER RETURN !

It’s the worst experience ever, and if I could give them 0 start I would, the food I order they make it without not salt at all both of my meats, plus the presentation was a disaster it looks like a food for a dog, plus not to mention the very rude and poor customer service!! Totally disappointed with the service. Wait for 30 minutes only to find the table. The waiter never comes to take the order. We call them to give us the menu and order the food. The food what we order was totally different. No waiter was interested to take the order. The chefs are not interested to work in this restaurant. They don’t even know what is mean by rare meat and well done meat. I think they are working just for fun. I love roadhouse but this restaurant in Genoa need lots of changes. Totally poor service. Guys please don’t waste your money and time.

We had the mixed grill platter, ordered medium rare, received it beyond well done. Onion rings were fried in old oil. Fresh salad was prepared last week. Would definitely not visit again. Worst "steakhouse" I've visited in quite a while.
